I cant say I was happy with the handling time, but I can say I was furious with lack of response to 3 emails.
Went through the ticket system for my exchange and was VERY pleased at how smoothly it worked. Seems they are making an effort to improve their customer service. Had a response to my "ticket" in a couple of days and my exchanged shirt was in my mail box within the week. Very satisfied.
Ordered two shirts; received only one. Repeated calls and formal complaints (through their automated system) have gone unanswered for well over a month. Avoid.
I've had shirts go missing completely and never arrive - still dont know what went wrong. Overall the shirts are amazing designs and really cheap. The shipping cost for me (UK) isnt too much but the printing and waiting takes a while. Customer service seems to have improved, a shirt doesnt fit and I need to return it. The email system works really well for instant chat with a member of staff who gave me all the information I need. I'm a little confused as to who to send my shirt with though, it's going to be quite expensive to send to the US.

Based on My TeeFury Experiences:
Order Process Length: 1-3 Weeks (From placing order to receiving).
Quality: Amazing! Whatever technique they use to place the design image onto the shirt is incredible. It definitely lasts longer then any iron-on would.
Sizes:
-Women's: Have an awesome feminine form-fit. However, these are made from a fabric similar to 'organic cotton' and tend to shrink 2 (sometimes 3) sizes smaller!
-Men's: Stay true to size after washing. I believe this is because it is a different material then the women's.
-Junior's: N/A. I have not purchased from this group.
Customer Service: The TeeFury staff has been quick to respond and resolve any issue that I have came across.

I had high hopes for tee fury. I love all the designs, so many that cater to my nerdy tastes.
However, the order processing time is a little hard to swallow, even more so when the time exceeds what they state on their site.
As for the tee itself; the print quality looks great until you try the tee on.
The print was stuck to the inner side of the back of the tee, and still feels sticky afterwards.
Hopefully that disappears after washing.
The good parts:
Women's tee in XL is actually a good size, hopefully, that maintains after washing.
The print looks good.
Tips for Tee Fury.
Please stop listing tees that are no longer available... Very disappointing:(
Read your reviews, take heed of what your customers are saying. Happy Customers mean more business.
Put some kind of sheet of paper between the fabric before printing to prevent the print sticking

The stickiness from the print will go away after washing, just remember to wash in cool water and air dry!

So biggest complaint is the processing shipping time. The actual product is nice although in order to wear a women's I have to order a 3xl (very small sizing). Response to emails is very slow but I have always received an answer eventually. Overall they just seem a little overwhelmed. Is order from here again but threadless's customer service and turn around time is much better.
I too have had issues with my order. I cannot find a phone number to call to actually talk with someone and when I do get a response to my "ticket" it is 3 or more days later. I ordered a shirt for my bf and it should have been delivered on time. It tells you it is shipped via UPS, WRONG, after finally getting someone at TF to email me back, I find out they have UPS pick them up and they deliver them to the POST OFFICE! Good luck there! I tracked my package and it says it is delivered, I have since moved from the delivery address and even my landlord says there is no package that has been delivered! When I ask them to track the package and see where it was delivered, they tell me I HAVE TO DO IT! No! Poor customer service! No phone, no reliable contact on tickets, and no product after paying for it. I will never and will tell all of my friends, to NEVER use this site. Complete and total rip-off!

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We do in fact use UPS Mail Innovations which goes from UPS to the post office. This is just the most cost effective way for us. We do offer UPS ground to customers which costs extra but avoids the postal system.
For the ticketing system, we tell all customers to wait up to 3-5 business days to hear from a CS rep. We apologize that you had such a terrible experience with us and hope that you understand the reasoning behind us using UPS Mail Innovations and our ticketing system.
Didn't get my shirt. Got no response from my "ticket". I've already contacted to PayPal and they're going to try contacting them. I was told PayPal will give the vendor 10 days to rectify the situation then give me a refund if that doesn't work.

Ordered a shirt on Aug 7, received shipping notice Aug 20. As of Sept 20, no shirt. UPS Tracking number provided by TeeFury yields "No Information Available" at UPS site. Repeated inquiries to TeeFury get no response. Highly NOT recommended.
After reading Aunt B's review I had new hope. I ordered one Tee on August 30, paid for it, received a shipping notice with tracking, but nothing has shipped or been received.
I tried the number Aunt B posted and get a recording that it is no longer in service. TeeFury sounds like an internet ripoff.
Okay, did a Google search and found a different number that worked. *******202. I got Heather who was very nice. She said it actually finally shipped, is near hear, but should be delivered by Monday. I'll see and maybe up the stars a little.
Unfortunately you are required to select a rating. They deserve zero stars because that's what these ridiculous slackers deserve. They won't send what you order and they will not give you a straight answer about anything. Let me clarify; they won't give you ANY answers. Save yourself a headache and get a better shirt at a better price at any of the other t-shirt vendors. These people are just the worst. Check their BBB score... a solid "F".
I ordered around $160 worth of t-shirts from TeeFury and 2 weeks afer I received my shipment notice still no shirts and the tracking number didn't work. I opened an online ticket with them and after more than 5 business days still no response. So, I started wondering if I was about to get ripped off, googled reviews and found a number of negative reviews here which made me even more worried.
I did manage to get in touch with TeeFury and want to add an account of my very positive customer experience to the reviews here to counterbalance some of the negative.
Firstly, TeeFury does have a phone number, *******206, which I was able to easily find through Google. They are not 24 hours, however, Monday-Friday, normal PST business hours.
Secondly, when I called a human immediately answered, the phone and took very good care of me.
They had recently updated their website and were having trouble with their ticketing system which was why I had not received a response. I had not received my order because one item was on backorder. I requested they ship the available items now and the backordered item later, which they did. They also refunded my shipping charges, threw in a free t-shirt and sent me a discount promo code for my next order. I had ALL of my shirts within a week.
I couldn't be happier with the resolution to my problem and, since I got everything I ordered and more, no harm, no foul in my book.
Also, kudos to Jay at TeeFury who took such excellent care of me.
Payed for a shirt on the 31st of July well it's now August 16th and I STILL haven't received my shirt, I opened up a ticket on their site which they responded to but they were of no help, the response was useless and my shirt still didn't get shipped. I messaged them on Twitter same thing happened until they eventually started ignoring my messages altogether. I opened a case with PayPal I still didn't receive a response so I escalated it, I doubt I'll get a response so hopefully PayPal refunds me. I really wish I could have the shirt I paid for instead but I'm not going to sit around longer and consider myself robbed. Shame on you Teefury!
Serious lack of communication with customers... horrendous "processing" time on orders... Plenty of other places to get the same or similar T-shirt designs that actually respond and handle orders promptly and professionally.
I'll never waste my money or time with Tee Fury again.
They explain to allow 3-7 days for processing. After pushing 2 weeks I had gotten antsy. I did spend 120$ on their products. So I sent them a message:
Hello, My name is (omitted). My Order #(omitted) is still in the processing stage. I'm not trying to rush you as much as keep up to date as to where in the processing stage it is. It says to allow 3-7 days for processing until it will finally be shipped, however it's been 11 days and counting. I understand that delays happen. I'm not angry. Simply curious. If there are any setbacks or problems on the processing of my order, I'm interested in knowing. Thank you very much for the services you provide and your amazing site!
It's been a few days and I have received no reply. Most online services reply within a couple of days. My order is still processing. I'm not saying they aren't an honest company, merely stating that improvement is needed from them. I'll update my review when I get updates.
Love the designs they choose to print, and the quality of the shirts they print them on. Sizing for women does run small - the women's shirts are cut very slim. One negative experience we had: when I ordered a Game of Thrones shirt (dark blue) for my son, it arrived very faded along one edge - obviously the shirt had sat folded in a stack in sunlight for quite a while, for that fading to happen, and their quality control didn't notice when printing and shipping it. (We didn't return it or complain, since my son still really liked the shirt and it couldn't be exchanged since they have limited stock).

All I have to say is: 100% ditto to the last reviewer's story (the one who ordered $113 worth of shirts that never showed). I only ordered ONE shirt, but the dates, number of E-mails, etc etc etc are exactly identical. I too would like a full refund, but I have NO IDEA how that's going to happen, considering TeeFury will not return any correspondence. I have ordered from them multiple times before and not had a problem - but an experience like this is completely damning to their credit. It's not rocket science - there is very little excuse for a simple shipping order to get screwed-up, and even LESS excuse for the lack of follow-up customer service. Websites like this rely on good word-of-mouth - they no longer have mine.
I've ordered multiple tshirts from this website. The quality is decent and after 6+ months only one (out of about 5) has lost its shape in the wash. Delivery time is always as estimated for your country (takes about two weeks for the UK).
I'd give them zero stars if I could. Buyer beware. I should have done more research before making a purchase from Teefury.com.
I ordered a T-shirt in 2X, which should have been oversized because I wanted to have it as a night-shirt. I was shocked when I received the t-shirt. It was TINY. After reading the reviews here, I now see that they use *junior* sizing, which should be indicated on their website. This is a total rip-off, scam site. It has taken me 2 emails to get them to agree to take the t-shirt back; however, their email included the following warning:
"Any shirt being returned cannot have stains, odor, pet hair, etc. Please make sure that the shirt is folded properly and not wadded up. Please note that, if the shirt is in an unsellable condition when we receive it (due to stains, odor, pet hair, etc), we reserve the right to deny the refund. Please make sure to follow these guidelines.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and we would strongly recommend shipping with a delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Please note that the refund will only cover the cost of the tee(s) being returned and will not include original shipping costs."
Which means that 1) if I don't pay for shipping with tracking info, they can claim they didn't receive it and I'll lose both return shipping and my original cost, or 2) I pay for the tracking shipping (which costs more, obviously) and they get it back, and they can always claim some kind of damage (like not being folded properly... really?), even though it is in the exact condition it was when I received it.
After reading the reviews, I realize this company should NOT be trusted. Next time I will be doing my due diligence and research a company online before making a purchase. Just having a FB page, doesn't guarantee they are trustworthy.
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
Answer: It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.
