My small office of 5 people use hand sanitizer every day so it runs out quickly. Services in the past have let me down because sanitizer deliveries came weeks late leaving my employees frustrated. Thanks to Terraboost those problems are a thing of the past. Every order I place arrives on time as described.
Getting rid of germs in the workplace is a constant headache for me so I need a reliable brand to provide effective sanitizer. Terraboost consistently delivers on time and takes the time to answer any questions. The other day I was speaking to Sarah from customer service. She did a great job explaining the contents of their sanitizer.
I frequently need to buy sanitizer and wipe dispensers to restock. Until I found Terraboost the quality of the service was inconsistent. Now I get my hand sanitizer deliveries on time and packaged correctly. Other brands have let me down too many times in comparison
I came across Terraboost by accident when looking to buy hand sanitizer online. I called up the customer service line and spoke to Adam I wanted to find out more about the quality of the product. I was impressed with the answers and ordered a package. It arrived on time and the quality was as described.
Terraboost's sanitizer station towers are the best office hygiene choice I've made for some tie. I wanted my employees to use sanitizer more friendly without forcing them. I placed a few towers around the office and they naturally began using them. The buying process was straightforward, which is what I want from an online shop.
This over priced marketing did absolutely nothing, then it was only for a year and now I am getting another bill from them and have sent the inquiry to the company as to why since the year was up months ago.
DO NOT USE THEM EVER!
Terraboost Media sold me advertising where they would put our logo and address on a kiosk in a drugstore and get leads to our practice. I paid upfront and never heard from this company again... Until they tried to auto-renew and charge my card again this year. I told them I never say any kiosk with my name on it, no patient told me they saw me on a kiosk in the drugstore and it was a total bust in terms of ROI. I told the company to leave me alone but they persisted... Insisting that I auto-renewed, which I did not. I don't even have an active campaign. They took my money and never showed me a kiosk with my logo on it. Today I received a threatening letter from Brandon Neumann of Terraboost telling me he will be sending me to a collections agency. I'll be engaging my attorney to deal with this company. Do not do business with them.
I don't go a day without using hand sanitizing wipes and Terraboost provides some of the best I've used in the last few years. There was an initial delay, but they kept me informed, which was reassuring. I enjoyed the quality of the wipes and will be ordering some more soon!
I use hand sanitizer regularly and am always on the hunt for a good deal from a top brand. Customer service is also important for me as I like dealing with the same company. Terraboost pleasantly surprised me with the quality of their high quality sanitizers and reliable customer service.
I'm excited by the opportunity Terraboost gave me to place advertising in front of my local customers. My restaurant relies on advertising within a 5 mile radius. Terraboost helped my restaurant fill up with reservations fast.
Taking small packets of wipes to my car every day is like a ritual for me. However, I couldn't find a brand that delivers a mixture of great packaging, alcohol-free wipes and a competitive price until I came across Terraboost. I would recommend their service to anyone! I place an order regularly and they always arrive on time.
The team at terraboost did a good job with my kiosks. I wanted to set up 3 kiosks with different designs and locations. I had little idea about what design I wanted other than they all had to be different. The team worked back and forth with me until i finalized the details. The final result was exactly like how they showed me in the final proof. The kiosks looked beautiful! The team also did well on the refill part as i always found them refilled. This was my first advertising campaign and i am happy that they did not let me down. I will definitely recommend them.

It seems your company is a fraud. Regarding our order #2408 from over 2 months ago, we only received the Flex wall dispenser steel wipe only. We were contacted you multiple times and received nothing. This dispenser basically is USELESS without the Tazza 70% alcohol-based wipes. We returned your Flex wall dispenser to you with the tracking number 1ZY4289V*******939. It was received by one of your staff name Josh on 6/22/20.
Anyway, please refund the FULL AMOUNT of our payment as follow:
- Flex wall dispenser steel wipe $189.00
- Tazza 70% alcohol-based wipes $192.00
TOTAL: $381.00

Let me admit something. I am not an easy customer to deal with. I can get very demanding and at times annoying as well! CS reps usually hate my type. But the team at Terraboost has won me over. They were very patient with me as I made frequent changes to my design and they responded by working on the revisions promptly. Very professional and customer centric approach. They now have a finicky yet loyal customer in me!

I needed to get some advertisement done at a local store but wasn't sure if any of the local marketing/advertising agencies would be able to pull it off from a design and execution perspective. Fortunately, I came across Terraboost. The company brings in the best of both worlds the benefits of working with a large and experienced company and yet who are able to work and deliver at the local level. I am very pleased with the work that they did.

Avoid this company like the plague. You sign a contract and they make promises but do not fulfill there promise. I have made multiple complaints to Lauren at the company and she responded at first but then she stopped returning my calls.

I received no word from the company, even after Myles B said (in response here) that someone would be in touch "first thing next week". After calling and writing again with copy to a company executive, Jake finally responded on May 22nd saying "The shipping team will be working on getting this shipped out today." Several days passed with no follow up and I emailed yet again, copying the owners. I got a call from Jake promising that the shipment would go out that day. It's now June 5th, a week later, and nothing has been shipped. I never received a response from either of the owners. I have canceled the order. Frankly, I wonder how they stay in business.
After charging our account in full, nothing has arrived almost one month later. EMails to Terraboost support went unanswered until recently when promises of imminent delivery were made, but nothing has materialized and no follow up, despite our repeated inquiries. Carrier says the product is not in their hands. We've had to dispute the charge and will not take our business there again.
Terraboost did a fabulous job on our advertising campaign! They were professional and conscientious. Our ad on the wellness kiosk at the Elk Grove Village Jewel store is so attractive and well designed. I would recommend Terraboost for your advertising needs!
Warning stay away from this company. Called to find out if product was in stock and was told yes. Placed an order in April and then told they are out of stock. Months later still have not received product. No one from their company will return a call and even with a scheduled appointment cannot reach anyone to discuss. Product was prepaid and have no way to tell if this is a scam or just poor customer service.
On March 23rd, we ordered: "Tazza® Alcohol-Free Hand Sanitizing Wipes (1200ct per bag, 4 bags per case) × 1 $174.00" and "Terraboost Flex Wall® Stainless Steel Wipe Dispenser × 4 $516.00". A few weeks later, we received the sanitizing wipes but only one of the dispensers. I inquired about the missing dispensers on April 22nd via email (option on the website) and then called on April 30th because I didn't get a response. A very nice lady told me to email J Gray. She warned me that he was getting thousands of emails and to try and be patient. I emailed him that day and again on May14th asking for a status update and if we could just get a credit for the dispensers we had not received. I still have not received a response from him as of today 5/19/20. I think J Gray needs some help at this company for all the Covid-19 orders and inquiries. I have no doubt he has been very overwhelmed but I would much appreciate a response as its been nearly 2 months since we placed our order. My president asked me to order these items and I have no response for him as to where they are or if we will receive a credit.
