Do not trust the photos that are shown with the dolls. The company ships from China, and although the doll is okay for a child, it is not for a collector. The shipping is slow. The doll is mostly vinyl, and can not be posed as shown.
I cannot believe this company has ripped me off I made an order on November 16th due to a YouTuber named the cheap chick who bought a bunch of stuff off this company and gave very positive reviews of the products that she bought. So I thought that I would give this new company a try. It's November 28th 2022 I just talked to customer service this morning called my local post office to find out that my package from this company is not in the system and it did not arrive by the estimated due date so they want to credit me $5 for pass the delivery date on their side. No they should be crediting their customers that more than a lousy $5 for a late delivery what about a $25 credit fee where it's a mistake on the merchants and their behalf. They want to know how to improve customer service they're only a 2 hour train ride from where I live at make an appointment with me if they want feedback and I'll tell them how they can improve their customer service. Yes I'm a nice person where I didn't go all karen on them. I do have patience cuz I understand that sometimes things get screwed up. But as a first time customer I'm very disappointed that this company is just like wish and AliExpress two companies which I no longer have accounts with. If I don't get my package at all cuz I know there's people in other reviews that ordered their stuff in October and September and never got their stuff I will close out my account personally. You want customer service you want the word to go out but yet this app screws some people like me over on my package and what I order. How hard is it to get off your $#*! and get s*** straight when it comes to this company. I know they just started out and their company is in USA but they need a better communication with the merchants that they use and with the local United States postal Service here in the USA or overseas. They want our ideas on how to do that message me on your app set up a time and appointment with the team and I will give them some great ideas on how to improve customer service.

I ordered 3 vegetable cutters for XMAS stocking stuffers. All three of the boxes came mutilated because of an improper shipping container. The choppers were delivered in an envelope rather than in a corrugated box. Luckily there was no damage to the choppers, however the containers (folding cartons) the cutters came in, look like something you might donate to goodwill. Not happy with the lack of concern over shipping methods with these items.

I have made 2 orders from this company and so far I am happy. First time I bought some bracelets, earrings and ear buds. I didn't love the earrings but for the price I should be able to give them away. The bracelets were pretty and well made and the ear buds fit me like no others could fit me, paired easily and have terrific sound. I then ordered some over the ear headphones and they also work really well and are comfortable. I plan to buy from them in the future.

I decided to order something I wanted but not to expensive, to make sure it wasn't a fake company. The items are so cute and I'm excited to give them at Christmas, I just have to buy the wine, lol. An added surprise was included, 3 gift cards. I will be ordering from Temu again. Also, it came in in 7 days, not as long as I thought.

I really don't understand why everybody says it's a scam. Yeah the stuff comes from China but it's EXACTLY as they advertise. Very good price and really did not take that long, not near as long as some of my orders from other companies have. I paid $17 for all of this stuff. Tons of Christmas gifts for the kids, all came very well packaged, all on time, all here. I am very pleased! This was not a scam. Beware if you don't receive your points from this game, they won't help you! I received over 4300 from one of my viral posts and they disappeared, after I clicked the wheel twice! I should have received 500 in credits, and all they'd offer was 50! (Which never was even applied to my account) Even after being on chat from 9pm last night, until 8:30 this morning. Absolutely asinine, just beware before sharing guys!

I received my order and all the sizes were wrong. Don't trust their sizing. When I returned the items, their own website states that the refund will go back to the original payment method. They refuse to refund to my credit card and insist on giving me website credit, which I do not want. I was in LIVE CHAT for over an hour and a half and nothing was resolved. They kept contradicting themselves when responding. I have already submitted a dispute with my bank/credit card. These people are not fair business people. Be very careful. In fact, run!

This company is in the vein of Wish.com and Zulily.com but newer. I have found and ordered several items from this company and have No complaints. The items are sourced from somewhere in Asia (no extra bells and whistles) or frills), but cost less without the cheap thrills of other sites. For example, I ordered some knit running shoes and they were well made, shipped immediately and are fashion-forward. The pricing was unbelievable. Don't get me wrong, I truly enjoy my designer brands... But Temu got me without, designer name brands but quality of construct and appealing designs. There is everything from clothing to household and technological products to choose from. Incentives and discounts galore... And since, it's the latest money saver out there...I recommend a visit to Temu.com

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
