This company is total crap - stay away. No customer service - I get the same "we are shipping next week" email week after week. Don't think, oh my order will be different... this guy just had a bad experience. I've went back and its the same sort of comments year over year. I've contacted my credit card company and have reported this as fraud.
I don't know how a company like this is even legal.
Complete waste of money, terrible service. I ordered a sweater 4 weeks ago only to be told in follow up emails it is "in production". The customer service have said don't worry and it's not our fault because of high volume. You're a $#*!ing holiday sweater company figure it out. Still waiting hear a month later and probably going to get a garbage product. It's a shame there ads pop up all over social media it's a scam
Ordered my Christmas sweater in early November and it is now deep into December and it hasn't even been shipped yet! I do not understand a company called holiday fury isn't prepared for the "holiday season" and now they are not returning my emails either. Do not waste your time with this company.
For starters, this company has horrible customer service. Took over a month just to SHIP my item. When it arrived it wasn't a sweater, but a shirt screen printed with sweater material. The design did not match the site at all. Avoid the headache and DO NOT ORDER
I ordered my over priced sweater Nov 23rd and still no tracking number no sweater! And now they state they can't issue refunds after 48 hours after the order is placed. $#*! you! Give me my $#*!ing money back!
I reached out to Paypal, and after first denying my claim, I've had to re-open (appeal) 3 additional times. Each time Paypal closes the case, it's because "Holiday Fury" provided a tracking number, and a confirmation delivery for 3 days after I placed my order. I provided Paypal with numerous email communications between myself and Holiday Fury, and still, they somehow provide a bogus tracking number for a package that I absolutely never received. I live in a home, and the notes left by the USPS worker state "left at reception desk at office". I LIVE IN A HOUSE. This isn't even correct. I've had to open a fraud case with my bank - I hope it works out.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT SHIP ANYTHING ON TIME OR REPLY BACK. THEY JUSY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE EXCUSES WHEN YOU ASK FOR AN UPDATE ON AN ORDER PLACED ALMOST A MONTH IN ADVANCE OF WHEN YOU NEED IT
This is a thick polyester t-shirt NOT a sweater. I tried to contact their customer service and express my dissatisfaction with their product but they don't do returns. Not a sustainable way to run a company - if you really believe in you product then allow customers to return it if they are dissatisfied. Sad.
This company is ridiculous. If you order a sweater make sure you do it a year in advance therefore you get it by Christmas... oh and don't expect them to try and compromise and make the consumer happy. Oh no... they will never do that. BUYER BEWARE!

Took too long to get info regarding order and tracking number
They are giving me the run around after waiting 4 months for a sweater I ordered on November 17th. Its 11 days till Christmas and they're telling me "at least I can wear the Christmas sweater in February because it's still winter."

I wish I would have but I got taught a $57 lesson. After 1 month I got a cheaply made "christmas sweater" that couldn't be worse. It was poor quality, the wrong size, and arrived too late for the holiday party season. They actively represent their product as something it's not. Their return policy is basically that they don't take returns. Challenging the purchase through Paypal but not holding my breath. Learn from my mistake!
Ordered a "Christmas sweater" from these scammers and it took over a month and a half to even ship. I contacted them twice and received no response so I tried to dispute from PayPal. As soon as PayPal contacted them they magically shipped the item RIGHT AWAY and waited until it arrived, then told PayPal I had already received the item.
Not only that, but the "Christmas sweater" is a cheap material made of basketball shorts. They actually SCREEN PRINT sweater material so it looks like a sweater.
I emailed them directly for a refund and this time they responded, but refused to refund me because they said they do not have a warehouse?!
Now I'm out $50 and stuck with a cheap, ugly item I don't even want. Wish I read these reviews before I purchased from them.
I ordered a sweater last week and they took my full payment. Just got an email from them stating that what I ordered is not in stock and they are issuing my a refund in the form of store credit! No thanks! I want my money back immediately! Sent some messages in but have yet to hear back. I will file a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT DO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! RUN!
Much like every other review, I placed my order well over a month ago and have still yet to receive it. When I try getting in touch with them, they send me a link to track my package, which when you open it says "this package is untrackable" when I told them that I got some smarmy apology with no actual explanation or further help. Good thing I ordered those Christmas sweaters well in advance so I'd have them in time for party's.(probably won't be receiving them until Febuary.
I wish I had read all these reviews before I placed my Xmas sweater. Apparently, it might arrive January or February. I have had no response from anyone regarding my order. I used Messenger on FB and nothing! Sorry I wasted my money. Maybe I will have it for next year.
Shipping times are ridiculous, you have to order your sweater 2-3 months in advance if you hope to have it by christmas. The product itself is also ridiculously overpriced and cheaply build. It's not a sweater, it's actually a long sleeve shirt with wool pattern printed on it. For 65 USD. Customer service is absolutely mediocre, they actually blocked the chat feature after I attempted to contact them. Don't waste your money on these pricks!
I placed my order on 11/12/2016 and now it is 12/12/2016 and my order has still not shipped. I have asked to cancel my order and been told like others that I am unable to cancel my order then I asked to change my shipping address so I can hopefully have my sweater in time for Christmas and I was once again told that can't happen either. Besides for the extremely long processing time the company is extremely rude to its customers. The few times I have received a reply they do not actually answer my questions they just give me a stupid story about how busy they are. Do not make the mistake of ever using holiday fury ever.
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
Answer: It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.
