I received a text from a friend stating "I'm trying to get 5 free gifts can you help me". I clicked the link and then I received an invite to spin the wheel to see if I hit for example silver or platinum. I hit platinum then it said pick a card and when I did it said pick 10 free gifts. I did and then it said I had 24 hrs to get people to help me by responding to my text to join or they could be existing users then I would get the 10 free gifts. I had exceeded the challenge way before 24 hours. I got several people to join and help me with the challenge. The issue is Temu did not honor it's own challenge. I was frustrated because it said the items I chose totaled $154.71 and at the end of the challenge it said sorry you didn't complete the task in time. LIAR! I DID AND GOT SEVERAL PEOPLE TO SIGN UP AND EXISTING USERS TO RESPOND AND TEMU WOULDN'T GIVE ME MY CREDIT TOWARDS MY PRICE. It said you had $0.40 left before you could get your free items. Really! At this piont I see it as a scam and they used me to get a substantial amount of people to sign up and existing users to respond. Then to insult me further I get a message from Temu stating "My bad but I'm making it up to youwith an offer get 3 items for just $10." When I did this it showed my cart for checkout. Only took half off the price. I'M OVER THIS SCAM!

I want to know how every single item they sell has 4.5-5 star reviews. Not just a few but a few hundred 5 star reviews on every idem. Not possible. This is ridiculous! You can't trust them when deciding to purchase anything. I ordered about 10 items from them and it took 2 weeks to get. 5 items were crap, 3 were good and 2 were doable. They have fake reviews or people are lying. Whats up with this site?

I've been a loyal customer I believe ever since they started I've had a few packages go missing because of the bad area I live in I had a package go missing the other day temu refuses to give me a refund or resend a new package they say I should stay home all day and wait for my package to arrive but some of us work the delivery driver should know that they are delivering in one of the worst parts of the city and if nobody answers the door package should be sent to a holding place or a redelivery not a phone call nothing just pictures of the item left in my door got home from work item is missing this is the second item in a year first items they covered second item they told me no they wouldn't so shame shame on you temu and the delivery companies who deliver for them there's got to be a better way but I guess a million dollar company has nothing better to do than to keep our money I'm not going to sit home all day take your day off work to accept the package... There are some bad people out there as well they tried to play with the system and make it hard for us honest people to try to get a refund or redelivery of our items

First and last time I will ever use this app. I ordered somethings back in June 2023. As of July 3rd I had not received my order. July 12th I was told my items failed to deliver. I requested a refund and as of August 11th I still have not been refunded my money. They are stealing from people.

Temu and Amazon have a lot of the same items. Those items are cheaper on Temu than on Amazon. You may have to wait a bit longer with Temu delivery but, I am okay with waiting. Amazon requires you to sign up for Prime in order to receive free S&H. Temu gives you free S&H with a purchase of $10 or more. They provide a delivery date window. If your item does not arrive within that time frame, you will receive a $5 credit. Returns are free and simple. I feel that Amazon is getting greedy. I purchased the 2 items below from Temu. The top was $3.67. The panties were $7.48. Amazon carries both of these items. The top is at least 3x more on Amazon. The panties are double in price.

I placed an order for 12 items Aug 3rd and it arrived August 10th. Everything was exactly how I ordered it. It was my first order and I was very satisfied with how it went. We are very spoiled by Amazon because of the over night service. But the prices obviously don't compare as a match to Temu. The way I've looked at it, there are some things I can order from Amazon and some things I can order from Temu. I have certain items that I can only get from Amazon. I may need them right away,. I wasn't in a hurry for these items and the prices were good.

Every order is correct and delivered within their window. Return/refund policy is incredible. Customer service is prompt & efficient. All items are as described and of excellent/good/ fair quality for the unbelievably low prices. I am a die hard fan and have ordered atleast 50 times! Have not one problem. I cannot praise enough. I also want to add that I've purchased items on Amazon only to find identical items on Temu for a quarter of the price! Yes. The EXACT same item! For example, I purchased a pair of mesh sneakers from Amazon for $40. I then ordered what appeared to be the same item from Temu for $8.00. When I received them I compared the two and they are EXACTLY THE SAME! Just a different "name." I kid you not!

I've ordered from them 11x and they are selling exact same things as Amazon, only difference is the loophole in the us trading laws. So Amazon sells with marked up prices so they make there profit off of selling stuff. TEMU is the supplier for Amazon mostly. Without the middle man your paying direct to consumer prices. It's genius. All my things have been as pictured on TEMU. All has arrived in a timely manner and All is freeeeee shipping and track numbers. It's literally unbelievable and perfect. It people! On three separate orders, this company duplicated items (and charged me) immediately after I purchased them. I agree to one price, and then my CC is charged an extra $$ for the second item on the same order. When I got my receipt, I was like, wait - that's about 10.00 more than I agreed to... and then I figured out the issue. In my last order, I triple-checked my items were at qty 1, and nope - they duplicated 7 out of the 8 items of the order. They do ship the second item, but their return process is horrible! Is this a way to get more money out of their customers? It is a horrible business practice, and you must wait over a month (6-8 weeks) for your refund. About 50.00 more than I wanted to spend on the order. I have to wait for the long shipping process, then I can request a refund and a return label for items I never even purchased in the first place. What a pain and I am out that money for over a month!

The problem with these type of places is that they do a whole bunch of things to get you to be a customer. They hand out coupons and they're friendly. As soon as you buy a few things next thing, you know they yank the coupons. They are not that friendly, and they keep making excuses as to why they won't give you any. Either that or they say wait 24 hours and you'll get one! Big boo. So yeah, be grateful if you're a new customer because once you're in it, you will be tossed to the side.

Ive ordered two items to start, a shirt, and a solar charge hummingbird color change wind chime. Well both came intact, quality was better than i honestly expected for what i paid for the whole order. The hummingbirds are beautiful, the shirt was too big, but this particular option didn't have a chart to go by so i got the smallest option that one had. The amethyst was decent size, and great in color! I have another order coming, ill update then.

Answer: They lie and cannot be trusted, promise refund but it never comes even when they have photos from two sources.
Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
