I have to admit I was skeptical, as it was my first time ordering used clothing online. But I am very happy I did! The items arrived in great condition and were individually wrapped in plastic. I would have thought they were brand new! They were shipped quickly right to my mailbox. I got lots of summer clothes at a fraction of the price!
I am very disappointing with swap.com. I have had nothing but trouble with every aspect of it. First, I have only priced 8 items. I have not had any items added to price. Then when my payout finally came, you are taking over $8.00 for your fee and I am getting $2.35. It is not worth my trouble with this resale to bother with pricing and all the hassle I have dealt with. I am glad that you have so many happy people, but I am one unhappy person.

There prices are great and the quality of products can not be beat, Fast service and if you do not like something simply send it back. So much easier than driving to and from thrift shops.
I have ordered several things with tags for my Grandchildren and I was very satisfied.
I was told I was getting a full refund by 2 different swap.com assistants and instead they gave me store credit. I did not want store credit and expressed this and that's when I was told I would get a full refund. It is now 2 months later and still nothing. I have emailed about 50 times for my full refund. The customer experienced assistants are not experienced!
They have just changed their return policy, there is no more full refund if not satisfied, now depending on the reason why you're returning they can choose to give you store credit or money back. They apparently changed this policy in April, I just found out tonight and just filed a complaint with the BBB since I was not alerted in any way of this new policy change, and from what I read on BBB apparently no one else did. Shame on Swap for sneaking this new return policy unto customers. It makes no sense! Sizing varies greatly from brand to brand... Complete nonsense. Specially since they don't even list measurements.
All of my items were reviewed by several individuals including an experience seamstress they were freshly laundered and in great or new condition before I sent them to Swap.com! Swap.com sent me a stock email after 60 days and I emailed them to check the status of my shipment that some of my items were not acceptable. They do not state which items so I am definitely sure it was just a auto answer to my email. Many of their customers have received this same response with not explanation per their reviews on the web. I will definitely let others know via all social media and in person how unprofessional and impersonal my experience has been with this company.
Your stock email that I received that stated my items are not acceptable did not state what items were not acceptable. Was it all my items because your company can't keep up with the amount of business being sent to you?
My husband just purchased me an Ann Taylor loft skirt from swap.com and I absolutely love it! It looks and fits the same as a new one! The only difference is he paid less than $10 for it instead of $70(the original price). I will definitely tell all my friends about this site because I love it!
I haven't purchased clothes from anywhere else since I discovered this site! Their prices are low, and the clothing is exactly as they describe. I break into my "happy dance" every time my package arrives!
I've spent about $350 on swap.com in the past 2 months. Brand new shoes that fit perfectly - originally $98 for $24. The clothing has all been brand new or gently broken in, but most come with tags. I bought a pair of Lucky shorts with embroidery for $15.00; the tag attached said $74.50! It's crazy great & totally worth the trial. And 100% return if you're not satisfied... send it back.
And I did have one shoe that was new but must have been kept in a poor environment previously... the color started peeling off the stretchy strap on the sandal-but not even noticeable. Well, after I wore them an entire day out shopping, one of the stretch straps came apart where I couldn't fix it. I left an email to customer service just letting them know a $4 product did not last. OMG! They gave me back my $4, plus $2.50 in shipping & told me I had no need to mail them back with sincere apologies from a REAL PERSON!
Amazing company with which to do business! And sales on low-priced items all the time! I'm blessed & gave up on eBay. The only improvement would be adding the waist measurements so we KNOW it's gonna fit. I have a few skirts that might be too tight right now, but I'm working to get into them cuz they're gorgeous.

The clothes I got were in great shape, exactly as seen on the website, they were here shortly after ordering them and packaging was great no plastic, just a cute cardboard box and some craft paper inside. Great value!

I have been using S. W. A. P. for over six months and have ordered 6 or 7 times. It has become my favorite site for consignment items. All orders have arrived on time, or early, in great shape - items packages in nice plastic bags. The website is HUGE, and I rarely shop it all at one time, but their filters make it easy to narrow your searches. The prices are good to excellent and the variety is fantastic! In the few rare occasions when something needed to be returned, the process was easy and quick. When ever I have contacted the staff, they have always been more than helpful. I highly recommend this site, and I am a very picky shopper.

Answer: I have only placed one order so far. I ordered 10 blouses. I returned 5, due to size issues. All 10 blouses were nice, but 5 did not fit quite right due to different manufacturer's. You need to get an RMA # for returns. I was promptly refunded my money for the 5 blouses. I would order again in the future. I am not aware of any return quantity restrictions. Hope this helps.

Answer: Same here, I sent a box in June and have received nothing nothing saying it was accepted or rejected absolutely nothing. I've sent 5 emails and nothing. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well.
Answer: I don't think so. I've sold and from my experience it varies. The things that I thought would sell first, haven't sold yet. It varies by what people are looking for at the time. I've bought all different seasons at random times. I buy by what's a great deal. When selling, group like items together. I've noticed multiple things sell first.

Answer: There's no way for them to go over prices. They have to see the items and determine from going over it, if it's acceptable, once it's accepted, then you have to determine the price you want to sell it for. You could try searching on their site for similar items and see what they are priced at. I did notice when pricing my items that I'd get a little notice with recommended prices, which was very helpful. I didn't have a good experience selling but many others have. Make sure you take pictures of your items, that's very important. I appreciated that their site is set up to allow you to take back your items if you changed your mind about selling them. I'm in the process of getting back my items. Hopefully it works out well and I get all my items back.
