I had very quick responses from the support team. However i was trying to cancel an order and was unable to. I have been told that the package was delivered and i have still yet to recieve it. I still have not been able to return or refund or cancel my order.

We have sent in many books over the last months and are sending in another box today. However, if these issues continue and we are not able to get resolutions on the books referenced above, we will be very leery of sending in more books.

I ordered a book that is a timeline of Jewish history from creation to 1992, when the edition I bought of the book was published. I waited a while and then saw that my payment had been refunded to my bank. No email, no explanation. I appreciate the money back, but I'd like to know what happened. I'd like to have been warned. I was excited to find the book and couldn't wait to gift it to my son.
I remember the service was great back then, and it seems to still be great now!
I loved it all and it was very helpful, but I sent my return in a month ago and it still does not show that you all received it. I just wish there was more communication or a way to see that it was being processed or sent back, etc.

Found the book a needed. Ordered and waited, and waited, and checked the status, and waited. Only to finally get an email, a few weeks later, I was being refunded. I could have ordered the book off Amazon and saved myself the time. Disappointed!
