My first purchase impressed me in that all 4 items were "NEW" looking and seemed unworn. I hadn't even discovered the filter yet that allowed you to chose clothes "with the tags still on!"
I'm waiting for 2 new orders, and while they haven't arrived yet, I'm already packing a box to "swap" my clothes. Will further update you on that experience.
Saw the ad when searching for" cheap, inexpensive clothing" and came across this site. It has cheap prices, well maintained clothing. Clean even though I washed them. Packed *******@and shipped"free" and on time. I will definitely shop at swap.com again..
I've often searched for good cheap clothes on ebay, but Swap.com is much better because it's devoted mostly to clothes and accessories. You can find good long pants, for example, for prices as low as $3 or $4, and most clothing has a 75% to 90% discount off its retail value. If you prefer your clothes new with tags, they also offer those. Shipping is free with your first purchase of $20, and very reasonable thereafter (a flat fee of $4.99 if you have all items shipped in one package). Clothing is clean and folded carefully, then each item is shrink-wrapped.
Is the best Site and I love all the clothes I bought so far at very good prices. I am home mom and I do not have time to go shopping so Swap.com makes my life easier. I just Love it... and shipping is pretty quick also.

I recently purchased several items for my granddaughter. I was skeptical, but thought what the heck, when the clothing items arrived they were like new. This place rocks. :)
I just found this site a couple of weeks ago. I have already placed TWO large orders. Everything I received was very nice and in excellent condition. I can't believe the designer clothes that I can find at a fraction of the price. Free shipping on returns is also a big plus for me. I don't usually buy used clothing but this site has changed that forever! Five stars for this site!
The 60 day delay is because SWAP puts the items they purchase themselves ahead of the customers items to be processed to sell. They receive THOUSANDS of pounds of items they purchase themselves daily. This way, as opposed to getting a % of a Customer's sale, they will get 100% of their own sale. When you do the math, SWAP.com get's about 50% of what your item sells for. They encourage workers to push through expensive/name brand items so they can get a bigger profit in their pockets. They are ONLY about the money, not the customer.
I've had no problems buying clothing from here. In fact, most of my Summer wardrobe is from Swap, New or Like New condition, with some in Good condition. Four times I've had to return items. First time they returned my money without my having to return item. After thst, an RMA was required, but there's no limit. For the amt of clothing I've purchased, I'm very happy with the number of returns. If you need to call or contact them, they are VERY helpful! I'd be lost if they were no longer around! I haven't sold yet, just a bit hesistant. Only because I like to have the clothing local, so if I want unsold items returned, it's easy & costs nothing!
I wasn't sure what to expect purchasing from Swap.Com for my first time. I was pleasantly surprised that everything came packed well & the clothes all looked brand new. Will order again for sure.
I have ordered 9 items between 2 orders for less 50$, items were in good to excellent condition. Quality/price is definitely worth it, especially if you have children!

My first order arrived just a few days after I placed the order. Everything was packaged very good, and the items were great. Although one top wasn't quite what I expected in fitting, they refunded my cost for it., I will definitely share them as well as recommend them to my family and friends... as well as keep shopping there myself
