I have been buying and selling with Textbook Rush for at least 4 years and never had a problem with the company. The prices are better or similar to other online bookstores and the turn around time for processing your order is super quick. The company keeps up with the new technology and always adds features to the website/app for the benefit of the customer. The pricing and time swiftness of the company can not be beat! Highly recommend.

I've sold textbooks to Textbook Rush since 2016, and I appreciate that the platform has never changed to anything gimmicky and scammy-looking - this is how it should always be! They just tell me how much they'll offer for whatever books I have laying around, and I get the shipping label and my money without a problem.
I researched prices and found textbook rush to be more generous than other vendors. I was skeptical. Mailed my textbooks in later than what was asked to do. They sent a reminder and I got them in the mail using the printed shipping label. They let me know when the books were received and confirmed that I was getting a check for said amount. Check was sent and received as they stated. Everything was smooth, they honored the buyback price and the process seemed to be easier than other vendors who wanted me to take pictures ect.

I ordered a textbook for my son and needed it ASAP. I called one week in when I couldn't find tracking information and was told that it "takes time to get to the warehouse." Two weeks in, my order got cancelled because it was out of stock. Pleae don't sell me someting that I am dependent upon and lead me on to belive that it is coming, when it is, in fact not coming. Now I am weeks behind in locating a book and having it sent to me, all the while my son is having to proceed in his class without a textbook to read.
I placed a textbook order and after several I got an email that it was being cancelled. First and last time I'll ever try this service.

I've placed multiple orders from here. I typically search between here and Amazon. I live in Hawaii, so shipping isn't cheap. Even with shipping charges from here, my books are usually consistently cheaper than anywhere else. Plus when they buy back, I don't pay to ship which is also great. Thanks for a great service and reliable delivery. All my used books have been in decent shape.
SUPER EASY returns and easy to find what I need. Worth shopping around but Textbook Rush usually has the best prices.
Your website mentions expedited shipping but no way of choosing it. Or at least stating that it is not an option. Order canceled by company stating out of stock.

I sent my books the day after I finished the sale. Very soon after that, I received email "reminders" to mail the items, and this request for customer feedback.
Guys, please go a little slower. My books are still in transit, and I have little way of knowing how my final experience will be. Hence, the two stars.
Not compatible with all standard browsers. I couldn't complete the order on my iPhone, or on my desktop in Safari. It finally worked with Google Chrome. A bit frustrating, since there was no feedback message and I had to troubleshoot on my own.
My order was cancelled with no explanation after being delayed. I needed the book for a class and was left to scramble after intentionally placing my order sufficiently early

Answer: My main complaint with this company is that they agreed to take my returns/trade-ins that were brand new books, but then later they said the (new!) books were unacceptable and refused to say why. They sent them back to me and I sold them to another company, who gave me no trouble or shady answers. I would suggest Amazon student- they deliver exactly what that say, and are fair about returns and trade-ins.
