Ordering was a little confusing at first. Wish the had a section of recommended racquets based on skill set and needs. Otherwise fast and accurate. I will use them again!

I ordered an item 10 days before Christmas only to hear two days later it was on backorder. Eventually shipped on December 20 via two-day UPS. Didn't get delivered until December 26. Should make more effort to get items to purchaser, particularly in the Christmas season.

The headline on the website said free shipping and free returns on apparel. They charged me shipping to return items. One of the tags was also marked $10 less than they sold the item to me for. Sketch!

I should have read the other reviews that say the same thing. Something is wrong with their inventory control. Bummer when it is a gift that doesnt arrive as promised.

The package took longer than expected to arrive because of UPS, the products requested with the expected quality, the box that contained the items arrived half open at the bottom, it is recommended to reinforce the closures.

I got a really good deal with clay court tennis shoes for my son, and I was very excited. I had never had a problem with Tennisexpress before, but I've got an email a couple of days later saying the items were out of stock. I was very disappointed, then ordered different clay court shoes, which I didn't have any problem.
