On December 6th I did order ugly sweater from them for Christmas however I never received it on time, January 16th i claimed the fraud on them, and then they sent me over the item on January 22nd, however I asked them to refund me, they refused all the time, I don't know why do i need ugly sweater on January 22nd, I asked him politely to take it as a return since Christmas over, however they just ignored me, scam company hate them so much, people do not order from them anything they will screw you over, would recommend you use eBay or Amazon but never never ever this company

These "sweaters" are absolutely garbage. A vinyl screen print on a piece of I don't even know, fleece maybe? It's all synthetic uncomfortable unwearable garbage. Tried calling, tried emails, tried Facebook... Get the run around again and again. Filed complaint with BBB and no luck there either. Garbage trash horrible

Sounds like the same as a lot of other people. Order December 5th and still have not received it. Asked for my money back and they keep giving me the run around about how there refund department denied the request as the sweater is already shipped. Stay away from this company and I hope they are not around to scam people holiday money next year.

Absolute Waste of Money

I ordered two sweaters for Christmas 2016 on the last week of November 2016, and they arrived mid-January 2017! They say these are "made to order" yet guaranteed I would have my order by Christmas--never came. I demanded refund and tried to return. There is return address and they kept the money. Place should be SHUT DOWN. Awful quality as well.

WOW! Biggest disappointment ever. I am so sad I didn't do research before purchasing from this site. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered beginning of December, was supposed to get sweater by December 16th, didn't get until January (what is the point of ordering a holiday sweater that arrives after the holidays?). Spoke to Miss Liberty (customer service) multiple times - always some bull$#*! reply that go me no where. Tried to submit chargeback through my bank, but since I received the product, the bank wouldn't accept. The company will not give you a refund either. They lead you on to believe they might, but then they don't. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I never leave reviews so this one is worth reading. Do not waste your money. Too expensive, poor quality, will not receive order within 30 days, and bad customer service. I can promise disappointment. Or you can learn the hard way like I did.

Avoid like the plague

It appears I'm not the first to be ripped off by these scam artists. They should be shut down for appalling behavior; intentionally misleading people about delay times and guaranteeing that you won't have products on time for any given event.

I messaged them and asked about details; they didn't respond at all.

I ordered the motorcycle Santa sweater for my husband as a xmas present and its January 18th and still no sweater. Like everyone else, I keep getting vague email responses from some Miss Liberty.

Well done scam artist!

They are a total scam. Ordered a sweater as a funxmas gift and still dont have it as of Jan 18. I tried to cancel my order and get my money refunded and I get the run around. Do yourself a favor and stay from these scammers.

Worse company I've ever dealt with. I actually made a couple purchases throughout the year. Then had one issue. First off they are very confrontational via email. Then they did me a favor by giving me a refund. I made a purchase for christmas beanies. It said final sale. It went to the incorrect address. Which I stated was not possible due to checkout via paypal. They said they would make a quote exception and give me a refund less shipping. I relented and said fine just charge me shipping again after a back and forth where I wanted to talk to management or an owner which they would not allow. They do not provide any of that information online since their last CEO stepped down. To them the customer is always wrong. So they charge me shipping again. But little did I know it was because they wanted to keep the shipping since they can only refund me the full amount. So they basically did an illegal charge. I debated whether or not to argue with paypal and have the payment rejected. They're truly awful and no one should ever buy from a very dishonest company.

The whole arguement was over $3.00 and it went back and forth about 7 times. I relented caved in got charged the $3.00 and got squat basically. But year apparently they're company and online checkout system can have zero errors. I also did show them a screenshot of my paypal address book as proof no dice.

Just trust me and the other hundreds of people on this site and do not buy anything from them. First it is over priced and second it will take almost two months for it to even arrive. They have one email address that is useless and a phone number that doesn't even work. I would give less stars if i could. Don't even bother trying to get your money back they won't do it.

I placed my order on December 9,2016 and received my order on January 12,2017. That is unheard of in this day and age. I will not order from them again in the future. I will also make sure I tell my friends and family of my experience as well and let them decide for themselves.

Just like all the other reviews say - this company is a joke! I placed an order on December 5th then asked to cancel the order a few days later, after I realized the sweaters wouldn't arrive until AFTER Christmas. From that point on, Holiday Fury ignored my emails/Facebook messages. I sent a message everyday for over a week and nothing! I finally said I was contacting the Better Business Bureau, to which they replied they would send my request for a refund to the refund department. I was told I would get a decision in 7 days. The 7 days passed - no word from them. I emailed again, and this time was told they are processing emails as fast as they can. It is now January 13th (a month and a half later) and I've never received my order or refund. I emailed Holiday Fury countless times and just keep getting the run around. Don't waste your money.

Wish i could give negative stars. All those who never received your items, be glad, I never saw such a pathetic excuse for clothing in my life, they just refused my request for a refund. If you don't mind spending $60 for a cheapass polyester printed piece of crap that looks like it costs 10 cents to make and feels like you'd go up in flames if the wind blows wrong, go right ahead. Horrible quality, complete rip off. There is nothing "sweater" to do with this garment I wouldn't give to a naked homeless person. They got the ugly and FURY right. Thieves.

I ordered two Christmas sweaters on Dec 10th and NEVER GOT THEM! I sent several emails to them trying to get an update on my order and their answers were always vague like, "Sorry for the delay, we've had so many orders we are just processing them now." Or, "All orders have been shipped but we are still waiting for the carrier to get tracking numbers." By January 9th (yes, one month later) I disputed the order with Pay Pal. They gave Pay Pal a phony tracking number, which showed the package delivered the same day I ordered it. IMPOSSIBLE! I finally got my money back from Pay Pal. THE WORST EVER!

This place is a joke

I order two sweaters from them on Dec 5 2016 thinking I'll be receiving them by Christmas. Two weeks before Christmas I emailed them asking for an shipping order and they said they will give me one when my items ship out. A week later nothing emailed them again and they said the same thing. The day before Christmas I emailed them saying obviously I'm not going to get my order for Christmas to cancel they emailed me back saying ok and they will refound my money to my credit card in 3-7 business days we are going on 3 weeks or so and nothing was returned to my card. I received a email on Saturday saying this is my shipping order I have emailed them over and over agin since Saturday to cancel my order and give me my money I don't need the sweater Christmas is over! And they will not respond back to me! DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THERE A JOKE!

I was incredibly bummed to order a Christmas sweater as a gift on December 2nd, and received it January 10th. I contacted customer service, who were very speedy, to ask a refund on January 1st due to such lateness, and that never happened. Instead I have an incredibly belated gift that is useless for an entire year. Poor choice to use his company.

I ordered a sweater a week prior to Christmas and there is no way to tell WHEN it will arrive or ship to your house. One day, I received "store credit" without a single explanation of why. I had to reach out to customer service about this and they explained that my sweater was cancelled and that they gave me store credit. I wouldn't order a sweater from there as the leave their customers hanging. If I never reached out, I would have assumed my sweater was still on the way.
