I had injuries at my jobs since I was buying, harassing and evicted unlawfully I decided to try different numbers from couple company text now it's one of them I got this number since 2018, someone making sure hacked on all numbers I have, just to make sure who I am talking too,working 3 jobs in nursing home not get hurt on the jobs people keep hacked on us those number was hacked by someone and one was taking away *******987 and *******962 is hacked long time ago and the watts app from *******962 was taking away by someone no access on it
My son and I both started using TextNow almost two years ago when it was only $13.99 a month. We were very pleased until about 8 months into it when we could no longer reach live support without making an appointment which is difficult to remember if you have a life which we both do. We returned the phones ( 4 of them) and eventually received a refund and a notice acknowledging our account had been cancelled per our request. They have since continued to take out money from our two accounts each month. I have written and attempted to keep those ridiculous phone appointments which should tell you there is a lot of dissatisfaction if they need to now make so many appointments as satisfied customers do not need to call. Our bank wants to charge us $35.00 to file a dispute even though we have all the documentation to verify our claims.
We switched to TracFones as a temporary substitute and discovered for our usage we only need to pay an average of a little over $6.00 a month each since we learned to turn our data off when away from home. Don't buy into TextNow and their hype about cheap service and cheap phones. They are the worst I have ever had. It is too bad because they started off as being the best. Sadly... I think greed took over.
This program is utter trash. Even for a free service, the ads are excessive and overbearing (progressively getting worse as the years pass). They also use click fraud tactics to gain ad revenue. The service constantly lags, the program itself is slow and or unresponsive, it kills batteries quickly due to ad pushing, the forced emoji system causes typing problems because it constantly pops up every few words (even with stickers turned off), disconnections or jittery calls are the usual and the support staff are utterly useless. They provide nonsensical and time wasteful generic responses with scripts that don't help at all. They tell you to contact them so they can assist you, but it falls on deaf ears. If you ask for features it falls on deaf ears and blind eyes. Premium service is also a joke. The ads come through anyway even though you pay a premium to not get ad blasted. You also cannot erase your call history of all numbers you've dialed. You can delete conversations, but not numbers you have dialed. They keep a digital record. The company also collects information they don't like to discuss.

I have been a text now user for a few years and I find the service to be very user friendly and works very well
I was writing a text message, a long one at that, thinking I could recover it after phone dies, well guess what, NOTHING! There is no backup, saving so forth, dropped calls, broken calls, and yet they don't help fix the issues, its a freaking joke, I'm sooooo done with this stupid app, they want people to use it but they don't do anything to help ar fix problems, IM DONE!
I've had the same number for 4 years it's great for wifi calling and I never have to pay a bill
TextNow is a fake company that will take your money and won't credit you. They won't give you a refund either. No matter how many times I requested a refund they refused. DO NOT BUY PREMIUM OR CALL TIME FROM THEM. You can report them to Google Play to take down the app by using this link https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/contact/takedown
I use the text now SIM card and it is the best. I use it for my personal phone calls and texts. It great for me because I don't have a job but I still have a phone number.
I missed a HUGE interview because of this stupid f-ing app. I do not recommend getting this app- SERIOUSLY have never been so pissed at an app and also the their website! DO NOT RELY ON TEXT NOW! THEY SUCK!

UNLIMITED IS A $#*!ING LIE! Cancelled my service then RE CHARGED my card the next month after THEY CANCELLED MY SERVICE! Going to be getting in touch with Ontario Attorney General's office!

Textnow charged my card for service I cancelled and refused to put my money back because they "don't have record of cancellation"... I CANCELLED ONLINE... guess my cancellation was stuck in the "cloud"! They are THIEVES!
Calls out wont stay connected and the person hears themselves more than me... incoming calls only show up as missed calls... texting is delayed and words stack up... its an awful app
Works in my area except for near creeks (would notice this on walks). Enjoyed being able to talk without Wi-Fi or a plan, it's free!
I had an account and Text Now Closed it without warning & WITHOUT reason! I feel targeted. This is NOT ok to disable a person's account when they haven't done ANYTHING wrong! If I could leave a half a star- I would!
Textnow was the answer to all my needs for reliable texting AND phone calling. BUT, today, IT ALL changed. I have been able to complete ONLY one text so far today using Textnow. And even typing that one text AND sending it was VERY DIFFICULT. BECAUSE starting today, TEXTNOW has become riddled with VIDEO commercials(that have no "X" to CLOSE them). These video commercials pop up and remain on the screen, and not just somewhere on the screen, but COVERING 97% off the screen. And when one commercial video is through with its interruption, I am able to return to my text message I was in the middle of typing, and AGAIN, THIS VIDEO ADVERTISEMENT POPS UP A GAIN, and Ilose my train of thought AGAIN. This happened repeatedly, the SAME video commercial, too. I am so frustrated and LET DOWN by Textnow. But I have to say, TextNow, you were a great thing for me for many years, thank you. But now, I have to find a replacement, unless this PROBLEM can be dealt with and FIXED!
Text now sucks...worst app I've used, calling & ringing issues, poor sound quality, dropped calls, difficult to use, NOT user friendly, Terrible ALL AROUND! TRY "FREETONE" everyone...works well. Happy with it. Best one yet!

Answer: Well well well, u pushed the right button. I don't trust them at all. They tried hardly to get a photo of any of my government IDs, together with a photo of my credit card pretending to verify my identity and they rejected all other means for verification including calling my bank.
