Whenever I need a text book Textbook Rush is where I come to. I have not had any problem with the books I've received and I have also sold back books and gotten paid quickly. I recommend Textbook Rush to everyone!

Now I give them 1 star. The charge to my account was pending, then disappeared. It's been a month since I placed my order and still no book. Had to create an account to find out what the status of my order was. Now, I just want to cancel my order because I found it somewhere else and have actually received the book through the other place I purchased it from.
(My first impression when ordering) Ordering and checkout were easy to fill out. It was great being able to check out as a guest and not have to sign up for an account just for this one purchase.

I have had a good experience any time I use this site. But when I have multiple companies open to compare buybacks... sometimes the cookies from other sites cause it hard to reach this site. Hmmm... not sure why.
It took 3-4 business days just to pick the product. And now USPS still has no updates on the shipping information. Now I will not receive my order in time
Purchased a book and waited 3 weeks. Wrote customer service twice and they wouldn't even look into the situation. Just kept telling me it will ship eventually and no cancellations. Supposedly they have different warehouse locations that they have no contact with... Then poof, cancellation email comes in. This is a terrible company, don't waste your time.

It took 5+ business days to be informed that the textbook I purchased was not available. The product should not have been advertised on the website at all if it was unavailable, and I should not have been informed of this fact an entire week after purchasing. Will never use this platform again.
Your site has historically been very slow compared other buyback sites. It's been better the last month or two.

FedEx was unable to track the tracking number provided on the label from this company. Basically, I lost a $68 buy back and the book as well. I wish I would have read the reviews before choosing to seek back to this company. I did reach out to TextBook Rush and they basically blamed it on FedEx. I ship things quite often and never had this happen.
The book came quickly but it had some pages that looked like they were eaten by something, I had to rip those pages out. The book was also really sticky on the back and it has black stains on it that smelled like car oil. I will be keeping the book because I can still read the content, because the pages i had to remove was just the index. I am not

I find the process very easy. Not sure I am getting top dollar, but it is very easy to do.
Easy to check out, and revived my game quickly and even with shipping at a third of the new price. It all was there and in great shape.
I used to have great experiences with textbook rush. Then it started to refuse to accept my home address as valid. I am having it shipped to my university address instead, but this is a major issue and frustration for me. My address is valid, and it won't let me complete an order using it.
One of the books I ordered was in perfect condition and arrived promptly. The other was covered in library stickers, a status that was not stated in the book's description. In my opinion this is disgustingly fraudulent and unethical behavior.
The website reloaded dozens of times before allowing me to reach the product I was looking for; the screen where I was filling in my payment info reloaded after I had already filled it in once, forcing me to fill it all in a second time; an additional 67-cent charge was added to my order that only became visible after I clicked the button to finalize the order (I can't see what it was for with this screen in the way, but I assume it was some kind of processing fee or sales tax, which is fine, but on principle I think it's unethical to conceal the full price until after the customer has committed to paying.)
Answer: My main complaint with this company is that they agreed to take my returns/trade-ins that were brand new books, but then later they said the (new!) books were unacceptable and refused to say why. They sent them back to me and I sold them to another company, who gave me no trouble or shady answers. I would suggest Amazon student- they deliver exactly what that say, and are fair about returns and trade-ins.
