Never shipped my product and their customer service sucks.
I placed an order on Dec 5th and ive yet to receive the item or even a tracking number. When I didn't receive the item I requested a refund which they haven't honored that. I will be contacting the BBB on these scamming bastards.
These guy will not fill your order on time. The products are cheap and don't look anything like the site. They also will not refund or swap products.
Absolute worst customer service ever. I placed an order on Nov. 30th with them for an ugly Christmas sweater for this season. About 5 mins after the purchase I decided I didn't want it and tried to cancel my order. They emailed me saying I could not be refunded and would only give me store credit. FIVE MINUTES AFTER THE ORDER HAD BEEN PLACED. They didn't even have my money yet. Anyways, I said screw it then I'll just take the sweater. Two weeks later I still hadn't gotten any shipping confirmation so I sent them an email. They assured me it was shipping out soon and I'd have it by Christmas. A day later I was sent a tracking number. The tracking number never updated. Until dec 23rd I emailed them again and they apologized and said it would "ship out shortly" on Christmas Eve they gave me a new tracking number. And at this point I'm pissed off because I know I'm not getting it by Christmas. Today Dec 27th I check the tracking number they gave me and the last scan was that the package had been processed thru customs and was in CANADA! I live in the US. So I emailed them again demanding a refund and they once again refused. I will be filing a claim thru PayPal.
Absolute worst customer service ever. Holiday sweater ordered on November 30th, holiday fury was given plenty of time to arrange my order and ship it out in time for Christmas. When I would email asking for the status I would receive some excuse message and they would say it was coming in 5 days. It is now the day after Christmas and no order has been received. However they were quick to remove the money from my account. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM!
I am joining the DOZENS and DOZENS of people who have been ripped off by this fraud of a "company ". Ordered "sweater " NOVEMBER 29th, 2016. I have no sweater and cannot get my money refunded. I will willingly join class action lawsuit!
Ordered with expedited deliver. It was guaranteed for delivery no later than the 22nd. It was not put into the mail until after the 23rd. When I asked for "expedited" fee back I got no reply. My order has still not shipped; I still haven't gotten my packages either
Ordered on 12/4, still haven't gotten my order as of 12/24. I filed a claim with Paypal and the company provided Paypal with a tracking number. I tracked it and said it was delivered, I get home and there was no package in sight. I called the post office and the package for the tracking number was addressed to a different address in my same zip code. I emailed Holiday Fury and "Miss Liberty" said my order hasn't shipped yet. I asked for a refund and was told no refunds and my order was sent into production the day I submitted it. So it's been in production for 20 days and still hasn't shipped. Hopefully Paypal gives me my money back. If anyone starts a class action, include me and email me at *******@gmail.com

Just realized yesterday that I got scammed. I am beyond pissed that I didn't research this company before purchasing. Also pissed that people can get away with this $#*!. My bank already started a dispute, so $#*! these guys, im getting my money back. Hopefully everyone else can do the same.
This company is a fraud! Do not order from this site! I contacted my lawyer and will be suing them! I would prefer to have my sweater but since I don't think that will ever happen. I want a full refund! My lawyer will be contacting these people. So if you wanna join in on a lawsuit let me know. The more we have the more this company will go down! So Holiday Fury. Hope you read this and take care of all your responsibilities, if not. Action will be taken!
This company is not running behind on orders, it's doing this all on purpose. My guess is that this a one time seasonal company that is hopping on board the "Ugly Holiday Sweater Hype" by tricking people into thinking they're buying a quality sweater at a quality sweater price. Instead, they send you a long sleeve shirt that was bought at a dollar store with a crappy graphic on it. The material is horribly cheap and uncomfortable. The reason why the orders are coming so late is so the company can get as many sales as possible before people catch on that it's a scam. If people wrote that the actual sweaters were garbage, nobody would buy them. So they make sure to ship them late, all at once on purpose for maximum profit. I highly doubt that this company will be back around next year with everyone having caught on, but it certainly did a good job at scamming people out of their money.
I ordered a sweater at the beginning of December, and sent an email asking how long it would take to receive. They gave me a timeline, and according to that time line I should've got the sweater 2 weeks ago. I emailed them again and they gave some excuses as to why it was taking so long. It is now a couple days from Christmas and they are just now sending an email saying that it just shipped. So I won't get the sweater I ordered at the beginning of December until after Christmas is over. Terrible customer service, and a terrible business.
Worst product I have ever received! I can not believe I payed for this piece of garbage they call a sweater. Took over a month to receive my order and the graphics on the sweater are HORRIBLE! If you are in to paying for expensive ugly, crap clothes then this is the site for you. If not, then absolutely do not give your money to this site!
This website is a complete scam. Made to order as in they drop ship in segments, no shipping confirmation. I ordered a sweater A MONTH AGO, I won't be getting it by Christmas are you serious?!
No refund or return policy, these people are straight swindlers. Something has to be done about them, I am taking up the issue with PayPal.

This place has been nothing short of unfair to so many people. I, like so many of you, ordered and it hasn't even shipped yet. The worst is that there are posts like this going back until November. They knew they were so far behind and wouldn't catch up in time, but still continued to advertise and take our money. Now they are saying that I have to wait to get a refund approved. Just like everyone I was ripped off but this company, but my bank is going to refund my money and they are also going to launch an investigation on holiday fury since it has happened to so many people

They do not get your order to you in any kind of timely fashion. Then if you want to cancel or get your money back forget it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Horrible service.
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
