TerraBoost presented what I thought sounded like a good opportunity for kiosk advertising in a good location for my real estate business. It produced zero results in the first eight months of a 12 month contract, but I don't blame the company for that. However, in month 8, my advertising disappeared from my kiosk. I immediately contacted them and they promised to rectify the situation. It has been four months and they have not fixed the problem and have refused to issue a prorated refund for the missing time. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT with this poorly run company/scam!

I have read some of these reviews and I would agree the company took longer than expected to put my ad up at the store. They added free time for the delay, and went the extra mile to keep me satisfied. Once my sign did finally go up, I began to see results a month later! Since then, I have purchased two additional locations and had them send me the signs to install myself so that I wouldn't have to wait. They are extremely overwhelmed with new customers do to the pandemic so it's understandable they are behind. But the results are well worth the wait!

SCAM! Terrible company. I started paying this company for 5 kiosks back in the beginning of June 2020. They promised they would be placed at a local mall within 3 weeks. I sent over QR codes, locations, logos and everything within a day of signing. They dropped the ball at least 8 times as they promised and did not deliver. They offered all sorts of things for my patience and gave me a 100% guarantee that they would have them up in June, July, August, September etc. It's now October! They have taken $1000's and delivered nothing. I finally called my bank and put a stop payment and dispute in against this company.

I hate to post negative reviews but I feel I need to let others know the problems I've had with this company. The idea is this: use your logo and you will be seen in plain view in local drug stores. They never follow up to ask if the campaign is working, there's no ROI, and then they attempt to auto renew by charging your credit card. This product really doesn't work and the sales team seems like they just stepped of a used car lot. Pressure to buy, big promises and then you're stuck. No way would I recommend this company.

Here's a threatening message I received today from a client representative *. I actually have no ads up by the way and haven't a single person mention they say me on an ad in a drugstore.

After non-payment for a certain amount of time, usually 2 months, a demand letter will be sent out. If still you choose for non-payment, your account will be sent to our 3rd-party collections agency.

Then I received a demand letter from a collection agency. The problem behind this entire situation is that a slick talking advertising person convinced a very busy young doctor that they could help drive exposure to my office. I wanted said ad man out of my office so I could continue seeing patients. I signed his contract for the year and paid the whole amount up front by check. I never heard from him again. I also forgot about the whole campaign as there was t a single patient who noted an ad. Then he said I'm locked into another year simply because I auto renewed for an entire year. That's a scam.

As of this date there are 18 one star reviews for Terraboost here. Yelp has similar numbers. Not very good odds. These numbers tell a story about this company, Ignore it at your peril. There are reputable companies out there. * Is clearly tasked to run interference for a horrendous company. Once they get you to sign the agreement, they won't deliver, they'll ignore you until you tell them you're stopping payments and only then they'll wave the signed agreement in front of you and say that's not an option. Then after you stop payments, they send you a threatening email, say you're unprofessional for posting negative reviews while they're sending you to collections. There is NOTHING ok with this. * Can't fix this. Avoid Terraboost like the plague.

I signed a contract with Terraboost Media for advertising placement on a sanitizing wipe station at CVS in Centerville, Ohio. I was told that the display would appear in late July. Artwork was created and approved by me. Everyone was very easy to locate through the process. My rep, Chris Lent, would take my calls, or call me back quickly with answers I needed. However, today I went to check on my station, and found the station with no advertising on it. My company name isn't there and the station is dirty and covered with taped up notices. Hardly worth $5000. When I tried to call Chris, his voicemail no longer had his name, and he didn't answer. I then tried to contact ANYONE at Terraboost Media live, and was unable to reach anyone. I attempted to contact the designer that I worked with and was never able to enter an extension number. I did get an email from Chris stating that "he'd look into it". One day is enough time to determine where my ad is and why it isn't at CVS. Therefore, I'm writing this review at this time. Should I get resolution to my issue, I'll gladly update this review to reflect the fact that they are legitimate. At this point, I don't believe they're legitimate, and I'm quite sure I just got scammed out of $5000.
