Ordered and received in 2 days, probably because we live in south Texas but still, very pleased! The selection here is by far the best out there for tennis gear.

I recently purchased 2 pairs of Wilson tennis shoes that were on sale (plus I had a coupon code!).
The shoes are perfect and the package arrived quickly. I'm very satisfied and will order from Tennis Express again!

I ordered a babulet 26 graphite tennis racquet for my 9 year old daughter for Christmas. Service was great. The online support really aided me in making the right decision. It arrived on the time and is a super deal.

I received my court shoes 2 days after I ordered. Although they didn't have my exact size, they sent an email telling me that, I asked for a half size smaller, which they did have, and I received the shoes the next day.

Ordering via paypal required 4 tries before the Tennis Express site connected. Received order on time and accurately filled. Unfortunately I'll now have to "unsubscribe" from all the unsolicited emails I always get from Tennis Express after I order (and wait 2-3 months for emails to stop)

Its nice to have fast delivery yall doing great, if you could add some freebies that would be lovely

I like how they gave me the exact shoe with some nice quality. They even box it into another box so it wont get all beat up and they have a sheet where if you dont like it, you can return it.

I searched for leather tennis shoes. I got synthetic leather (plastic product) and returned them. The product description was inaccurate.

Capital One Credit card posting delayed for THREE days (I have shopped with TEx and have no credit card issues before), SLOW shipment, received item NINE days later, ordered on Dec 10, received on Dec 19 from TX to CA (!)

I received my item only a couple of days after ordering it and it looks exactly like the picture! Great quality and service. I would definitely shop here again!

I got a great racquet at a great price. It was easy to order on the web site, the product shipped and arrived on time and in good condition. The only issue I found was the mislabeling of the string type and gauge on the sticker affixed to the racquet. The type and gauge installed were correct but the label was wrong. This created confusion and caused extra effort to make sure that I got what I ordered.

When I noticed that the tracking showed my package going back and forth across the country, two separate customer service people told me to call the post office to see what was wrong? I did get the item, and had no trouble with it. Just what I ordered.

Received merchandise in great condition. Quickly and efficiently. Very happy! The racquet was beautifully packaged and protected.

I ordered two pairs, of size 11 by mistake, and was thinking I got it wrong, it would be too big because I never worn a size 11 shoe before, all my previous were either 10.5 or 10.

For reasons I can't explain, this size 11 wont even let my foot in. Just outright small. There must have been something wrong either with the sizing label or a design/production defect. Now I got two pairs of shoes I will never be able to wear.
