I'm starting an FBA business and buying inventory. I found a book on your site and purchased it, the order was cancelled the next day without explanation. Not only was the order cancelled but my newly created account was cancelled. When I inquired about this the response pointed to the policy about drop shipping because I was shipping the book to a prep center. This is a common practice with FBA businesses and I don't understand your policy. It seems to me that your throwing business away...at least mine.

Could not easily find where to put my phone number. Your system said to fix it in the billing section. There is no billing section. I had to change it to "check" from "paypal" then I could see the phone number section. Then I switched back to "paypal" and it worked.
Unable to give a proper review because, as of this date, the book has not been received.
The free fedex label worked and was easy to use. My textbooks were processed and I received the quoted amount of money via Paypal.

It took more than 5 days for my order to be processed. Then the item sat in the warehouse for another week before it was shipped. Nearly 3 weeks later since I placed my order still haven't received my textbook and it is still in transit to USPS. I ordered early so that I will get my textbook before January 27th but don't know still if textbook will come in time. Will never recommend this company as they can't process orders quickly nor can they ship items in a time manner.
It's been almost 2 weeks and no sign of my textbook. I checked out as a guest so I dont think I can track my order either. Might have to contact customer service.
Beside the password problem and the fact that we couldn't see a tracking number. The seller was updating us with the progress of the package so the transaction was smooth. Good sale. Cheap. Good quality.

According to the website, the book was in stock.
Few days later, I received an email telling me that they cancelled the order because it's not available. I hope it is management issue and not a scam because they have all my credit card information. I am not happy with this company.

Answer: My main complaint with this company is that they agreed to take my returns/trade-ins that were brand new books, but then later they said the (new!) books were unacceptable and refused to say why. They sent them back to me and I sold them to another company, who gave me no trouble or shady answers. I would suggest Amazon student- they deliver exactly what that say, and are fair about returns and trade-ins.
