Horrible company
November 26, 2016

Do NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, unless you like wearing cheap polyester looking stuff. And not even the cute polyester of the 70's but horrible stuff.
Plus, they take forever to ship out. When I asked for a refund/return, they told me they don't do returns.
Long story short, now we're having to get the credit card company and the BBB involved. Not fun. Just stay away.

Today began with excitement in the air. After an unreasonably long delay for my trendy Holiday Fury Air Force Sweater, my wait was finally over: the shipment had arrived. The thought of this consumed my thoughts all day; I would finally be one of those neat sweater owners. I rushed home to unveil my prized $50.00 (plus tax) sweater, full over feverish delight. As I wrestled through the high quality, plastic packaging, I was amazed to reveal the most gypsy, dispiriting product that has had the pleasure of encountering my sight. Holiday Fury's creative marketing strategy makes their product appear like the high caliber sweater Granny Barbara used to make to satisfy her knitting hobby. To my dismay, I discovered this about my new sweater: it is not a sweater at all. This "sweater imposter" resembles a low quality BMX jersey. "Let's try to be positive," I thought to myself. "I know it doesn't possess the iconic, comfy woolen feeling of Granny's homemade sweaters, but at least it has a snazzy, custom pattern..." As I inspected my new "sweater" closer, I realized THEY PRINTED WOOL SWEATER TEXTURE ON THE DAGNAB BMX JERSEY! My fury began to build (no pun intended). I paid $50.00 (plus tax) for a low quality, custom polyester BMX jersey with wool texture printed on it. This level of deceit and treachery needs to be brought to the highest courts of public opinion to help other's avoid the tragedy I bought my way into. While I do enjoy the state of Alabama from time to time, I am convinced their headquarters are ran by Santa's naughty, banished elves. If you want to experience some Holiday Fury (pun intended), buy their products. But take it from me, they aren't even close to worth their price.

Don't purchase from HolidayFury! Last year they took two months to ship me a sweater, I didn't receive it till after the holiday. Then I go dig it out of the closet this year and it's the wrong size. They send me an XXL when I ordered a medium. Now of course they won't exchange it because it's been over 60 days (again, it took them more than sixty days to get it to me).

Bought a sweater from them last year. Their sizing guide is COMPLETELY OFF. They DO NOT answer questions. They DO NOT have a legitimate customer service number. I needed to immediately change the size a minute after I ordered. It was a weekend. I emailed right away. When they finally got back to me they told me they could not because it was in production. Which is BS I work in a production facility I know how things work and wait for more info on this in a minute. (btw the website says get in touch with them in 24 hours and they can maybe intercept if needed, this is just them saying what you want to hear)... Keep in mind it took it was supposed to be delivered within (I dont remember a week or two)... This was November. SO, weeks go by, nothing, IN PRODUCTION turned into PRODUCTION DELAYED (so if never in production why did they give me so much of a hard time to simply change the size. ANSWER, they do not care). Weeks continue to tick away and right around XMAS I finally got the sweater. I also filed a dispute and was able to get my money refunded but not because they had a choice, but because PAYPAL has great buyer protection. I GUARANTEE THE SIZE YOU BUY WILL NOT FIT! QUALITY AND FIR IS HORRIFIC> THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL HAVE AN IMPOSSIBLE TIME GETTING RESPECT OR AN ANSWER FROM THEM. THEY LITERALLY TOLD ME TO F OFF AND BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK. BAD!

Great Site!
October 29, 2016

I've been ordering from this site for years, and ordered many shirts from them. They always do a great job, and the Artists available are very talented. I will continue to buy awesome shirts from them as long as they are around.

Ordered a sweater from this shop, but for some reason it was returned to seller by the post. I tried to contact teefury's customer support hoping to get the refund for an item i have never received, excluding shipping expenses of course, but teefury refused to give my money back, saying it was to late. So they sold my sweater to another customer and also kept my money! Nice job, guys! You know it is called fraud, right?

I have no idea how this company is this popular. I have actually pretty terrible experience with them. They billed me twice in one order, which could just simple technical issue. Nothing to be angry at. So I just e-mailed them so we could solve this together.

Even when they say that they respond in 24-48h, right now it's 5 days and still no answer from them. Even when I created another ticket. Still nothing terrible, so I tried to reach them on social media (FB). But now it got me. They just deleted my message. Like nothing happened. So I just tried to wrote there again, so lets see how this one will stay there.

But even when they deleted it, there is still no response on the e-mails. Five days and counting.

Thats example of pretty much the worse customer experience that I had so far. So I don't know what are your experinces, maybe better, hopefully better. But this is mine and because they deleted the FB message, I'm writing this here. So you would know.

I love Teefury shirts... let me make that clear. I've never had a problem with print quality or images fading. I've ordered plenty and am always eager to order more. I love getting the daily Features with my morning emails.

But three times now I've ordered shirts that came mislabeled. Two were far too small for a Womens XXL, the third was far too big. Getting exchanges or refunds wasn't a problem initially; they even told me to just keep the wrong ones and they sent correct ones.

But then they went and changed their Womens Sizes Chart, and now it's a nightmare. Womens shirts had a shape that followed your curves and fit beautifully; now the Womens shirts are just smaller versions of the men's shirts, with no shape, and the curvy ones are now the Juniors line, and are cut a little smaller. I can't fit into any of the Juniors, and the Womens are just so unflattering - women have curves, and now the shirts are boxy, but narrow in the hips, so there's all this extra material that just kind of balloons in the middle.

Ladies, I'm sure you know what I mean.

I had ordered a Featured Shirt and something from the Gallery (more expensive), and apparently it was just after the chart changes, so the XXL I received from the Gallery had a terrible fit, and the Featured Shirt was so oversized it was ridiculous. That one was clearly mislabeled.

So I contacted them. I got apologies for the mislabeled one, and was told I could send back for exchange or just keep and get a refund. Okay, fine, I can't order it in a size that fits right, anyway.

The OTHER one they said, sorry, chart change, just an inch +/- off and they consider the size accurate. I laid it out flat and placed one of my older shirts on it, and it was clearly much, much bigger, so I sent them a picture. It was more than two inches longer, and two inches wider. Nope, sorry, +/- an inch is considered accurate.

The picture CLEARLY showed a huge difference. Nope, I could send it back but shipping was on me because they sent the right shirt. They were denying that picture flat out.

Screw that. I'm stuck with two shirts I can't wear and one I didn't get refunded for. And the shirts don't fit and are cut horribly.

I was a huge fan. Now I'm just heartbroken because they constantly have mash-ups I adored and the fit was just right.

No exchanges
March 27, 2016

The t-shirt I ordered didn't fit and Tee Fury will not exchange for a different size. I'm just commenting here to warn people that if you buy from this company you have not option if what you ordered doesn't fit--you just have to eat the cost.

At one time, Teefury was one of my favorite places to purchase fun, indie merchandise. However, since November of 2015 I have had the worst trouble with orders and customer service. In November, I placed a series of orders for 3 tees. They arrived over a month later. When I would check the websites for answers for the delay, I would find a series of "please don't contact us, we are working on it" messages. Still, the order came and I decided it was just due to holiday back-ups.
Then, about a month ago, I placed an order for two pairs of shoes. I had never ordered shoes from them before, but (despite the incident in November) I still trusted the company. There were no instructions about the style of shoe anywhere that I could find except that it was a clearance item/final order.
I ordered them only to discover that they were the tops only of the shoes. I misunderstood this when I purchased them and e-mailed to ask for either advice or a refund.
It took them about 6 business days to get back to me, which is not awful however was a little stressful as I was uncertain as to whether I should just send the shoes back.
The e-mail they sent continued to point out the mistakes on my part. The tried to point out my mistake with a picture attachment which I could not open. The one good thing they did was suggest the cheapest way to get the bottoms for the shoes, yet this also was in an attachment which I could not open.
The e-mail told me if I had a follow-up question to follow the link back to my original inquiry ticket. I followed the link to discover that there was no place to further reply or add to my questions.
The website help area is covered with apologies and excuses without seeing any solutions in to these issues which I have now seen multiple complain about. It breaks my heart, but I'm done with them.

I've been purchasing products from TeeFury for a little over a year now. First order was purchased as a gift over the holiday season in 2014 which took rather long to arrive (well after the holidays although ordered in November), but the recipient was well pleased with the shirt.

At the end of October 2015. I decided to purchase a few shirts for myself. Was notified that they were experiencing delays, and since it was not critical to have the shirts right away was fine with this... at first. Per their site, my product was supposed to arrive the day before Thanksgiving. Found nothing at my home on the date expected. Waited another day to ensure there wasn't just a delay, but still not received. Sent the company a message indicating a problem and it took a full week before they responded. Their response? "Have you received it yet?" So, I responded letting them know it was still a no show. Took them 2 more weeks to respond again, this time they said they'd send out a replacement. Not sure what happened, but Christmas had come and gone without receiving my order placed on Halloween! Contacted them again, threatening to contact my credit card company for failure to receive the goods in exchange for my $$. Finally, they responded just after the new year, this time apologizing for the delay & saying they would once again get a replacement shipment out to me. I pushed them for and expedited order at this point, and expressed my dissatisfaction on what I feel is an unacceptable waiting time. They agreed to do so and also offered me a discount on my next order. I received my order 2 weeks later (which I don't feel was expedited), but was pleased with the shirts that were finally in my possession.

Wanting to give them another chance & use my discount for the previous debacle, I ordered again at the beginning of February. While my order arrived as expected, one of the shirts was in the wrong size. As I came to find out, there are no instructions on how to return on their website. You must contact them and again wait for them to respond before you can actually send something back. I was initially told that I could keep the wrong size (which is of no use to me) and they would send me the correct one. Inquiring further, the rep corrected herself saying she "misunderstood" my straight-forward request, and I DID need to send the shirt back. While I'm fine with that, their policy is to inspect the shirt, which must meet their standards (free of pet hair, not washed, now worn) before they'll refund my money. They do not do simple exchanges, so I must re-order the shirt at my own expense with additional shipping costs both to return the product & have the new one ordered/sent.

While I really do like the shirts I've ordered from TeeFury, their customer service is absolutely horrible. Putting information on how to return products on their website would save a lot of headaches & allow their customer service department time to focus on other issues.

I ordered a shirt on December 10th, for Christmas. I understand, of course, that when ordering something online near Christmas, it might not be here by the holiday. They had a disclaimer to that effect right on their site. So far, no worries. Christmas arrived, informed my family member that the gift was on the way, no problem.

Then New Year's passed. Logged in, checked on my order, no indication it was even in progress, never mind shipping soon. Checked again on the 10th or so (the one month anniversary of placing this order). I opened a support ticket, not complaining (per se) but trying to ascertain whether my order was still on the way somehow or totally forgotten. No answer.

On January 21st, I got a shipping notification (still no reply to the support ticket) and a week or so later, the order turned up. Fine, okay, that was pretty irritating but I know how holiday volumes can be.

Today (late February) I received a reply to my complaint - almost a month after the order was received and well over two months since placing it. I had completely forgotten I even opened this support ticket. The reply was a screen shot of the disclaimer on their site in December, stating that I wouldn't get my order by Christmas, and a passive aggressive reminder that they had warned me that would be the case.

Thanks, Tee Fury. I *did* see the disclaimer that said I wouldn't get it by Christmas. I'm not illiterate and am fundamentally a reasonable person. I did *not* see a disclaimer saying I wouldn't get my order (or any reply whatsoever) until nearly March.

They did grudgingly refund part of my shipping fee, but since it came attached to a hostile, "told you so" email, I'm not feeling as fuzzy about that as I should be. I certainly won't be ordering there again.

Total letdown
February 17, 2016

TeeFury used to be good. I suppose getting so big made them cut back. I have purchased from them when they first started. Understood the time it took for them to mail out the shirt. Now, not only do they take more than a month to send out ONE shirt, the quality of print has went to crap. My recent order, the print was stuck to each other and when I slowly separated it, it came off. I have alerted TeeFury about this and they basically told me that wear and tear is not their issue. Um, you mailed it to me like this. Anyways, TeeFury is a great concept for geeks but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

After getting t-shirts from them for some time I have recently had the worst online experience I've ever known: after ordering two Christmas sweater around the middle of November, after e-mails for patience and half an order coming and saying the rest is on its way, I've just been told now in February that my items are "unavailable" with a refund following. How can this happen?! It takes them three no the to tell me this... so that didn't print them in that whole time but I'd paid for them. Hopefully an alternate website for these great artists who give their designs becomes viable and popular, as Teefury have become a joke of a company. One search on Twitter, any comment section or watchdog site like this reveals similar problems for countless people. And how do they rebuild such a terrible service for potentially years of me still buying their stuff... 20% off your next order?! Quite honestly I'd expect buy one get one free or just a comp shirt, because this has been off the charts terrible, especially as one was a gift. I want an explanation from the point of my order of what happened. Teefury are greedy, over-prescribed and now very bad at what they do. AVOID

I kinda wish I saw the design and didn't order. Then I would be thinking of the design that got away, instead of just a burning hatred for the Teefury and their cutsey, empty apologies. Just pay the money you took for things not delivered and begin rebuilding your rep. Ordered early oct-hopeful. Nov-annoyed. Dec-mad (xmas pictured ruined), jan-regret, feb-received partial order. Tomorrow- calling visa about a reversal.

Initially, it was mid-January when I first was seriously ticked off by TeeFury and expressed my frustration with everyone else here.
It was the lack of fulfilled orders and no response from them.
I wrote to them and cancelled my order of 4 t-shirts which were Christmas gifts.
I had replaced them with others.

However, I write today to share that TeeFury surprised even me, the serious skeptic!

About 2 weeks later, while checking my credit card statement, the *exact* amount I paid in €uro was refunded to my account.

About a week or so later, the T-shirts I had ordered had arrived.
Due to the refund, I did not mind paying the Customs Charge of €23.

While I (and my family) are *very* Thankful for the fulfilled order and refund from TeeFury, I will be very reluctant to order from TeeFury again.
I will expect at least they sort out an Irish or UK postal address that avoids Customs Charges. They would have been very expensive T-shirts.

I would also like to add that the shirts were all good quality and everyone was very happy to have them.

I have bought tees from Tee Fury for several years and have been very happy with their srevice. They have changed their platform quite a bit by offering their "greatest hits", as well as the daily tees. In my opinion, by offering so many archived designs, it makes it tough to produce and develop so many styles on a quick turn basis.
They have moved their headquarters, changed some leadership, and according to what I was told are in the process of righting the ship and getting back to what made them a huge success.

I too had to wait for a couple of orders. No one wants to be disappointed. I am going to focus on the daily shirts for the next few weeks as I have done in the past. I was assured that I will not be let down and they are addressing the issues that contributed to their late deliveries. I hope that comes true.

Worst service Ever
January 30, 2016

We ordered 4 T-shirts and 2 Ugly Christmas Sweaters on Nov 14/2015. Order Came in on the 25th of January. I live in Canada and pickup in the USA and just went over to pickup my order to find to my surprise that only the 2 Ugly Christmas Sweaters came in. Great those are really useful this time of year. Would rather have received the T-Shirts since they were Christmas presents for people. Worst part is they have no communication with the customer other than they are Busy. Id give less than a star if possible.
