Maybe their customer service was better when they first started, but it's atrocious now. Just look on their Facebook page: missing orders, incorrect orders, holes in shirts, inconsistencies with their sizing (especially giving junior sizes instead of women's), shipping taking MONTHS, customer service disregarding issues or completely ignoring contact... the list goes on and on. I personally ordered a shirt on 12/12. When I realized I wouldn't get it in time for Christmas, I contacted customer service and asked about paying for rush shipping... Never received a reply. I checked the status of my order on 12/20 and it wasn't even processing yet... it was still marked as "New". Contacted a second time to ask for an update. Was finally contacted on 12/23 (after complaining on their fb page) and was told my order was processing. No explanation, no apology, nothing.) I ended up receiving the shirt on the 8th of January. Almost a month after ordering. Fortunately, the shirt fit well, because I don't think I could have dealt with their (lack of) customer service again. There are so many other custom t-shirt places that sell similar, sometimes even the same shirts. Give your money to a company that actually appreciates their customers!

Their shirts are nice and fairly cheap, but sometimes take a little long to ship. Their website is very clean, but for a reason--they are very liberal with deleting negative feedback. Beware of commenting on their website unless it is praise. Even the slightest negative comment will be deleted unless you offer very specific criticism of the shirt design, but any fluffy, 1-word comments such as "good" or "instabuy" are acceptable. Be especially careful of criticizing the subject matter of the shirt, for comments are deleted for not conforming with the "consumer base's" interests. It's a fun site, but the comments are not necessarily representative of all of its customers' opinions.
