Four months in contract and sign has almost always been out if wipes, not displayed at all, covered or shared with competition. After many complaints nothing has changed and they will not refund us.
Working with the team at terraboost media was easy and helping. You will pay for the service you receive. Found our experience enjoyable
I am just a few days away now from my ad going live on the kiosks. I'm excited to see the response in my neighborhood over time. In this crazy COVID-19 environment it feels like the right place to be with people so hyper aware of hand cleanliness. The people at TerraBoost have been very cooperative and responsive to my needs and I'm looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship.
I ordered a large order of hand sanitizing wipes on April 4th that I am still waiting for. I keep emailing Jake at *******@terraboost.biz and *******@terraboost.com and I can't get a current response. Of course, I was charged over a month ago. This company is the worst and has false advertising. This is beyond frustrating
Great company and great advertising to get your brand out to your community shoppers. Very thankful that I can provide my community with sanitization wipes through my commitment with Terraboost Media. Blake Miller is a Next Level client success manager that helped guide me through the process of setting up my campaign. Also their salesperson for my beach cities area Joseph Gibb, was very patient with in finding the right locations that I was comfortable with. I communicated with Joseph well over 30 times before deciding on my locations.
Hi Christopher! Thank you for such an awesome review! We are glad to hear that Blake has taken great care of you! We love this picture as well! Let us know if there is anything else we can do to be of service.
They lied to me to sign the contract, they gave me wrong dimentions, after I cancelled the contract they kept harracing me for 5 months. Today, 5 months later, I got an email that they will post generic advertisement under my name without my approval! Unbelievable
I've been using Terramarket now for about 5months. We have a display at a local store and it's been giving us great results. The team was easy to work with and had a quick turn around.
I have been very impressed with TerraBoost. I just signed up to renew another year. They have been responsive quickly on any of the concerns I had. I would strongly suggest TerraBoost to other realtors to use in their marketing
I am happy with the advertising space and the opportunity to get in front of a lot of potential clients. I have had varying success working with the staff and sale people there. At the end of the day, I end up with what I need, but sometimes it takes a couple of tries to get a response from them.
PLEASE DON'T FALL VICTIM Terraboost media.
They came to my office 2018 several time to tell us they want to help us advertise. Finally we agreed with them December 2018 and I signed contract of 6 months. The agreement was $200 initial design and $200 per month for 6 months. They said they will start the advertisement in January 2019. They keep charging us without any advertisement and when I called them they said that they're running behind schedule. Finally I got fed up with them April 2019 after having paid them 4 months with no advertisement and I told them that I am no more
Interested.
I called my bank and they got my money back from them.
TERRABOOST now took me to collections claiming that I am owing them.
Please DON'T fall victim they are scammers
I love working with Ryan Pike at Terraboost Media. He takes care of my best interests, have good ideas what will help with my adds to boost my business. I don't have to worry about my stand when it's time to renew or get something new he will call me. He is easy to connect with and always answers the phone. I love Terraboost Media and I recommend it to everyone who is in the service industry. Jump in - do it for your community and neighbors!
Téa
Hi Tea - Thank you for the exceptional review of Ryan. I'll be sure to pass along your kind words!
Blake Miller patiently walked me through some extremely challenging and frustrating moments while trying to manage my account during the Coronavirus. We were back and forth numerous times as he did his best to make me happy. Blake never lost sight of my needs nor showed any frustration with my emotional ups and downs. He deserves a gold medal.
Hi Anne, thank you for your understanding and honest review. We are always looking for ways to help our clients, even when the going gets tough. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything moving forward.
I'm a realtor in Berkeley and Oakland California, and having the Terraboost hand sanitizer in front of the local Safeway has been great. They did a wonderful job with my artwork, and have been very responsive to making sure I am happy with their product. Five stars!
Just waiting to trick you!
They take your money without offering what they say. Also the money will not be returned even though you are unhappy with them advertising.

Hi Ana, I am so sorry you have been unhappy with your experience so far. Our goal is to ensure your advertisement is a huge success. Unfortunately, we can't find an account linked to "Ana D." in our system. Could you please email CSM@terraboost.com with your contact information so a Client Success Manager can get in touch with you? The Terraboost Team would like to resolve any issues you may have.
I signed up with this company and was told my ad would be in the stores in January. I paid the first installment and was told by the salesperson that the next payment would come out when the ad was posted. The ad was not posted and they charged my card. When I called to ask, I spoke to Tom who said that's not how they work. I told them the ad that was created was now stale. I told them I no longer wanted their service. I told him my financial situation had changed and I could not afford it. I was told that I signed the contract and I should have read their terms. Then I spoke to Myles Berry who intimidated and argued with me on the phone. He told me that he was under no obligation to help my financial situation and that the contract was "ironclad". He said that if I didn't pay I would be sent to collections. He told me he was "top of the food chain" at Terraboost Media and that I could not speak to anyone else. He repeatedly said "I am not calling you a liar but show me the proof that the salesperson told you that you would not be charged until the ad was in the store". He told me that he had clients who recorded meetings and that if I had done that I would have proof. I told him this practice was illegal in MA and then he got into points of law with me. An awful company who don't care about their clients.

Thanks so much for responding. I saw this same response on the Better Business Bureau page and responded there also. I called Terraboost to avail of this offer here and on BBB to change the artwork and was told by Delaney, "in exchange for the artwork change, I was to remove my review from here and anywhere else." I said I would consider removing reviews if the business relationship improved over the coming months. She then accused me of writing over 50 reviews along with several FB comments. I wrote 3 reviews, and commented on another bad review on the Terraboost FB review page which was taken down within minutes of submission. Delaney confirmed as much. Delaney said it was unprofessional for me to comment on FB which begs the question of why Terraboost invite clients to write reviews which folks can comment on. Needless to say, Delaney did not discuss any changes to my artwork as offered above.
Hello Stephanie, We appreciate the concerns that you have voiced. We greatly appreciate and value each and every one of our clients and we are acting with the utmost professionalism to help resolve each and every one of your issues. You will be the first-ever advertiser in your store, which is why you signed the contract and then specifically signed another addendum document to the contract that denoted the installation of the campaign would NOT commence prior to 1/15/20 and that we could not guarantee the actual date. Your artwork proof was just approved by you on 12/19 and is now going through the approval process to install you in February (which is on time with the 12/19 art approval). You will then get your full and complete 6-month run in the store, so you will get each and every day of the campaign you paid for. Again, we are happy to continue working with you to help accommodate payment schedules and artwork changes, etc. Just give our client success team a call back and we can solve whatever issues there might be here. We have abided by the contract all along and continue to act ethically and in good faith to get your ad posted on time and as quickly as possible, so we are unsure of the crux of the issue, but nevertheless are working to solve it.
Terraboost Media gets you to enter into a contract with them by promising an increase in sales and revenue when you advertise with them. Sure, they help you in advertising but there is no guarantee in sales increase. It's just pure promise to sell their services. Complaining through their customer service is a waste of time and energy. They know how to intimidate you, so you'll be compelled to continue to pay for the contract even when you're not happy with their services. Don't believe their promises and be fooled by their false advertisement.
Hi Darlene. I apologize for your experience with Terraboost. Our client success team is attempting to reach out, but unfortunately, we can't find you in our system. We would like to get this taken care of for you but need some more information. Could you please email CSM@terraboost.com with the name of the Company advertising, name of the advertiser, and a good phone number to reach you at? Again, I am sorry for this experience and we want to make things right.
These people promise increased sales. They make strategies, help with the implementation, and answer questions. But when it comes to the sales figures, the results are slim to none. Not Happy!
Hi there, Patrick. I'm sorry for this experience you have had. Our client success team would like to make this right for you, but we are having trouble finding you in our system to reach out. Could you please email CSM@terraboost.com with the name of the company advertising and a good phone number to reach you at? Thank you and I apologize again for this.
Working with them was a total nightmare. Bad customer support who do not get back to you when you ask questions and they behave as if you did not ask in the first place.
Hi there, Paul. I am so sorry for this experience you have had. Our team would like to make things right for you, however we aren't able to find your account and reach out. Could you please email the name of the company advertising and a good phone number to reach you at to CSM@terraboost.com? As soon as you provide that information, your Client Success Manager will be in touch with you and we will get this taken care of for you. Thank you!
Answer: They are NOT a scam and very legit. I understand frustrations of them taking a long time to put the ads up, but that doesn't make them scammers. You pay for a year and you get a year. Your time doesn't start when you pay, it starts when your advertisement is placed in the venue
Answer: Hi Ejona - It depends on what supermarket chain and the number of monthly store impressions. Would be more than happy to connect you with someone to help if you could provide contact information. Thank you!

Answer: Hi There! We have two branches. We sell advertising opportunities in Pharmacies, Grocery stores, malls, airports, and many other locations nationwide on hand sanitization kiosks usually posted at the entrances, or other advantageous positions within our partner stores. We also offer various PPE items from wipes, to liquid sanitizer, to masks in our product store at shop.terraboost.com
Answer: My reps very very responsive. If they weren't able to answer, they always called me back.
Hi Kristina,
I apologize for the long delay here. We have met with the Shipping team on this and your order should be shipped out by Tuesday of next week. Also, your order will be shipped from Carson, CA so transit time from Carson to Kingsburg should not be more than a day or two. Again, so sorry for the delay and please let us know if you have any other questions.
