So I have been taken (robbed) twice on this Samsung S21 phone. The first time was by the person that sold me the phone off Craigslist and it WAS NOT reset as he said. The second time was by Tenorshare. The website showed that the program they sell will fix Android 10 and up. The email I received from Tenorshare told me I need to purchase an unnamed 2nd program. I asked them specifically which one. No answer. But knowing that the program they sold me did not work, they offered me a 30% refund. SCAMMERS

I think that this is a scam! Their software only contained some instructions that you should follow, which of course did not work. Basically the same instructions that you can get for free on youtube. When I contacted their support for a refund I was asked to take a screen shot and send it to them etc... This all felt like a stall tactic t oget me to give up on receiveing a refund...

Awesome Software! I was able to remove the FRP also known as Google lock on a few of my Android devices very quickly and the good thing about it was the easy to follow step by step (with pictures) instructions on the software.

I tried the trail version and it was great, it worked without any restrictions, you can add your location address or latitude and longitude and it will take you to the place instantly. This is a really great app and I will recommend it to anyone

Purchased TenorShare 4UKey a year ago to unlock an iPhone because it claimed it could unlock the phone without data loss. It unlocked the phone but the contacts, messages, and data were lost. Did not use it again and never canceled. Had not thought about it until it recently showed up on my CC statement. Found the only way to contact them was with a support ticket. They will not refund the renewal because it is automatic and their policy is no refunds. So I paid for an application that did not live up to its claims and then auto-renewed and charged me the 2nd time. They did send emails but they were not viewed until looking for them. The bottom line is bad product unless all you want is the phone unlocked and do not care about the data being lost, and poor policies for the customer.

One of the best recovery software I've tested. The software is very intuitive and easy to use. One of the best advantages, is the ability to recover a very wide variety of file types. Also many thanks to Zoe from customer service who quickly and efficiently answered my questions about the terms of use.

This is the second company I have purchased this type of software from. The Tenorshare software has been easy to use and the customer service response has been swift. I'm a happy, satisfied customer and I would purchase from them again.

My iPhone 7 was stuck at the apple logo and I was looking at 6 months of data loss. I wasn't satisfied with this so I did my own research and found Tenorshare Ultdata. I purchased the one year subscription for about $60. Using it, I was able to repair my phone, and recover all my photos, text and whatsapp data, and app data. The instructions were clear and the program was easy to use for a tech novice like me. I'm grateful to Tenorshare for helping me preserve all those memories.

After reading a glowing description of the repair possibilities of ReiBoot I bought the Android version only to find upon installation that it only will even analyse Samsung phones. Completely useless for my LG.

Program didn't work then they didn't want to refund. They said they would give me a lifetime code but never did. Idk ill probably never come back to this software. The whole experience was frustrating.

I use in an Android and then iPhone simultaneously for years. My WhatsApp was installed it in Android device. One day I want to transfer WhatsApp messages from android to iPhone. The official way is to reset iPhone. I did a research from the Internet and found iCarephone. This software is easy to use. I finally transfer my WhatsApp message from android to iPhone with any issue

Great software and the customer care is fantastic when you have any technical issues, they will solve it in record time. And This software is very easy to use and fast enough

I often play 'Pocketmon GO' game on my iPhone. In the game, you play a raid battle, and it is difficult to move directly to that position. So I buy and use iAnyGo to write reviews. The good thing is that it's easy to use because of the simple UI. You can connect multiple phones. It's nice to be able to connect your phone with Wi-Fi. It can be re-located next time with a history function in multi-position mode. Unfortunately, the main window is not resized.

I have struggled with unlocking old phones I've forgotten my passwords too for years now. With Tenorshare I was easily let into my phones without any trouble at all... I couldn't believe it. All those years all I needed was Tenorshare.

I have purchased 3 products from Tenorshare and the ultdata for iios is amazing, i was able to retrieve data and photos that i had lost saving me a lot of money and time.
Customer service is great happy to help with any queries that i may of had.

I chose to order from their site because of their refund policy in the event that the software does not work. After working with support to resolve the issue, support told me that the software would not work on my device at which point I requested a refund.
- The first response said I could get a replacement product. I declined and asked for a refund instead.
- The second response said I could get a 50% refund. I declined and asked for a full refund.
- The third response said I could get a 70% refund and it was my "last chance to deal with this amicably" and to at which point I was forced to deal with them through my credit card company.

I would advise everyone to stay away from this company.

IAnyGo is absolutely a great application. I've been using this app for a while now, and I must say it's been a game-changer. Its user-friendly interface, along with its impressive features, has made it an indispensable tool for me. I highly recommend giving it a try – it's definitely worth using.

I had a major problem with several phones that I have not used in a long time, and therefore forgot the password in which I initially put on those phones. With Tenorshare software I was able to unlock all of those smartphones. I am glad I found out about this software.

Claims to repair any Android devices. Does absolutely nothing for Motorola phones. Tried getting a refund and PayPal just conspires with the scam artists and denies claims. Ended up disputing with the credit card company to get a refund. Don't fall for their lies and deceit!
