I bought a variety of items including 2 buckets of Chlorine Tabs. They listed it as 100 tabs but do not indicate the size of the tabs. The bucket is the size of a yogurt cup and the tabs are literally the size of tick tacks. Be careful.

Harassment

It's the worst don't buy from them I waited for delivery nobody came between the given time slot, after 1/2 hour later they updated that it's delivered with a random picture which doesn't have any name on it. I tried to match the picture with my neighbours but can't find anything. I made a complaint about the picture, after 1 hour they updated that they tried to deliver but no one was at home.
After that I diverted it towards a parcel shop, now they said parcel is very big need special delivery.
Try to contact Temu customer service they said contact delivery partner and ended chat.
Now my 100 pounds are stuck.
If you have more money to waist go and order with them.

I was scammed

I have been shopping with Temu for quite some time now. When I first started on Temu back in January there was way less emphasis on inviting all your friends. You earned coupons by spending and earned free gifts that way as well. It has become pretty uncomfortable to use as it's like virtual Mary Kay always making you try to invite to your friends and family to sign up. While I hate that aspect that is not the issue that made me inclined to leave this review, it is the customer service.

I have had little to no reason to contact customer support up until now. Inside one of their games Fishland, you can earn cash back when you purchase. It said I earned an exclusive deal to earn 50% back on select items up to $100. So I filled my cart all the way to $98 back, made the purchase and thought everything would fall into place as it should.

This morning I looked and it says I am only earning 5% back on the purchase. I immediately reached out to customer service, they were incredibly slow to respond up to 8-9 minutes between responses. After all of that waiting she informed me there was nothing she would do and created a "ticket" for me so someone else could look further into it. Oh and they wanted a screen shot of it saying 50% back which of course I do not have since I just assumed the app would work like it's supposed to. It feels like they will do anything to get you to purchase including lie about sales/cash back rewards. I learned my lesson, so I have screenshots of the entire conversation to back up what I'm explaining.

I am a very dedicated Temu customer. I have been pleased with the quality and price of all the items I have purchased. I also love that they honor their promise of a $5 credit when my order is delayed. In the beginning I mainly bought items under $1 (I love kitchen gadgets and cleaning cloths). However, I have recently bought some dresses and household items and have been extremely pleased. My only complaint with Temu is that I found a dress that I loved and planned to buy one in every color but they discontinued the dress after I only had 3 of them. Many of the items I have purchased are also available on Amazon for double or triple the price for the exact same item. I will be a customer for life as long as the continue to offer great prices, quality and service.

I ordered three items in my first order thinking it would be cost-effective and consume less time and money than going to the store, Needless to say that did not happen not only did my order not arrive on time but the customer service chat center continually harassed me after I asked them to leave me alone. I had to postpone the job I was using these items on which cost me approximately $800 for the day they did however give me a $5 credit towards my next purchase. So basically they cost me $795 in loss on my very first order this company is no different than any of the other second rate companies pedaling the same items. Jeff Solar was the customer service representative who continually messaged me after I asked him to stop his messages are borderline harassment.

I can't give a 0 for a rating or I would but had to give a 1! I think what I received was well below standard of any merchandise I have ever purchased! I don't think I will ever order again. Most of what I ordered went into my trash due to very little useable! CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP!

I ordered 3 items for $7 last month. Still have not received them. Tracking says my package is sitting and waiting to be picked up since 5/23. When you try to get answers, all you get are pre-written responses. I want my order cancelled and my money back! And. I was unaware that their items ship from outside of the US…. After purchasing items on PayPal tracking updates show items have shipped, package has arrived in my location, package has been placed on a truck and is out for deliver to my house. Next there is a problem with my order? Next they offer a $5.00 credit if package is delayed. I call 1-800 number, some guy in the Philippines says he is very sorry and if the package is late by 48 hours I will get a full refund and I will receive the package at no charge. I receive the refund, the package in my opinion never existed.

Fixed the issue!

I ordered from Temu a few small orders and was happy with the delivery. It was faster than I expected. Items were decent.
Recently I decided to start ordering some items to re-sell in our store. I spent over $400 and never received anything!
They say it was delivered and that's the end of it. They basically accused me of having an unsafe delivery spot (I live in a gated home, you can't get a more secure spot). Save your money, absolutely Terrible!

Update: once the issue was looked into, I did get a full receipt from Temu. I have since ordered from them again, and had good experiences.

My package went to some random house. Tried everything I could to figure out where it is. Contacted shipping company and they tried to go back to where it was delivered and it wasn't there but due to package not being insured they couldn't do anything. Contacted temu and told them and they refused to refund even though they have a purchase protection program

I got $10 online credit for two of my shipments that were late. The credit was only valid for 48 hours to place a new order. So basically if you don't place the next order within 48 hours you will loose that credit. This is a big scam. However, I wanted to return some items that I thought were not usable for my need. I submit the return order and I was told that I can keep the items and refund was issue right away.

Worst Business Ever

They are a scam. They send damaged items and then only refund to temu credit balance. They suddenly put minimum spend on my account out of nowhere, so now I cannot access my refund, unless I spend $8 extra on stuff I do not want. This is bait and switch fraud and they change site terms with no warning. I will be taking legal action. Do not go near this app. They are the worst.

This is giving scam Alert

I initially ordered $242 worth of items from this website. I was told to send a copy of my bank statement the last four of my account which I did not feel comfortable doing. Therefore I contacted customer service requested to speak to a supervisor was told someone would get back with me. They never did. They refunded my money thank God However, I was never able to apply all the great discounts they told me about the 50% off of does the five get free gifts. I was never able to apply to. I think it's this is a shame I really do and this is this I really like the little stuff that I saw. I couldn't tell you about quality I can tell you about shipping, but I can tell you about customer service Down the drain.
