I ordered the "sweater" on November 12 for a party to be held on December 5. I paid via Paypal and on 11/30/2015, after not receiving the garment, I opened an inquiry via Paypal to Holiday Fury since they did not respond to my emails sent via their website. No response from them. I elevated the inquiry to a case on December 2 and they responded to Paypal on December 8 with the tracking information saying the item was delivered that day, which it was... albeit too late for the party. The garment was NOT a sweater, it was some cheap polyester trash that was two times too small. I emailed them for a return, no response so I had to file an appeal with Paypal as "not as described" and "received too late". AS of today, Holiday Fury has not responded to Paypal and I still have not received my money back, despite two phone calls to Paypal.

12 days to ship

Holiday Fury's business practices are pretty horrendous. I ordered a sweater on December 1st with the intention of wearing it to a Christmas party on December 14th. A week after I placed my order and my item had still not been shipped (with no indication at all that it would be delayed), I sent an e-mail to customer service and got an automatic response back which assured me that my sweater would arrive that week. On the 11th I requested that the order be cancelled and a refund. Miraculously the sweater finally shipped out (or at least a shipping label was created) on the 12th. Today is the 15th. The Christmas party last night was great, but unfortunately I still don't have my sweater. 0 out of 5 stars. This could have easily been avoided if they let me know there would be a delay, but instead I was jerked around and I'll have to fight for my money back because of their ludicrous return policy.

Ordered a shirt on November 9th. Getting nothing but excuses, but no shirt. Order #*******‏. Put in a ticket [MGH-*******] in on December 9th. You took my money but won't give me my shirt. THAT'S STEALING... YOU ARE CROOKS!

It is not possible to get in contact with a customer service representative other than by submitting a ticket. They then send an automated email saying it will take a week to get back to you. If you want to get charged for an item that you don't get for a couple of months, order from Teefury...

Awful company

The sweater I ordered was to small and they refused to take it back. Very poor customer service. The product material was cheap and even if it fit would not be worth the money.

Shipping Scam
December 6, 2015

I ordered my shirt a month ago; no shipping yet as it is "processing"

Opening a ticket is futile as they merely say that a "factory was shut down temporarily" which is convenient as multiple site reviews have a similar "problem"...

Avoid them

Horrible!

Ordered a sweater from them, received it and it is too small. Contacted them and they told me no returns or refunds. Isn't my fault that their sizes are off. Horrible customer service, not professional at all. Blocked me from their facebook page and wont let me review on their website.

I ordered a Ugly Christmas Sweater on November 9th, 2015 and my paypal was immediately charged. The company claims they have a 2 day processing and 5-7 day shipping. After about 2 weeks i started inquiring with them via email and received excuses about delays in there factory. Finally after 25 days on December 4th, 2015 i asked to just cancel my order and give me a refund since still nothing has shipped and the sweater wouldn't arrive in time for the party i ordered if for. The company refused and said they could not refund me and the order was processing and would ship soon.

I'm not sure if this whole company is a scam or what but not shipping an item that was paid for after 25 days is a little crazy. Maybe they are just taking orders this holiday season with no plans of providing a product?

The company claims to be shipping from a factory in California but they are incorporated and billing as AAF Nation LLC which is registered to a townhouse in Germantown, MD.

Don't bother!

Ordered one t shirt as a Christmas gift, on 8th November. It's now December and nothing. Not even an email to apologise. Order tracking states it's 'still processing', and after emailing them 3 times for an update and creating an online query they still haven't responded.
Their site gives a catch all explanation of 'going through a transition atm pls be patient with delays' - and yet I get 2 emails a day advertising their stuff. How about you stop pushing products and inspiring more orders until you can fulfil all the orders you've already got back logged!
If you'd like your shirt inside of 3 months - don't use this shoddy site.

I ordered a christmas sweatshirt from them over two weeks ago and it still has not shipped. Considering this is a seasonal item one would think they would be eager to send it. Disappointed, I contacted them to cancel my order and they told me that "because it was in production we cannot cancel your order". This is not some special order item. I picked it off of a photo from their website. What do they mean production? Like they cannot resell it. Its not custom or anything. Do not do business with this company.

Still no shirts...

I ordered some t-shirts for the first time from Teefury on October 30, it is now November 18 and I haven't gotten them. They sent out an email apologizing for delays due to a new printing process. They then promised that shirts would be getting shipped out the week of Nov 9. I got an email saying it shipped but when I looked at the tracking with UPS it just says a label was created but wasn't actually sent out. That was over a week ago. They said this was another issue they were having and to create a ticket. Almost a month later, no shirt, no answers.

The designs were good but in today's market I think I can find equally clever shirts with better customer service and quicker delivery

Totally should have read the reviews first.

I purchased at least 20 shirts in the past two years from this website with no problem. I've sent a ticket just recently because I made a mistake on a shirt size right after I ordered and it was answered and fixed two days later. I've never had t-shirts with the bad smell people are talking about. Shipping could be faster but they do warn that it can take up to 3 weeks when you order. (In Canada)

The merchandise is great, but if anything goes wrong with your order, don't expect TeeFury to make it right. Just cut your losses, write off the expense, and don't waste any more of your time. You'll be happier and wealthier.

- TeeFury takes a week or more to answer their ticketing system, which is the only way to contact customer service.

- When you finally do get a response, they'll find a way to blame you for anything that went wrong, from sizing inconsistencies to shipping errors.

- They charge extra fees to fix issues that are clearly on their end, such as those caused by website bugs.

- Their About Us page tells customers to "be nice" on support tickets, because "nice people always get answered first" (direct quote).

- If they don't blame you for the problem, they blame their shipping service, and send you to work it out with them yourself.

- They don't offer refunds of any kind for their more expensive products (tiny little red flag waving...).

If you don't mind any of that, or the long shipping/handling times even when all goes according to plan, then TeeFury is a fine place to spend your money. Otherwise, shop elsewhere.

I have ordered probably over $1000 in shirts from this site over the course of a year and a half. That's a lot of shirts right, I am very loyal and have always said nothing but great things about this company. People used to ask me if I worked for them I talked about them so much. But, the last 3 orders I have received have been very very disappointing. Firstly what is with this smell it is like glue or paint of something and it is strong and does not go away after one washing. The shirts themselves have been coming discolored around the arms and sides. Also, they have new printing called "Direct to Garment" it is faster and apparently if you get a shirt from a collection that is the type of printing you get. Let me tell you this Direct to Garment printing is a huge joke. The image quality is terrible and looks like I printed it and transferred it myself at home, it isn't even straight. I wrote them about this and finally after about a week got a response that the shirt is what it is basically, so I asked for a return envelop and a refund because I will not pay more money for a lower quality, smelly, mis-printed shirt. For Shame TeeFury, you used to be so good, I love the designs that are submitted but I would rather pay more elsewhere for a better product (I am really cheap and really broke so this is saying a lot). UPDATE: Teefury refunded me the cost of the tee and they did not ask for a replacement, this was amazing and all though I am not happy about the purchase I am thrilled about the customer service!

Horrible

I bought many shirts from Tee Fury before. I absolutely HATE the "new and improved" Tee Fury. Took 4 months to get a Tee Shirt. They should have stuck to what they did best. Making one tshirt at a time and only selling that one. The quality before was so much better. Just go to Hot Topic this is not worth your time.

I ordered 3 shirts on 8/10/15 it is now 9/4/15 and it still says processing. No response to my tickets of course. Their email is disabled I guess. I ordered 2 shirts for a birthday gift a week after and that was printed and delivered within the week so obviously they can do there job sometimes. This is false advertising since they say 3-5 for printing and 10 for shipping. Wishi wouldve read reviews because there isn't a single good one out there. Don't bother with this site. They are thieves.

UPDATE: Finally got my shirts about a month and two weeks after ordering. Just as I got an email about shipping a member of the team sent me an email full of apologies and how they couldn't refund me as it had already shipped. They did refund shipping costs so good on them for that but still, if its going to take almost 2 months be up front about it and don't say 2 weeks total. As for the shirts I like them a lot and the material is fine unlike another review stated it was crappy. Not sure if they use another material for the women's wear. So at the end of the day everything turned out fine but I don't think I'll be buying from them again, too long to wait and very bad customer service.

Designs are beautiful but the shirt fabric is so thin you can see through even the black ones when held up to the light. The shirt sizes are waaay smaller than any other company's standard sizes. I ordered big just in case and am very glad I did. Ordering several sizes too big ended up with shirts that juuust fit. (They better not shrink!) To give you an idea, I am currently wearing a standard Hane's t-shirt that is XL and it is huge on me. Their XXXL women's are skin tight and their XL men's is only a little better. The shipping to Canada was ridiculous ($50 for five shirts) and my shirts weren't even in the mail until three weeks after I ordered them because they made me go through the most convoluted verification/anti-fraud process imaginable. Customer service was very slow during that process with updates happening every three or more business days. Overall it gave the impression of a very unprofessional set-up. Would never buy from them again. In fact, I wish I could go back in time and stop myself from submitting an order in the first place and just drawn my own designs on a shirt in crayon.

I ordered a Mens Large and a Womens 3XL. They did arrive quicker than expected. When I opened the package in the car, my toddler in the back seat immediately plugged her nose and said "EW it STINKS!". I gave my son the shirt and his first comment was "why does it smell so bad?". The designs on the shirts are very vibrant. They look amazing. I hope they last through the wash. The mens shirt ran slightly big for a large so Im hoping a wash will shrink it just enough. The Womens 3XL is closer to a Womens MEDIUM or LARGE! Why not just size them correctly and say you only carry up to a large? Save your customers the hassle of ordering, and complaining.

The shirt I ordered came in way too small. Had to send multiple pics before they would believe me. Promised me a new shirt. Still waiting. The event that I wanted the shirt for has come and gone. And all I have to show for it is a novel of emails and disappointment. Don't order from them.
