Where is my order?
December 30, 2015

Ordered back in October 2015 and still have not received my order. I am a loyal customer, I've ordered for a few years now and never have I received such bad customer service. Something doesn't seem right.

I had the same issues as everyone else. Ordered it on 12/3, no notification of shipping for weeks. Very poor communication. I finally messaged their Facebook page telling them to cancel my order, and wouldn't you know that just hours later I get confirmation of shipping, making it too late to cancel. By this point we had already passed th date for the party I wanted to wear it at. I finally get it and it's way too tight. Ordered an XL and it fits like a medium. They show no effort to make it right via exchange or refund. Disgusting company with awful business practices.

I ordered two sweatshirts for Christmas. One arrived fine. The other is still showing as in fulfillment. These were ordered on 12/7. They are Christmas shirts. Why offer Christmas shirts that you can't send by Christmas. Also, they charged my credit card immediately. If they cannot fulfill an order then they should not charge me. No customer service and the phone number listed in Irvine, CA is no longer in service. I'd definitely avoid this site.

Disappointed
December 24, 2015

Got a great sweatshirt from them last year but things have certainly changed. Same issues that others are describing: ordered in November for Christmas, been a month with no progress on my order, submitted a ticket and have received no response. So disappointed that my Christmas sweatshirt gift will either never show or will once it's warm.

I, like many of their customers, have been waiting a long time for orders this holiday season and many of us won't have gifts in time. Gifts that were ordered mid-November. They didn't communicate any of the problems with their customers, didn't email us to offer a refund or discount for late orders, and won't answer any tickets or forum posts on their website. The only people they answer are occasional posts on Facebook, but those are just canned replies. I've been trying to cancel my order for a week because it's clear it won't be here in time for Christmas (ordered 11/17) and they won't respond to any of my requests. They offer excuses on social media about a new system, but that's all they're saying. Stay away unless you don't mind waiting months for your order.

Don't place an order...

Just like the rest of you I placed an order on November 26,2015 and still haven't received my order. I wrote the Co. And still haven't received a response... calling my credit card company now. Thanks for the reviews should have looked at reviews sooner...

I recently purchased one of their sweaters for a gift. Did he proper measurements from the guide in which they told us to use. Very much to our disapointment, when received did not fit in the arms. Was very tight in the fore arm. I contacted their customer service to see about forwarding the sweater back and having in a larger size. I would pay for the freight in return and for sending replacement to myself, just do a staright exchange. Well only to find out, no they do not do that. I sent (3) emails asking for a Customer Service Manager to address this matter, it is not like these sweaters are inexpensive, spend alot of money on them. To be only told, there is a no return / exchange policy with the company. No where did I see when ordering from them on line about this policy. I told them that word of mouth goes a long way, and I hope that anyone that goes to purchase from this company does a look at their ratings, I know I sure wish i did. I would never recommend to purchase from this company. Totally 110% disappointed...

Do not order from here!

This site lures you in by posting great items, takes your money and then doesnt ship anything! I've been waiting for a month and I cannot get anyone to respond to my messages! And there is no phone number -- how lucky for them. Please don't waste your money! You will only receive silence from them.

Ordered a sweater November 19th. It's now December 22nd. Still nothing. Ups says its transferred to local post office and no tracking info available. I got a weird feeling i'm never getting this sweater. Wish I had read these reviews first instead of spending 50 bucks for the sweater and shipping

Teefury is killing their business with this epic fail. I ordered shirts for my family for Christmas. Teefury took my money, and hasn't replied to the ticket I opened on DEC 3rd. I am taking my complaint to the BBB.

Tee Fury--ous!

I think tee fury has closed its doors with our money. Their phone line says no longer in service. They answer no emails. They have response in facebook. They have my money though. Money is will never see again. And they are still taking orders. What recourse is there. I called BBB and they have multiple complaints but no action. I ordered 6 shirts $129. I NEED my money but I don't know where to start. IDEAS?

I ordered my sweater as a git November 16th. My credit card was charged right away. I was given no confirmation email or tracking number. I have inquired several times about the status of my order only to be answered by automatic responses explaining that one of their factories went down or that it would be shipped within the week. I still have no revived my order. And the people generating these emails even gave the Gaul to ask their customers not to email them until the end of a week to find out where their order is. The sweaters are pricey and if you're a Candian like myself the exchange rate makes the wallet hurt a little more. So extremely frustrated and disappointed.

The more of us the report, the more serious the issue will be taken. They are not shipping, not replying to complaints, and not doing anything to fix the issue. I've been blocked from their facebook page for my complaint. This is theft at this point.

I ordered a Valhalla Sweater for my visiting Soldier so he could wear during the holidays. I ordered it NOVEMBER 19th... it is now December 17 and I have nothing. And I do mean nothing... no tracking number, no ship date, no response, no callback from their "contact" customer service phone and NO MERCHANDISE. I paid thru Paypal & have still received zero response. I've asked for my money back as this company is a joke & should not be allowed to conduct business and take peoples money.
Paypal is investigating the issue so I can be refunded. They advised it may take another 3-6 weeks to get cleared for refund. This whole situation has made me so furious; they've had my $65.94 since 11/19 and I have nothing. Pretty sweet to take peoples money to use for whatever length of time you can b. S. them into thinking they may receive merchandise before they demand refund for NO MERCHANDISE! Scam artists who should be stopped.

I WANT TO GIVE ZERO STARS. DO NOT USE!

If you're reading this, you are probably already angry about an order you placed and haven't received. That's how I got here. I placed an order for Christmas themed shirts in early November, and they still haven't arrived. Their customer service is non-existent, as you have to submit a ticket to get an update on your order.

Spoiler Alert: The update never comes.

They have a note on the top of their ticket submission form that says they are having problems due to a new shipping system. Great. How about putting that info on every page of your site, especially the ordering page, so that people don't keep chucking money down a hole. Oh, and its really sweet how you keep sending daily emails hawking new t-shirts that I presume will also never be delivered, or they'll come in well after you actually hoped to have them.

TL DR: Don't use this company if you want to actually receive your shirts.

What a joke

Over a month waiting. Nothing but flippant "Don't worry! We're sorry!" emails with no actual news. Zero response to emails or tickets inquiring about order status or requesting a refund. So glad in ordered a holiday sweater... but it's okay; don't worry because your order is still on its way! Yet... they continue pushing new shirts and taking orders. Never again, teefury. And that's sad considering I own probably 20 shirts from them. I could live with the issue if they didn't treat it like it was not a big deal. It's infuriating.

VERY DISSAPOINTED

I have been a loyal customer to this site for a very long time. Since before they even had shoes to buy. I have spent a lot of money on their site and I had only had one or two minor porblems that they had resolved very quickly. Recently I have had a TERRIBLE experience with them. I think they bit off more than they can chew right now.
I ordered a christmas sweater (A christmas Story sweater to be exact) and it was sent November 17th. I recieved the sweater on December 11 and it was a Charlie Brown Christmas Sweater. Yes, the wrong sweater. I wrote to them 4 days ago and they have not gotten back to me and i do not think that the shirt i bought is even still available.
I think this site needs to get organized before putting more items up on their site.
They also send e-mails telling customers that they are experiencing difficulties and that our items will be late but dont offer a discount or any kind of compensation for the inconvenience we experience. They take our money quite fast tho.
