DOWNLOADED AND PAID FOR THIS SOFTWARE, IT DIDN'T WORK,, I COULD HAVE FACTORY RESET MY PHONE FOR FREE. IT SAYS YOU CAN KEEP YOUR DATA, NOT TRUE. IT ALSO SAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEED, ALSO NOT TRUE, BEEN EMAILING CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SOME GUY NAMED JEFF KEEPS GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND, FOR OVER TWO WEEKS. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!

Purchased UltData for Mac. Program did not work as desired. Tech/Customer support contacted on day after software purchase. Tech/Customer support supplied another program, ReiBoot, which did not work either. Tech/Customer stated I would need to take my device to a repair shop to check if there is a hardware problem & then provide the test report. Ummm, no, I am not going to go to additional expense & effort for this company to honor their supposed refund policy. 14+ email exchanges & 25 days later, they continued to fight against providing a refund... and did their best to push this exchange outside the 30 day window, thus relieving them of the possibility of a refund. Ultimately was able to recoup a 75% refund.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! You've been warned...

TLDR: Don't buy their software, it is waste of time and money, & the refund policy is fake! -- they will start saying it is hardware failure/issue and will not refund.

They said that I could put my phone in and out of recovery mode for free well it put it in recovery mode for free but then it made me pay to get it out but wait there's more I paid and tried to get it out it keeps telling me that it needs to be system fixed it didn't work so I pushed everything they wanted me to do now they tell me my registration code doesn't work it's horrible you can't talk to anybody nobody cares there and nobody called you back it doesn't work they don't refund your money and that's the bottom line

Tenorshare stucke for $20.00, the so called software didn't help me. It didn't do anything, it was just a guide. They said they could unlock a Fdr lock on a gateway tablet. No, it couldnt. I went thru multiple directions and it wouldnt go pass the Fdr lock. I factory reset it, I wiped the cache, I did everything it said to do. Now they don't wanna refund me my money so I'm gonna take legal action and get my money back.

My wife and I used to use Android phone. On her birthday, I bought her a iPhone. Everything is good except transferring whatsapp data. My wife's phone is HTC old model. After spending hours after hours to search how to transfer the data from Android to iPhone, I pick Tensorshare. It helps me transfer all the data from Android to iPhone perfectly! I had a problem booting up my iphone. It seemed to be stuck and it would not load. I tried TenorShare Reiboot and it was the only program that seemed to be able to communicate with my phone! I bought the software to remove a timeout due to a malfunctioning screen. Their site stated that there would be no dataloss, I bought the software and paid my 35.00 it erased everything off of the phone. Including very important pictures that were taken recently that had not backed up yet and cannot be replaced. I contact support and im told "we are sorry we can give you a free lifetimg access to anything we sell. I have paid a company to try to recover software and im being told that not only did Tenorshare erase the softeare, they did a deep erase and cannot be recovered. This company is a fraud

I have been using this product 4 a couple of years now and it's amazing. Both the iPhone and Android products are fantastic. I have saved a ton of clients from bricking their iPhones with the 4uKey product set. I give this product and company 5 stars pick up a license you won't regret it.

DO NOT USE! The software did not fix anything and was a huge waste of my time and money. When I asked for my money back as per the "30-Day Money Back Guarantee", they told me they would offer me another free service instead. I don't want any more of your useless software, I want my money back.

All it ever did was recognized your tablet that it was connected to there 4ukey and after the 4ukey software did it's thing, at the end of the process, the software didn't remove nothing. It's full of $#*!. Don't buy. It's a waste of your hard earn money!

I bought TenorShare and have been using it for more than a month. For me who rarely download and buy software, this software is very convenient to use. It is suitable for people who rarely use it. It is very accurate and fast. It is highly recommended. I also read it at the beginning. I bought it after being introduced by a youtuber. It's really good.

STAY AWAY FROM them… this software does not work and does not do anything of what they advertise. Refund will never happen. They take long time to answer emails and always giving the way around not to do the refund and at the end they ignore you. The worse purchase ever… do not trust them.
