Temu will charge you full price when you return an item. Instead of refunding what you paid, the charge you the discounted price and deduct it from your refund. Which company does this?! This is the first and last time I order from TEMU

I RETURNED ALL ITEMS ORIGINALLY ORDERED. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL INDICATING THAT I HAVE RECEIVED A FULL REFUND.

RECENTLY THE ITEMS WERE SENT BACK TO ME. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT CHAT IS WORTHLESS. NO MATTER HOW CLEARLY I STATED MY CONCERN, THE RESPONSE WAS "... Decent Quality Products at Great Prices!

I started ordering from Temu several months ago and I have had great experiences with ALL the items I ordered. Everything I ordered was as advertised; shipping was free and was trackable, and if it came even a day later than expected, they gave me a $5 credit! I have returned 2 items with no hassle. The items I returned were not because of an error on their part; I ordered them the wrong size! I am very impressed with the prices, the quality, and the customer service at Temu, and I will be ordering more from them regularly!

I have a credit with them totaling over $30 and whenever I try to use it, the check out system wont allow, me to use it. Customer service tried to tell me I used it on an order but when I showed them it still sitting in my account and to show me how I used it, I get crickets and a page out of the playbook. They are allegedly from Boston, but customer service is clearly outsourced. Until this issue is resolved, I will not order again and if anyone asks me if they are a good company, my answer will be a resounding no. Going to try AliExpress. Maybe they will do better.

I have order some things about 3 or 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my order. I have been satisfied with some of the merchandise. I wish they send my order soon. A pair of sunglasses came broken, but other than that I love the shoes. I don't have the order number I deleted it by accident.

I made a small order to see how the quality was on different types of products, it was ok for some things so I made another order doubled the size of the 1st order only to get a notice a week later at 2am saying my order was delivered so that afternoon I starred calling the numbers I found for customer service and the contact info for the seller noone answered and it sent me to a voice-mail so I started disputing the order thru the site no luck I messaged every contact they give you and nothing some people I know order and it seems to be like a hit or miss with everything about this site I'm pissed I'm out of the money and got absolutely NO help from them so yes I say this site is BULL$HI+ I hope this review helps people from getting ripped off like I did

Well when I first joined they were good.Sure offer the deals and suck people in.Then downhill fast.Now the coupons are horrible they want you to spend more to save a tiny amount.Promo deals you think are a deal are really not.You can search the site or app and find the same item lower priced than the deal.Most orders arrive in bags and mutilated products.Looks like a thrift shop rampage of bin items.Even when they actually ship a box if arrives crushed up or holes in it.As far as refunds OMG its like talking to a wall for customer service robots.Even the humans are as bad as bots.Then they have this queue to speak and you wat a hour or more to conect to someone who doesnt help neither.They have a habit of saying a ticket as made a supervisor will get back to you.Hmmm in days if your lucky and they act like a bot.You get the same copy paste over and over.If you fight them enough you get a refund no return.Sadly they ask you to return items that are not even sanitary to return.They resell used items to other customers.So if you buy clothing it is possible someone else wore it.Even a hat or undergarments(gross people have lice or diseases)Temu cares nothing about anything but making money.I have gotten products shipped to me with dead bugs in them.Hard to think I had to fight weeks to get a refund for that and they love to offer creit as refund.Why? So you have to buy more of their damaged items and go through it all again with support.Aside from all the bad issues they do on occasion send me ok items not damaged but it is rare to get.Their warehouses are full of damaged items and they pack them damaged and blame postal.It is not postals fault.I promise if you could walk into a warehouse you will see a mess of damages being packed.No idea how this temu has not been shut down already.They must be paying someone to keep selling.Once the lawsuits hit them they will close or smarten up.I have been shopping online for years and this is about the worst I have seen.If I could rate them minus ******* I would.

Disappointed..

My first order on Temu went great, but the second order said it was delivered, but I never received it, so I requested reshipment, only for it to get lost and never moved past a certain point and tracking just stopped. I had to request a refund. Now I'm scared to order anything else from Temu.

I recieved a $100 discont coupon and a $25.00 coupon if I made a $50 purchase or more. My purchase was over the $50 mark and I WAS NOT DISCOUNTED EITHER THE $100 NOR THE $25 DISCOUNT. As of now don't fall for the coupon advertising, obviously it's no good, more of a fishing tool

-Definitely poorly made... CHEAP materials used. Hammock- cotton yarn is hardly more than thread. You can see through. Size is not as described (29"×72").
-Light- on/off switch sticks; does not work properly.
