I order a sweater for my daughter 8th December, same lot of nonsense emails as everyone else as had, all generated, when trying to chase it up. Was sent a tracking number on 21st Dec, but update has stayed the same since. Have requested a refund with no joy. Today 10th Jan, have emailed again to be told it will be out of production soon! I thought they'd already sent it 21st Dec! Just goes to show what a complete scam of a company this is. I can't see me getting any refund or sweater at the moment. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered!

Ordered a Christmas jumper 01/12/2016, promised it would arrive in the UK by the 17th. Emailed every other day between 10th - 23rd December as I hadn't received the dispatch email as promised... kept getting false promises and generic replies from Miss Liberty such as "it's on it's way" and "dont worry if you havent had the email". I have today received a slip from the Post Office to pay £16.08 customs charges for this to be delivered - its the 10th January the following year. I have requested a refund 9 times and keep getting the same reply of "it's been requested". Clearly not, or they wouldn't be attempting delivery.

Under absolutely no circumstances order from this company. I am now £56 for a christmas jumper (fantastic drunken decision) that is stuck in Wakefield nearly 2 months after I ordered it. Awful, awful service

Ordered two sweaters (regrettably) two days apart from each other (Dec. 3 and 5). Ordered the Ken Bone and the Ryan Gosling sweater. After waiting 2-3 weeks for a shipping confirmation, finally e-mailed this company to see if they had shipped either sweater. They said due to holidays, we're making orders as quickly as possible and will be shipping a majority of products very soon.

After about 28-30 days, I finally get a shipping confirmation e-mail about my two sweaters. One took a month and two days to get my house and the other took a month and four days total time from when I had originally purchased the sweaters back in December (so about 4-5 days actual shipping). I've ordered jerseys from China that take less time to make and ship with better quality than this place.

If you order the Ryan Gosling sweater, don't expect the bottom part where it says "100% boyfriend material" to show up on there. You can only see the top part of the writing on the bottom of the sweater. They apparently don't double check their sweaters to see if they mess up and send you the product anyways.

The one star is for the funny part of the sweaters. That's about all this company is good for. Don't buy from unless you want to wait one month or more to get a sweater in which you can't get a refund from once you purchase. Only this store credit bs.

Holiday Fury offers the worst customer service possible. Under their return policy they state: "Holiday Fury staff will do it's best to help resolve any issues, and achieve total customer satisfaction." Ms. Liberty (online Customer Service Rep) lead me to believe my order was shipping out two weeks prior to Christmas and by New Years I still didn't have it. I put a dispute into my credit card company and informed you of what I did... funny, the next day I get a confirmation your shipping out my order! It's now 10 days AFTER Christmas... why would you even bother? When I contacted you about this you emailed back that I would be given a refund. Yet the order showed up at my door... asked you how to return it and you said there are no refunds! You should be ashamed of yourself and how you have mislead me with the handling of my order. Stupid me for not checking your company's reviews before I placed the order. Any company that has 136 reviews and 133 are rated a 1 out 5 would have been my first and immediate clue NEVER to do business with Holiday Fury! At the rate you folks are doing business you should be out of business quickly... you deserve it!

Dec 1,2016. Paid and placed order for an overpriced Christmas sweater.

Dec 10-30,2016. Worked, did all my Christmas shopping, ordered more items from capable online stores, went to Christmas parties, spent a week in Arizona, received all other online orders.

Dec 30,2016. I received an email explaining to me that they have just shipped my holiday sweater. Just now, 5 days after Christmas... 30 days after I payed.

Jan 7,2017. Still waiting for sweater even, though the holidays have passed.

Zero star rating, don't use this company.

DO NOT buy from this company. Complete scam. Orders a few ugly sweaters in early November in hopes of having them by Christmas. Not a chance. After Christmas I attempt to chancel my order, they say the order can't be canceled because it's in production! WHY WOULD YOU SAY ITS IN STOCK IF ITS NOT. POS company and I hope they burn in hell

I had the same problems as you guys. Ordered my sweater on December 1st. Realized right after I ordered it that it didn't give me a timeline so I contacted a friend who had order 3 weeks before and he said he hadn't received his. So I emailed them 15 minutes after my order to cancel and they said they couldn't refund me but would give me store credit. I was mad but was ok with it. Then today January 6th, my cancelled sweater showed up and they told me that they couldn't give me store credit cause it already shipped. 15 minutes after my order it shipped? From where Pluto? I'm so mad and it's not even about the $60, it's that they are ripping everyone off.

I ordered a Holiday Sweater from Holiday Fury at the end of November for a Christmas party in December. Its January 6th, and I just received the "made to order" item.

They do NOT offer refunds or cancelations.
They will NOT get you your item when you actually want it.
They fake their reviews on their website to make it look like everyone is a 5-star happy customer.

I can't say enough about how horrible this company is. Avoid.

Same story as everyone else. Ordered 12-1-16, still don't have it. Contested it with Paypal and they sent them a fake tracking number showing delivery on 12-8-16, so Paypal sided with them on the claim. This is insane that they get away with this. *******@vt.edu if anyone needs more action to get complaints filed.

I ordered an ugly Christmas sweater on 12/10/2016. I've yet to receive my order. I've emailed them several times and Miss Liberty Liar Lady has all the excuses in the world! Wish I would have read reviews before ordering... if there is a class action law suit against this company, I'd like to join. This is an epic scam, which includes the company sending out fake tracking numbers to trick PayPal into thinking the "sweater" was delivered.
When this company goes down and people go to jail, this will make headlines... I just hope they are under US jurisdiction.

125 reviews of one star... I mean, how embarrassed would you be if you ran this company?

I ordered my sweater the end of November for an Ugly Sweater Party (duh) 2 weeks later. And, surprise! I didn't get an email confirming my sweater even shipped until January 2nd. Laughable. Like this whole experience has been so ridiculous I just can't help but laugh at this joke of a company.
So - about a week after I ordered the sweater - I reached out to the company asking what was up since I hadn't received an update of any kind, then I got the pleasure of talking to Miss Liberty - who is also a laughable joke.
I was met with the typical "we're doing everything we can and you'll get an email notifying you when your sweater ships". Now I spend another week waiting for any form of update from Holiday Fury - there was nothing. I sent another email to Miss Liberty, now at this point telling her this was unacceptable and they needed to fix this. She argues with me! It's now 3 1/2 weeks after I order this overpriced piece of sh*t sweater that I won't be able to wear. She tries to assure me it will be here before the years "festivities". I send her another email telling her to refund my money. She tells me that my issue has been escalated to their returns department (lol ya okay like they have a returns department) and that all matters will be handled in 3-7 days. It's been 9 and that's just including business days, still no refund or follow up email from Miss Liberty.

So - if you buy a sweater from this website, expect to have if your "festivities" for the following year because it's gonna take at least 4-5 weeks to even ship. THEN expect to be blown off countless times by Miss Liberty. THEN expect to get stuck in this cycle because these people are incompetent potatoes who have no idea how to handle issues, customer service, or communication.

DO NOT order from this company. They are a bunch of scumbags who will take your money and will never send your product. They will lie and say when the delivery will be, but will never send it. They will say they have your product in stock, but they dont. Good luck trying to get a refund. You will have to dispute your purchase from your CC company. Be advised that HolidayFury and AAF Nation, LLC are the same company. I was on the AAF Nation website and got switched over to Holiday Fury. I Ordered a sweater on 12-9-16. I was contacted by them saying was not in stock on 12-13-16 (oddly enough the only email from them that went to spam no others did). I contacted them on 12-15-16 asking about the order and what was the gift cards for. Apparently when they cant fufill the order the send you a gift card to order something else. I requested on 12-18-16 for a full refund and again on the 20th. I turned it over to Paypal. It did no good. After corresponding back and forth past Christmas and me repeatedly asking for a refund because I bought a sweater elsewhere it went no where. All of a sudden when I receive a final from Paypal that I had to confirm the complain to push it forward I did so on 1-2-16. Well today I got an odd letter from Paypal saying that the company provided them a tacking number which shows it was delivered to me on the 27th by USPS. Of course I never got it. Something else struck me very odd, I entered the code provided to me into the USPS website, it did show a delivery was left in/around my mailbox on the 27th at (6:30pm) our mail is never delivered that late it usually is done by noon. Im wondering what exactly did they delivery. It was not an obvious sweater. I plan on contacting USPS tomorrow when they open to get some more information as well as my credit card company since Paypal can not do anything since the company claimed they sent the item. Ive contacted the company since I received the letter from Paypal requesting proof that they sent the item with a tracking number since I got that one from paypal and of course received no replay. They have gone silent. Include me in the class action lawsuit if one is filed *******@aol.com. This company must be brought down so no one else falls for this scam.

Total waste of money!

I ordered my sweaters on November 19th and didn't receive them till today! They were suppose to be Christmas gifts for my family, now I have to give it to them next year, I sent them numerous emails and never received anything back from them. If I would never order from here ever again and I'm going to make sure no one else gives their money to this piece of $#*! company!
