I downloaded Text Now through Microsoft. I opened it after and it just showed a white screen, so I uninstalled it and decided to re-install it. I uninstalled it and re-installed it. I opened it and it was a white screen. I waited for 5 minutes and then I wanted to uninstall it. When I did it, it said its a risk of a malicious attack heavy load. I uninstalled it with another app, and it was gone.
I have not received my SIM card. Supposedly it would take 5-7 business days. Needless to say I'm at day 10. Refund me my money back. I'm done with this company
After initially buying a monthly plan/sim, i followed all the steps several times and it wouldnt activate. Customer service email took 5 days to respond, and it was vague and unhelpful. I ended up calling 3 different times, and was put on hold for about 30-45 minutes each time. I also talked to the agent who said "everything looks good on my end" but the phone still didnt work. I figured out about 3 weeks after initial purchase my particular iemi number isnt even compatible. I requested a refund for it since it never worked, they told me it was sent but its been a week and i doubt they even refunded it. Also very difficult to tell if your monthly plan is active or cancelled. No wonder the hold time on calls is so long, because so many customers are probly having issues and getting pissed off
All I can say is Horrible all the way. Lousy service, Keeps dropping, Texts don't work.
Impossible to reach anyone for assistance.

TextNow is HORRIBLE. When we lost contact with friends during COVID and tried to get back in contact with them to see if they are well, alive, etc - TextNow automatically disabled our account and basically told us to "...GO TO HELL..." and wrote that our account could NOT be re-activated under no circumstances. People - GET YOUR OWN CELL PHONES and drop TextNow. TextNow do not care about their users, their rules are stupid AND too restrictive; and their appeal site DO NOT WORK! TextNow also NEVER keep accounts open long enough for people to explain what happened to have their accounts re-activated. TextNow staff are HEARTLESS and EXTREMELY unprofessional. Get a cell phone, people. It will be much easier and much less of a headache dealing with TextNow who delete accounts at will FOR NO REASON AT ALL! TextNow is FANTASTIC and GREAT at telling their customers/users to "...GO TO HELL...!
I bought a subscription to get rid of the ads. Guess what? Still got ads. Even in the middle of my calls which caused my calls to break up. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. GOOGLE PLAY WILL NOT REFUND YOU AS IT DOES NOT MEET WITH THEIR REFUND POLICY! Hope i can help someone avoid a headache. Support sucks. They kept asking the same questions and I got no where
I can't believe this piece of $#*! garbage app. Worse than two dixie cups with a string. It actually INTERFERES with communication and the menus are filthy intrusive and the phone log is ridiculously arranged by, apparently, MORONS!
I tried to send an email to get help and it auto replied their online automatic robot and NOTHING!
You cannot get help from this company whatever it is, but i highly recommend not even bothering with it

I don't mind the text now I would even pay for it if it wasn't a weekly pay but what I don't like is the long advertisements that y'all provide
Overall it is good but 2 things, one could you guys please let the non WiFi thing be compatible with my phone cause my dad won't let me get a new phone now and two I would really like for you to add video call, like so I can video call with my friends please if you do both of these then I will rate you 5 stars
With the April 2021 app update (using an iPad mini), I cannot make calls using the contacts list. Must memorize and type in numbers. The app opens the list, but clicking on a contact does NOTHING. Can no longer paste a number into the dialer. The bubble to chat with support is extremely TINY, almost invisible, as is the print in the text boxes. I notified the company of those issues, but NO RESPONSE. Even if there was a response via chat, I would have to copy and paste the tiny print into another app in order to be able to read it. A fairly good app is now HORRIBLE!

Answer: Well well well, u pushed the right button. I don't trust them at all. They tried hardly to get a photo of any of my government IDs, together with a photo of my credit card pretending to verify my identity and they rejected all other means for verification including calling my bank.
