I ordered my husband a Christmas sweater for his Christmas part November 20th. They say 10-15 days. It's now January 3rd and I still have not received it. These people are no professionals. What a damn scam. Don't fall for their crap!
I ordered my sweater on December 10th, I have yet to receive after being told it would arrive by Christmas. Miss Liberty has spun nothing but BS, saying they've "almost shipped everything" as of 12/29. Still no shipping confirmation or any sign that I'll ever be receiving my item. If you want your money back, their refund policy is a scam and you cannot actually get your money back. I implore anyone else who has been screwed over to initiate a dispute with your credit card provider or through PayPal to get your money back. The process is easy and they will handle it for you.
I ordered a Hirambe Christmas sweater for my son on November 24th and still have yet to receive it! 13 emails back and forth to customer service... what a joke... Miss Liberty! I also just found out that if I ever receive it, that I can not return it for a refund?! I would love to join a class action law suit. This company so deserves one... a bunch of thieves and scammers! Totally disgusted, especially since my son was disappointed. Spread the word to NEVER order from them!
I ordered a sweater for a friend of mine about a week before Christmas, and in the order confirmation was told it would ship soon. After it didn't come for Christmas I was told that it had been shipped and the carrier was unable to deliver. I emailed about a week later and was told the sweater was in production and to wait for a shipping confirmation. Now it's been several days since that email and I am considering going to the bank to file a dispute. After being misled several times I am sincerely starting to wonder whether this company is not just a scam.
I ordered 2 sweaters a month before Christmas and still have nothing but a bunch of bogus emails in response to the many I have sent. Those of you who are considering the lawsuit... please let me know. *******@gmail.com
Ordered on 11/28/16 - today is 01/02/17 still do not have the Christmas sweater :( Have tried communicating numerous times. There were several in stock the day I placed my order but one reply said they were waiting for the printer to make them? Question - I originally went through AAF Nation to order my sweater. Their Christmas Sweater Tab routed me to Holiday Fury's website. Are they affiliated? Because I will no longer order from AAF Nation as well then. Seems AAF Nation should take some responsibility. I have copied AAF Nation on all my emails to Holiday Fury - no reply from AAF at all. Two weeks ago, when I realized they were not going to send my sweater I requested a refund - not response to my email.
I ordered a Christmas Sweater from Holiday Fury on November 28,2016. Their selection was impressive and their website advertising seemed legit.
On December 8, I contacted Holiday Fury via email as to the status of my order because I hadnt received any shipment notification. I received no response. I contacted them again via email on December 14 and once again received no response. I called their company on December 15 using the phone number listed on their contact page hoping to speak to a real person but instead was directed to their automated voicemail. Holiday Fury states that it is a voicemail but the fact that no other customer service option is available except email (which their track record shows they dont respond too) is frustrating. On December 16, I contacted them again via email and received an email stating that my order is currently in production. Orders are produced in bulk, and will be shipped in batches so they arrive by Christmas.
On December 22, I received a notification that my sweater had been shipped. My sweater did not arrive to my house until December 27yeah, thats after Christmas. I listed the timeline to show the lack of concern from Holiday Fury and their lack of customer service. Additionally, the sweater that was shipped in batches to arrive by Christmas did not arrive by Christmas.
The quality of the sweater was decent so for that I cant complain, but for the rest, I would highly recommend customers to venture elsewhere.
Chris
Here is my email. I went through the same process. On Christmas I hadn't even received a tracking number so I asked for a refund. Instead two days later they ship the damn thing. I sent them a not so nice message. If anyone wants to pursue further I'm in. My email is *******@aol.com
Wish I had read reviews prior to ordering! Thisvhas been nothing but a $#*! show since my origina order Nov 27th! Poor commutation and refusal to refund money on Dec 15! All for a sweater that they said shipped Dec 20th! It's funny my tracking code says my shipment was picked up at 346 on Dec 20th and yet... Has gone no further... It still says my shipment is in Salt Lake City... Funny how it hasn't moved in 11 days! Total scam! If someone starts a class action lawsuit, I want in!
I'm here, because I would have had more satisfaction lighting 50 dollars on fire. These peeps stole my cash. Filed a claim with my bank.
Ordered a sweater on Nov. 21st so that it would be in for Christmas. They did not even ship it until Dec. 21st! It's now Dec. 30th and still no sweater. I emailed them and they were not helpful at all and provided no solution. I will never order from there again! I wish I'd read the reviews before buying.
I have now ordered from TeeFury twice, and my second experience has been just as good as the first. My shirts arrived before the estimated delivery, and are of great quality. The colors are bright and the prints seem like they'll last (the print on my previous order has stayed bright and looking new even after going through the wash). Overall, I am yet again pleased with my experience with TeeFury. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for unique, geeky shirts.
Its not even real sweater. Im in for class action. I ordered Cyber Monday and got AFTER Christmas when they promised speedy delivery. O warm you... do NOT purchase from them.
CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. I know several people have mentioned filing Class Action Lawsuits on here against Holiday Fury, and I myself have threatened them with one as well. If anyone here does or has filed one, please include me and feel free to contact me at *******@yahoo.com. I ordered two Christmas Sweaters from their website on November 24th, which had a countdown clock, saying the sweaters would only be available for a few more hours. That was the first lie. It was available for sale after and is still listed on the site for sale. I wrote to them several times, before receiving a reply on December 16th that I would receive my sweaters in time for Christmas. Well it's December 29th, and still no sweaters. We need to bring these cheating bastards down. I have all contact with them, including the lies about how they could not provide a tracking number.
Long story short, I ordered my sweater at the beginning of the month and I checked the ups tracker this morning and they shipped my item to the wrong location. I'm demanding a refund
Ordered a sweater on Black Friday for my husband's gift. I emailed twice and was instructed to "be patient." It was a Christmas sweater. It's December 29th and I got a shipping confirmation today. We'll see if this $#*! ever shows up. I doubt it.
I am looking into a class action lawsuit now. So you can drop your emails in the reply section. Also if you have Facebook please write to them to have holiday fury removed from the ad and sponsor page. I wrote them and basically stated that they are using your Facebook platform to scam your users. And how unhappy we are (the people who got scammed) I have been going through it with holiday fury. Now I mentioned to them a class action lawsuit following a bogus email Sent to me they said they were sending a refund. Which they won't because they emailed me 2 minutes after I emailed them. But 1st thing is to shut them down on Facebook from scamming then move on to having our money returned to us in a class action lawsuit.
Ordered sweaters 11/20 no package still. This is there latest email to me
Hi Terrell,
We have escalated your concern to our refund department. Refund decisions are generally made between 3-7 days and if approved, immediately granted. We are really sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
All bs. If you got screwed get on Facebook and write to Facebook. Have your friends and family write too. Facebook makes to much money to be apart of a scamming operation.
There's really no need to reiterate what has already been mentioned. But same $#*!. Generic responses, no sweater, not shipped, tried canceling my order - didn't work, asked about their return policy - non existent. $60 isn't the end of the world but is annoying no doubt.
I just want to say I'm very disappointed with this company's customer service, i email them about my product they never tell me when it will be shipped out, they always say it's in production but when I bought the sweater it said "in stock." After a while I still don't recieve any shipping information so I sent them an email they claim everything's been shipped out but it's been a week and I haven't gotten any tracking number or anything. This has been the most disappointing service i have recieved ever and it was a Christmas present, I don't advise anyone to order from this company. I emailed them about getting a refund. If anyone has started a class action count me in.
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
Answer: It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.
TeeFury has new pop, geek, or nerd culture T-shirts every 24 hours for only $12. Everyday items include tees, hoodies, skirts, pins and more!
