They have a vast and great selection with more literally coming out every day, sizes are great and designs even better, but the delivery time has gotten longer over time, thou I still get al my shirts here

The shirt itself was fair, cheaper cloth shirt with a print job that will probably fade after a few washes if you're not careful. But having to wait 5 weeks to get it, and having my other order get lost after 6 weeks and needing to be reshipped? That I was not impressed with.

The Delivery is always fast and the quality is very good my son and husband love those shirts, friends always ask where they are from and become dissapointed to hear that they can't be bought in german stores

I ordered an ugly Christmas in the beginning of December, with them saying they would have everything shipped and sent by Christmas. Come first or second week of January, they still didn't ship it, denied a refund, and I disputed it on my credit card, they said they delivered it (after I refused it and the paperwork they sent back to me even proved they had received the refused package) and it's been a long and arduous hassle. Will never make a purchase from this poorly organized and run company ever again and recommend no one choose to purchase from them either. Would be giving them 0 stars if possible.
I ordered 2 ugly Christmas sweaters in November 2016 & I got them in time for Christmas. One was perfect while the second one was shipped with a unfinished neck line and hem! I called & emailed them about 3 times being assured they were overwhelmed with orders & my replacement sweater would be shipped as soon as possible 7 they were very sorry one sweater slipped through their quality control, I'd send a picture of defective one & they couldn't believe it got shipped. I recently emailed them again to check on replacement & email came back as undeliverable, unknown address, recipient not found. *******@holidayfury.com. I ordered a jumper from them from these people at the start of November, after a month of nothing I spoke to ask when i was going to receive it and I was told they were very busy and was taking a while to get orders out.
That is fine, so i told them i'm going away for Christmas and so if they were going to send it then they need to send it asap,
Week passes and i tell them to cancel the order as i won't be be able to be home for the delivery now. After a number of emails they just ignore me and send it anyway.
I get back home in January to find no trace of the package, after chasing it up i find out it was sent to depot and eventually sent back to the company.
They are now ignoring my emails requesting my money back after i clearly stated over and over again DO NOT SEND THE ITEM AS I WILL NOT BE HERE

I hate the fact that I am forced to give them one star. I ordered a "sweater" the first week of December. The company charged my credit card right away. Once 2 weeks had passed, I attempted several times to contact the company to cancel my order as I did not need it anymore. The only response I got was from Miss Liberty in which she stated I could not cancel my order as it was "being processed". The "sweater" (which is just a print on a cheap sweatshirt) arrived in the middle of January. I tried several times to demand a refund; however, Miss Liberty insisted I could not receive a refund as all orders are made to order. She would not provide a manager's number or name I could speak with to dispute. I turned them into the BBB who was unable to receive an answer despite 3 attempts to contact the company. This company is a rip off!
We ordered 2 ugly sweaters for Christmas. First, they weren't sweaters but shirts made of cheap nylon material. Only one arrived and it was 3 weeks after Christmas. They won't refund the money for the shirt that never came and customer service won't respond. Worst company ever, do not order, guaranteed disappointment.

I am posting this AFTER I filed a complaint with my credit card company. Please do the same. Get your money back.
Amazingly, these $#*!s will actually challenge the claim.
Steps of the process:
1. The company advertised the item as being in stock
2. I ordered the item with my credit card
3. The company charged my card IMMEDIATELY (which you are not supposed to do until the item is verified and shipped)
4. The company sent me an email telling me the item is NOT in stock and they have no idea when it will be
5. I tried multiple times to reach someone and all I got in return were generic, unprofessional sounding messages from someone named Miss Liberty
6. I researched the company online and found that hundreds of people have had the same problem. And they have been investigated multiple times for fraud
7. I contacted VISA to petition for having the charge removed-
8. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM TO THIS DATE
If you check Holiday Fury website right now, they are closed for the year.
This reinforces the fact that there is nobody available to contact and this company is not a legitimate operation
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
Answer: It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.
