I bought a food scale and the scale works wonderfully, but the instructions looked like they were written by someone who barely speaks English. It also said batteries were included but were not.

My sharpener is A-OK aside from the pungent smell of cresote on the rubber portion, it's a knife sharpener

I ordered at the beginning of the week and had my product by the end of the week - great turnaround time.

These aren't usually seconds or defects, it's good stuff. The thing is they sell things that sometimes are a little cheaper, non-brand, or branded things and it looks like a great deal but you don't realize until it comes in that is just the accessory bundle and not the device with accessories. If it looks too good to be true, it is too good to be true. Best little company for cheap goods.
