The change in Women's sizing is garbage. I am 5'6", 140lbs. Because I have broad shoulders, slightly larger than average breasts, and a long torso I've always had to order a woman's XL to make sure it's comfortable. An XL was a little baggy but my armpits weren't eating shirt so I was happy. With the new sizing I'm now a Juniors 2XL (talk about giving someone a bad body imagine!) but it's so long it literally comes past my crotch. So I'm left with an ugly boxy shirt with regular Women's or nightshirt with Juniors. Not thanks. I'm done giving you money.
Ordering items is very easy and the web site is user friendly. Printing on hoodies could be of better quality, but on tees is very good.
Easy ordering, timely delivery. They size charts are accurate. The colors are great. The shirt materials are soft but not too heavyweight.
... that's pretty good! But in all seriousness, I'm satisfied with the quality of service that I've received over time. Not just with my orders, but when my sister orders as well.
I have always had a great experience with Teefury. And the few times there was a defect in my order, They were quick to resolve the issue.

The shirt arrived and looks great. They did what they said they were going to do. I don't know how much more you need to know. Just buy their stuff

TeeFury has cool stuff and an easy shopping experience. The shipping is a bit slow but its as cheap as they can get it which i like.

Wish more often when you are wanting to know the story/inspiration behind the shirt that it wpuld be available with every shirt instead of trying to guess

I have bought several of the daily special tees, and I love that the price advertised is really the price (no gimmicks). The shirts usually have different color options, which makes it feel a little more customized. My fiance absolutely loved this shirt!
I love the designs but the women's sizing and fabric type is not consistent between colors. The black and royal blue shirts are stretchy and fit great in the size I usually order. The grey is horrible. The fabric is not stretchy like the others and runs smaller. The navy fabric is the same but it also runs smaller.
If you have an issue with your order there is no customer service number for you to call, you are relegated to submitting a web based email and you don't receive a response until several days later after which it is too late to address your issue.
I placed an order and immediately realized that I made a mistake with the sizing, (I chose a junior size instead of youth not realizing junior was a ladies cut until after I placed the order)
I submitted an email using the "order modifications" option provided on their email interface no later than 9 minutes after placing the initial order according to the time stamp on the emails, I did not receive a response until three days later which was only to say that they are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
The tone of their correspondence is very snarky, passive aggressive, and serves only to point out and place all the blame on the customer without taking any ownership or commitment to resolving issues or satisfying the customer.
Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time.
I know I've literally bought thousands of dollars of merchandise from Teefury over the years, and 90% of the time it is great. I think it's long overdue for some type of rewards system to be implemented, especially for repeat customers like me.
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
Answer: It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.
