Same story as everyone. Ordered some Christmas presents and all I got were rude mass emailed "leave us alone we know you don't have your shirts" emails. (I know I paraphrased a little.)
Got the shirts at the end of January and they were worse quality than any previous shirt I had gotten from them! The graphics were thin - somewhat translucent - and speckled.
I love fun cute tshirts, so I tried Tee Turtle next. Ordered 3 shirts for $45 shipped and got them two days later! They may be more expensive, but I have a new go-to site for sure!
Made an order on 11/11/2015 for my Brother's birthday on 12/13/2015 a month and two days later. The website claims 7-9 days processing and printing. I didn't get my order until 2 months later on 1/7/2016, WAY too late for his birthday or even Christmas. I JUST got a response from TeeFury on 1/27 2.5 months after the order offering me a 10% coupon to rectify the situation... YEAH RIGHT!
Placed my order on the 4th of November, and was promptly billed. Since then my order status has been listed as 'fulfilling'. I attempted to inquire through their site a couple weeks ago, and no response. Efforts to locate a phone number have turned up nothing, the one listed here in other reviews is disconnected. Emailed them today asking them to cancel my order and refund my money, but I won't be holding my breath on that either. Class action lawsuit, anyone?

I still have had no response from TeeFury. I have been banned from posting on their Facebook page after trying to reach out to them there. I don't understand why they wouldn't just answer me and tell me what's going on with my order. I've had it with them. I requested a refund and I submitted a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. It seems that, by law, they were supposed to tell me a revised shipping date right away and give the opportunity to cancel. By law, if they had two or more delays and didn't get confirmation from me that I was fine with waiting, they were supposed to automatically cancel and refund me themselves. So, this is not just bad customer service, this is possibly illegal. I will update when/if I hear anything, but I will NEVER buy from them again and I will advise everyone I know not to take the chance. There are plenty of other t-shirt sites that carry the exact same shirts, from the exact same artists. I'm not rich enough to be able to take these kinds of chances with my money.

Every retailer knows that communication is one of the most important things to maintain customers. Except this one. I ordered $200 worth of Christmas presents from them on November 16,2015. A week or two later, they sent a generic email to everyone advising that they were delayed due to a change in production. Ok, I could understand that. Maybe I'd still get the shirts in time; they weren't clear. I waited. Some time later, they sent another email saying basically the same thing. Ok, the shirts wouldn't arrive before Christmas. Time to go shopping for other stuff. On December 18, I submitted a support ticket to find out if they could be more specific about wait times. I got a confirmation saying that I would have a response within 7 days. Three or so weeks later, they sent out another mass generic email that apologized, but said nothing except that we had to keep waiting. They have been fulfilling new orders, but those of us who have been waiting so long seem to be an afterthought. They think they'll get ours out by the end of January. But they don't know for sure, and neither do I. More than a month after I submitted my ticket, and more than two months after I placed my order, I continue to wait. This is completely unacceptable and would never happen at a more professional company. I loved their shirts in the past, but I won't order from them again. I have many years of retail experience, including online, and I would be mortified if I accidentally failed to respond to a customer in this way. I would certainly never do it on purpose to so many.
Absolutely piss poor excuse of a "company." Waited three weeks before finally emailing wanting a update to my order. 4 weeks total and nothing! Posted comments on their Instagram and Facebook and they were deleted and I was blocked! Pathetic scammers! Sweater arrived six weeks after I ordered and it's a cheap polyester thin piece of crap...
Wish I had read this site before placing an order. Everyone is right. The (post-holiday!) shipping/delivery is still completely unacceptable (I've been waiting 20 days now for something JUST to be "custom printed" - it's not even ready to be shipped yet.) The "customer service" is a fruitless runaround. But they were real on point to take my money! I doubt I could even get a refund/cancel, for several reasons. I've never felt so upset as to leave a bad review for anything in my life, but after reading review after review with the same complaints... I just need to add another 1 star. (What else can I do?)
Even just reading reviews on Sitejabber you can see that all their 5 star reviews are from around 2011.
Something has changed. Maybe under new management or sub contracted offshore.
I to received an email about them "changing" their printing technique. It doesn't take much smarts to realize that doing such a thing only weeks before Christmas would be suicidal. Yet here we are.
Personally my order has past the magic "3 week" number and is still listed as being filled and not shipped.
When trying to contact them for any info your met with a auto response that says it will take them a week to reply.
I don't think anyone could argue that this should be classed as terrible customer service. I've spoken to others who have waited longer than a week to get a reply.

So, after I ordered on Teefury I only read this reviews. I gonna be honnest, I regret ordering on Teefury but I just decided to wait. My T-Shirt actually arrived (it took a long time tho but I can wait so I didn't mind) it perfect condition. I don't really get why so many people say it smells? Mine don't but yea. I do give it 4 stars because besides the waiting, I didn't have any problems.
I often order from websites. Tee-Turtle, Amazon, Walmart, JustFab to name a few. I've never been so disgruntled in all my life with a website. On Dec 12th I ordered two t-shirts, the initial email provided said may not make it for Christmas, 12 days shipping and handling. I was ok with this. The gift was for an adult, they can wait a bit for a Christmas present. A bit has now turned into a month. During this month I have put in no less than 4 service tickets simply asking for an update on the product shipping. During this month I have gotten... ZERO replies other than an automated response that says they will be replying shortly. I'm not sure what shortly means since my first ticket was put in on January 4th and I'm still waiting for a reply.
HOW does this place stay in business... wait I know they take you money the second that you put in the order and then just don't ever respond back to you regarding the merchandise or a refund! Can you say BBB... I can!
I have been waiting for an order since Oct 15 2015, no tshirts yet. Placed a complaint ticket and it has been almost 3 weeks and no response yet.
Yes TeeFury was once good and they do have nice designs but I wouldn't buy from them now. IF you REALLY want one of their shirts you should wait until they have this so called "shipping issues" resolved and hopefully they will become the decent company that I once purchased over 50 shirts from in the past.
Update-
About a month after writing this review I tried to contact TeeFury again but no response. It wasn't until I made a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau that a week later I received a shipping notice and an answer to my ticket.
I ordered some tshirts on 12/1/15 for Christmas presents, but it's now Jan. 8,2016 and the tshirst are not even delivered yet, according to their site when I looked at my account order. It only says "Fulfilling", but no delivery date yet. I ordered that a month and a week ago. How can this be possible. It is actually unacceptable from a consumer point of view. TeeFury claims that they ship within 3-7 business days... That's false. I've sent emails asking where my tshirt are at, but not response. I sent one before Christmas and another one after Christmas, but really no response. It's sad and very frustrating because these were gift to family and friends for Christmas.
Please people, consider my true story above before buying from this company. They are not a good company. They are not even caring to their customer since they leave us clueless and not give us an update on our current orders. Truely sad.

I ordered a hoodie for my son on November 29. It's now January 8, and the order has not arrived. 11 days ago I contacted TeeFury asking for information about the order. I got an automated response telling me that a ticket had been opened and that all further information would come via a web interface. I've checked that page every couple of days since then, but TeeFury has not updated it or provided me with any information.
I've read apologists claiming that the company got overwhelmed by holiday orders, and I find this easy to believe, but I find it obnoxious that I get emails from TeeFury every day enticing me with new designs to make another purchase. If you can't fulfill the orders you've already received, it's time to re-organize and focus resources on fulfillment. The relentless marketing at this point adds insult to injury.
This is my first and last transaction with this company.
So, if you ever consider buying anything from Teefury.com, don't. Their customer service is horrible. I made a purchase back in November, and it took them a month to get it to me. Then, the hoodie they sent fit like it was 2 sizes to small. I submitted a ticket about it hoping for an exchange (because they have no phone number) and a MONTH later they replied saying they have their own size standards. They then informed me that I needed to measurs the sweatshirt, and if it didn't match their size chart they would "determine their next step"
I bought a sweater for my son a month before Christmas and it took weeks but when we finally got it, it didn't fit. So I emailed 3 times on how they wanted to handle an exchange with no response so I put a note in it and mailed it also left a voicemail for them. They sent me an email saying it was not possible and I received a duplicate order in the mean time! Sent that back, now they won't credit either or give me a larger size, NOTHING! Just keep sending back stupid responses sorry that's our policy... Holiday Infuriate is what it should be called!

As you can see from the vast majority of these reviews, there's a distinct lack of joy when it comes to TeeFury. My order was placed on Nov 20th - 15 and we're now Jan 6th - 16. The ticket I raised to query the delay has been ignored - not a squeak in response - I fear my money has been sucked into the abyss. I appreciate that the Christmas period is busy; however, if you're going to take the money, then you should deliver the goods or at the very least communicate with your customers.
You may be one of the lucky ones and receive your order in good time and as advertised; however, if you still wish to take the gamble after reading of my experience and that of those who have posted reviews on this site, I would urge you to instead throw your hard earned down the throat of a poker (slot) machine - the odds of a return are much better and you'll get to enjoy the hypnotic lights and bling! Bling! Music while your money goes bye bye.
I see all these bad reviews. I have ordered from them probably 5 times in the past few years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. The product is good. The graphics are good. (The vinegar-y smell goes away when you wash it. It's from the transfer of graphics or something.) This Christmas they obviously got overwhelmed with orders. I too am frustrated that I have not received my order but I can honestly say that won't stop me from ordering again because I really like their designs.
I've never dealt with such a terrible company. I've been trying to get a refund for orders that havnt shipped for months. There's zero customer service. You can't call them, all you can do is submit a "ticket" and wait for them to get back to you. I've been waiting over a month. Absolute garbage. Will never use them again.
My order from a month ago is still "fullfilling". I should've known this was BS when I saw that they don't have a number to call...
I ordered on November 6th and was billed immediately. Every inquiry I sent was responded to with an excuse. I finally received my sweater on December 31st... 55 days later and 12 days after I needed it for a party. I did a lot of complaining on their Facebook page and got blocked with all my post's deleted... lol... I did a little research and found out that this "company" is pretty much just some dude that uses a mobile app to place orders through YoShirt, a company based in California. There are no Holiday Fury "Factories"... Holiday Fury is just a middle man doing what I could have done through an app and most likely paid about half of what I ended up paying. Stay away from the sham of a company... If you really like one of the shirts, just order it directly from YoShirt... They actually respond to you when emailed...
We ordered something for my daughter for her birthday in September. I ordered it well over a month in advance because that's what we had been used to. It didn't arrived in time. I asked about it (after they missed her birthday).
Eventually most of what we ordered arrived but some shoes were missing. So I asked what happened. I didn't get a reply for over a week and was told that the shoe department was separate from the rest of the shipping department. I was told that I would get an answer Monday.
Well a week went by and I wrote again. I received no answer for three weeks, and when I did, I was told that it was marked as shipped. But we received nothing. It's now near New Years and we haven't received the shoes.
We had done business with them about five other times and we were pleased with the designs, but now there's total incompetence on their part. We'll never go back.
There are other websites with similar and cheaper products available. TeeFury deserves to wither and die.
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
Answer: It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.
