Great software. I purchased an Android phone from online.and it was in fact Locked. I was left with a paperweight. Then I found Tenorshare 4mekey for Android. Now I purchase Android phones that need repairs, then I use 4mekey to bypass the FRP. I'm so happy I found Tenorshare. I recommend it to everyone who inadvertently purchases an Android device that has a FRP enabled.

Hi, my iPad had an activation lock.

Their product didnt work for my use case. Now they are unable to offer me a refund, which sucks...

This feels a little illegal e.g. how can they not offer a full refund if their product doesn't work...

These guys don't respond to support tickets. So their software didn't work as advertised. I asked for a refund as per their policy of 30 day refunds. No response. Almost 4 days now, yet they say they take 48h at Max to respond. They also have enabled an automatic subscription and don't responsd to tickets to cancel this and refund my money. Pity. What a scammy company.

I do a lot of tech work so in my profession I see all sorts of devices that are locked regardless of the issues such as the screen is locked or not the bottom line is that regardless of how the phone is locked Tenor share has a easy, relatively quick solution. Even better if for whatever reason you cannot seem to get it, their customer service is friendly speedy with responses and ready to find an outcome where you are both pleased. I own the program for both mac and for Android and it is the best tools I have ever used. I couldn't be more pleased. I recommend these programs to everyone!

Tenorshare is amazing software. I purchased the same for Whatsapp Data transfer from iPhone to Android which is seamless experience for me now with this tool, i would definitely recommend this tool to everyone.

I would not recommend Tenorshare software. I recently purchased the Tenorshare 4UKey and 4MeKey software to unlock an iPad that I no,longer have access to the key code or iCloud password (my brother in-law died unexpectedly.). Their 4UKey software updated the iPad to iOS 17 from iOS 16 and then the 4Mekey won't work because it doesn't support iOS 17. I received an email from Tenorshare customer service that they say that the 30 Day refund advertised on their website is ". It's hard to refund." these are their customer service teams owns words.

I'm an experienced software engineer and this is not a user error or the customer not understanding their refund policy. It's just poor customer service. I've worked with many other software providers and this is the worst I've ever experienced.

I contacted TenorShare support for a subscription problem and I got a prompt feedback from Support and everything was fixed in less than a day. Super Service!
I used WhatsApp transfer software without problem. I was able to transfer all the conversation between IOS to Android successfully. Great product.

Doesnt recover all files, also had to buy a separate app. Dr fone. Found more files and extra files lost that tenorshare did not.

They wont refund you.
They say only 30 percent after maybe 2 hrs after purchase requesting refund

Bought this app 12 hours ago as i broke my phone and needed to recover datas from that phone.
It doesnt work for recovering data. Tried to recover my whats app but it did nothing but try to verify my number the last 12 hours. Decided to cancel. The 30 days refund policy is totally fake! This app is good for nothing

Update 8 jan; tenor share finally refund my purchase

I used the Tenorshare iCareFone Transfer. It was really easy to use and it didn't take long to transfer my stuff from my android phone to my iphone. I'd say that the price is reasonable and I highly recommend their services!

I find it disrespectful and dishonest with the consumer not to cancel the purchase, the ReiBoot program did not work to recover my iPhone and I cannot wait indefinitely for a solution, I have to take it to technical assistance and the company does not want to refund the amount I paid. Completely dishonest! I feel robbed!

2 years ago I bought the 4uKey to unlock my samsung device. It worked like a charm so I bought it again. This time I needed to unlock my Iphone but I bought the Samsung version again by accident. The team quickly offered me the IOS version instead. I'm expecting it to work just as well as the last time. ;)

So I have been taken (robbed) twice on this Samsung S21 phone. The first time was by the person that sold me the phone off Craigslist and it WAS NOT reset as he said. The second time was by Tenorshare. The website showed that the program they sell will fix Android 10 and up. The email I received from Tenorshare told me I need to purchase an unnamed 2nd program. I asked them specifically which one. No answer. But knowing that the program they sold me did not work, they offered me a 30% refund. SCAMMERS
