I really liked the tenorshare and especially their support team (Violet was the one who helped me), who helped me to solve my doubts and queries of their product. I would clearly recommend their products to anyone who is facing troubles with their phone, ipads or laptop. And another good thing is they give you back your money, if it dosent solve your problem, so there is nothing to worry about.

I purchased 4ukey android unlocker and it did not work on my phone. Tech support told me it wont work on my samsung j3. When I asked for a refund (it says 30 days money back guarantee)they first offered 30% refund and when I said no a 50% refund. This is a scam don't trust these pricks

Soon after purchasing 4DDiG File Repair, this product keeps failing, repeated Export Failures come up, I present issue to Tenonshare, they keep stalling, send many emails asking for data, video formats, original video file formats Error Logs, screen dumps, which have been sent several times previously. Then they recommend using a different product to fix the product thats failing. See attachments. Selling a Product that repeatedly fails is fraudalent. I have asked for refund, to which they are keeping me in a 'holding pattern', sending me more emails wih questions I have already answered, or recommending me to buy another product! This is what they do, to try and frustrate you so you go away, I'm not going away! I suggest everyone keep away from this business based on my experience.

I wanted to buy iPhone unlock software but after purchace I noticed it is Android software.(Thanks to the messy website design)

I did not download the software and imisatly created a ticket ask for refund.

I asked Tenorshare for refund or exchange with correct product.

The refused to help and said all sales are final and no refund.

Horrible customer support and shady business practices by Tenorshare.

I will open paypal claim, will write more review online until you fix this very simple issue.

There are 100s of alternative software doing excact job at a lower price.

Just search and save your time.

Tenorshare is awsome, the best site for unlocking any locked mobile device and they have great customer service. I would suggest tenorshare over any other webstore for unlocking devices they're very reliable and have the best price deals at a fair rate.

We have tried tenoshare free subscription a year ago. Well guess what, they will keep your billing information and will charge you a year later. And their explanation: "On the purchase page, there has a reminder that this is an auto-renewal license and can be canceled at any time." I have send them a cancellation notice and asked them why wasn't I reminded. Their reply: 'Please check your spam folder' Which is a another BS to get your money. Please stay away from this company, Their program would not even work half of the time. Very unprofessional and not a trustworthy company at all.

I originally downloaded Tennorshare Reiboot in the hope that it would repair a couple of faults that had developed in my old iPhone after a software update.
At first I was frustrated because it appeared that the software was unusable without a minimum of a 1 month subscription. However, the company generously offered to send a 1 month registration code free of charge in exchange for a 5 star review. Now I consider that to be great customer service.

The application is user friendly and very easy to use! I use this app for a variety of reasons. I used it for Pokemo Go, getting on Yelp restaurant waitlist (as u have to be within 5 miles to get on the waitlist ahead of time). I've also used this app to fool people where I'm located. Mostly used to use this app to be at places where I'm supposed to be but I can sneak off and do other things. You can also use this for work phones that require gps to be turned on so your company can track you. This app is amazing!

This company does not refund! AGAIN! They DO NOT give a refund when their product does not work! They will offer you a discount to a new product instead. Why would I do that if I am not satisfied in the first place?

I used the iCare Phone Transfer tool for transfering the Whatsapp chats from Android to iOs and it worked flawlessly. It's also quite user friendly and some extra steps for other similar tools were not needed with this one. I haven't explored the tool for other jobs, but at least for chats transfer I really recommend it.

So far, I am getting great results... What I could not do with iTunes seems to be resolved by this product.
Background
I am currently in eSwatini with very little computer support available, so this product has been very helpful. I was recently given an old iPhone 10 by my daughter which I did not try to use at first. Misfortune struck when somebody stole the other phone and I had to move over to the iPhone as my daughter could no longer remember the password.

This is where Tenorshare has really helped. At the moment, I am on about the tenth re-try of various options, including some very helpful attempts (which unfortunately did not succeed) by Phila at the Apple dealer in Mbabane, eSwatini (previously Swaziland).

The great news is that it looks like Tenorshare's software will be able to do what I could not get iTunes, etc to do. So I am very hopeful and hopefully will be extremely happy quite soon. I will update this review to let you know my progress. Thanks to you Tenorshare!

Perdi acesso ao meu notebook a qual fiz a assinatura pois deu problema na placa, entrei em contato para poderem me liberar o acesso em outro notebook e como fiz a assinatura vitalícia e ainda tinha acesso a fazer não viria problema. A princípio disseram que não poderia e insisti respondendo o e-mail e depois me responderam me chantageando que liberaria o acesso em outro notebook só depois de eu avaliar o serviço com 5 estrelas e enviando uma captura de imagem da tela. Lamentável, perdi o meu dinheiro mas não vou fazer nada ilegal.

After purchasing their 4DDIG partition manager product, I quickly realized that this company had no intention of providing a reliable program. The program failed to do what they advertised. The first three tasks failed. Tenorshare had stated that the program would convert an MBR to GPT with no data loss. I tried this conversion and ended up with a computer that could not boot. In the end, I had to format my hard disk and recover 1.82TB of data from my back up files. The recovery took me approximately 24 hrs. I will never consider anything produced by Tenorshare again.

I have used this software when i wanted to recover data from my android which were accidentally lost. TH etrail version is already showing me the snaps of the pics. I wanted to purchase this product to recover my data. Happy with this product.The customer service is also very good

The people at Tenorshare are really great people to work with. They are very willing to help with any problem and their software is exceptional. I bought 4mekey and it works flawlessly. Best people I've ever dealt with.

I've been using Tenorshare IAnyGo for quite awhile and I've always had a really positive experience. The product works extremely well and the support team is very helpful. I was struggling to set it up, but Natalia from tenorshare was very helpful and had it sorted out quickly. I would highly recommend tenorshare products and especially IAnyGo.

Bought this software to remove a forgotten password. I was in the process of removing the passcode until I get a popup. I stopped the process. I don't want the data erased. I asked for a refund cause I simply cannot use this product. Of course they refused because unfortunately they are crooked. So beware of this company. NEVER buy anything from Tenorshare.
