They say a box can take 60 days to process. However, that day comes and goes with no contact from swap.com. They had advised to send inseason clothes. Now three months after the date they received my boxes less than 20% of what I sent has been processed. The stuff they "reject" they throw in a hug pile and take a picture of the pile. You can not see what items are that are being rejected. They give a generic reason saying stained or worn. Some of my items in this pile are brand new with tags still on them. I paid to have this pile shipped bag to me. Now I wish I never sent my stuff to them. I don't know if I will ever see the other 80% of the stuff I send them. I believe they are way too overwhelmed with the stuff being sent in and have started screwing their sellers. So far I have made one sale and made $1.50 of the $4 sale. Think twice before consigning with swap.com.

Swap is horrible. Most of my items have sold yet my amount sent to pay pal is 0 dollars because of all these hidden fees. Basically, I just sent them a bunch of clothes to sell and make money off of me for free. I got nothing out of it! DON'T SELL!
Not happy. I have sent 4 boxes of clothes. No stains or holes but got email from Swap.com saying they were in bad condition. I have only seen 6 items for sale from 4 boxes. Website said 300.00 per box is the average sale. I have sold 2 items and they kept that money for shipping costs. Again, where are all the clothes that I sent months ago?
I was looking for animal hats for my son and found so many that I was looking for! Love them all and for the price I was more then satisfied. The ONLY reason I did 4 out of 5 is because all the sizes were not what they should have been but I still love them all. Highly recommend to anyone and will buy from swap.com again! Glad I came across the website. Shipping was even fast and free!

Should be swindled.com... guaranteed returns is false advertising. They give you store credit and if you pay by paypal, they give you NOTHING! Complete rip off. I am going to complain to the BBB and everyone else I can think of. Save yourself the hassle and do business with a reputable company. There are plenty of them out there that do not "STEAL YOUR MONEY"

This website tries to say they have "No fraud, hassle free returns". However, unless the item is damaged, you only get store credit. I ordered about 10 items, returned about half in a timely manner due to wrong fit. They refused to return my funds and said it "wasn't their policy". Their website is misleading, and they can't expect people to fit in stretched out, second hand clothes from various sellers. Tisk tisk.

Answer: I have only placed one order so far. I ordered 10 blouses. I returned 5, due to size issues. All 10 blouses were nice, but 5 did not fit quite right due to different manufacturer's. You need to get an RMA # for returns. I was promptly refunded my money for the 5 blouses. I would order again in the future. I am not aware of any return quantity restrictions. Hope this helps.

Answer: Same here, I sent a box in June and have received nothing nothing saying it was accepted or rejected absolutely nothing. I've sent 5 emails and nothing. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well.
Answer: I don't think so. I've sold and from my experience it varies. The things that I thought would sell first, haven't sold yet. It varies by what people are looking for at the time. I've bought all different seasons at random times. I buy by what's a great deal. When selling, group like items together. I've noticed multiple things sell first.

Answer: There's no way for them to go over prices. They have to see the items and determine from going over it, if it's acceptable, once it's accepted, then you have to determine the price you want to sell it for. You could try searching on their site for similar items and see what they are priced at. I did notice when pricing my items that I'd get a little notice with recommended prices, which was very helpful. I didn't have a good experience selling but many others have. Make sure you take pictures of your items, that's very important. I appreciated that their site is set up to allow you to take back your items if you changed your mind about selling them. I'm in the process of getting back my items. Hopefully it works out well and I get all my items back.
