Like many others, I ordered a holiday sweater on December 10,2016 & still have not received a tracking number. I'm getting email responses from a "Miss Liberty." The sweater was $56 and was immediately charged to me. After reading these reviews, I'm wondering if this website is a scam... I just left a voice message & the answering service sounds like something a teenager might record.

I really wish I had checked the reviews before submitting my order. I ordered a Holiday Themed Sweater on 11/17/16 and it is now 12/21/16 and I have yet to even receive a shipping notification. I sent an email and this was the respsonse, "Ramping up production to full speed at top quality took longer than planned, our production facilities are working round the clock to meet the overwhelming demand for our sweaters.
Upon writing this email, I was able to do a follow up on your order to expedite the production. Rest assured that you will be notified via email with the complete shipping details once item is shipped.

We assure you that your order remains in force and we will expedite shipping to you as soon as we have received the merchandise for the delivery, so you can receive the order before the festivities." DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible Business!
December 22, 2016

Ordered in November, It's now December 22nd and they haven't even shipped it. I've tried to cancel the order and they're giving some BS about why that's not possible and the sweater isn't even on it's way. Find your sweater somewhere else. Any review with more than one start was written by them.

This company is a joke. I ordered on 12/1/16, still no order confirmation. Just had Christmas party so a total waste of money. Bottom feeding holiday scammers suck!

Ordered a sweater on December 9th, no delivery estimate upon purchase, and have only just had my email replied to, advising me the gift I ordered for someone has NOT EVEN ENTERED PRODUCTION yet. 3 days 'til Christmas. Reply to e-mails is very slow, there is no contact phone number, and I have just seen a video review of a similar product which shows the 'christmas sweaters' to be nothing of the sort - thin fabric, design printed on, not even knitted. False advertising and awful customer service of the worst variety. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

... unless you don't care if you get your order on time. I ordered an ugly Christmas sweater on 12/9. It's 12/21 and it still has not been shipped. I wrote to cancel the order and received a response saying "We are sad to learn of your decision to return your order. However, we are unable to accept any returns because we currently do not hold inventory or stock. " I will have to stop payment on hope that works.

I buy Christmas sweaters every year for my boyfriend, this year I found a perfect one in HolidayFury which I spent $50 on. I purchased the sweater on 11/25. It is now 12/20 and I still have no received my package. I have sent numerous emails back and fourth all saying that I will be receiving my package soon. This is has ruined my annual Christmas giving plans. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN! And will make sure everyone I know does not use them either.

Ordered my sweater on 11/29/16 after being told it would take 3-5 days to get my sweater. On 12/12/16 after many emails back and forth being given the run around about "long production times" i was given a tracking number. Today, 12/20/16 that tracking number is STILL INVALID. Luckily for me, I used Amazon Payments and the money I spent is backed by their A-z Guarantee. Being that Holiday Fury will not only NOT issue you a refund after 24 hours, but the refund you DO get is in store credit. I wouldn't give these people a penny of my money. Worthless company, worthless people. So much for having a Christmas sweater for Christmas... smh.

Sure wish I had read reviews before I ordered I have never been so disappointed in my life in any item I have ever ordered The time to receive it was longer than they told us, and the quality is HORRIBLE! Not at all as advertised. Very weird fabric with a terrible feel to it and THERE IS NOT EVEN A TAG in there so you don't know what the fabric is or if you can even wash it. THEN you find out there are no returns! Who does business like that? When this was so late in arriving, I ordered another product from another company and it was just perfect. NEVER order from this company

If I could rate this company lower than a 1 I would. In the ordering process that is no information about how long it will take to receive the order. If there was I would not have purchased the product. I just $50 and about 30 minutes of my life. When I told them I wanted to cancel my order the response was we only give store credit. Really? I never want to buy from them again and now I can't even get my $50 back. Horrible Horrible! I know I should have just went to Amazon.

Just a horrible company

I placed an order 6 weeks before Christmas and today is December 20th and STILL NOTHING. Customer service is crap and doesn't care. I asked that my card be refunded and no response.

I ordered the ''$#*!ters Full'' ugly sweater from these guys on November 15th. I thought it was plenty of time to ship to me by December 4th for a Christmas party I would attend. Well, no sweater, or communication from them on the order. So, I waited a few more days. Finally received a generic response regarding my order that it takes 5-7 days to produce the order, and 3-5 days for shipping. Production? Their website says nothing about production, and they are ''in stock''. I asked them to cancel my order at this point, but they told me in another email several days later that 24 hrs. After I place the order, I cannot cancel it. Nor refund me my money.

It is December 18th and still no communication from them or the sweater has yet to arrive. STAY AWAY from this bogus company. They are somewhere is Santa Ana, CA.

It's Ugly Alright!

I ordered the "Stranger Things" sweater thinking it would be super cute for our family Christmas card holiday photo shoot, only it didn't come in time! IT TAKES A MONTH to get these sweaters. When it finally arrived the material was so disgusting and HUGE! When I asked for a refund, they told me no and I can't do an exchange because it wouldn't be here until February! I buy a ton of stuff online, this was the only I've ever regretted buying! I should've just went to Etsy for better quality, and a better price, and shipped on time.

I ordered a sweater from Holiday Fury and about a week later got an e-mail with a "gift card" code for the amount of my purchase. No explanation of why or no communication telling me my order was canceled. When I wrote to them to ask if my order had been canceled, they replied that the item was out of stock and they could not guarantee they would get more in by Christmas. The email went on to say that they do not offer cash refunds, only store credit. I do not want another item from their store!

Nobody's more patient than me when it comes to shipping. I feel as its my duty right now to let you guys right know that my Christmas sweaters are still not here. Ordered them on Nov. 26 and they tried to give me 50% credit! So, I'm just letting you know they're from Holiday Fury, They had some really cool Christmas sweaters, but obviously this "process" is very annoying. My husband said, "We're going to wearing them in January." Yeah, I'll be wearing them next year.

They got me effed up here.

Ordered a sweater on 12/2 and it is now 12/16 with no sweater, emailed customer service 4 times before they responded and told me it takes 10 days to get the order ready and 3-5 for shipping but it has been 14 days and their response says it's still in production? Website says they have them in stock. Do not order unless you have a couple months to wait. Not even sure if they will ship.

I waited over a month for my order and when it finally arrived, all the sizes were wrong. The real product doesn't look anything like the picture at all. They're not even knitted and the print onto the jersey, doesn't even include a knit print like in the photo of the product. When you ask for an order update, they copy and paste a response like "you're order is in the production process" and they can't even provide an actual turn around time. HUGE scam. Not sure how they're in business at this point.

Wow. Wish I googled holidayfury review before ordering the xmas sweater I bought. I finally did get my 'sweater' on Dec 16 after ordering it on Nov 20... however I don't know what this thing is. It's kind of like a sweater, but more like paper made into a long sleave-type bizarre shirt. Horrific waste of money.

This is your typical one-and done shop. They swindle you for one late and terrible item, and no one ever goes back again. Lesson is always google the supplier and 'review' for everything.
