I received my shoes 3 days after they were confirmed for delivery. UPS left them at my neighbors door, and that house is vacant. I finally received them, and 1 shoe was damaged. The insert on the left shoe is folded under by the toes. They were sent back today for an exchange.

Home page said free shipping and returns orders over $25... turns out they did not mean free returns also. Had to return $59+ shoes that didnt fit right (too narrow) and was told that the small print indicated free returns on orders over $69+. Disappointed. I returned the shoes anyway, they didnt fit right.

The website is easy and simple to choose to select and to pay in addition to the continuous traceability until and after the delivery of the goods.

Have shopped with TE for many years and have always had great experiences. Terrific variety of equipment and apparel. For this last order I purchased a tennis racquet for my husband and a six racquet tennis bag. He loves both. Website is easy to navigate and TE sends great promos via email all the time. Will continue to shop with TE going forward.

I ordered Nike shorts in Medium but when I pick them up and brought them home they were XL instead, which meant a trip back to the store...

I love tennis express but when your order something it would be awesome if there was like something with it like a pen or a keychain and something small like that.

I wish you'd include a return label - would save the customer the hassle. Otherwise, I think your site and service is excellent.
