I have purchased many items on swap.com and I've loved every single one. I love the style I love the price the images portray the product very well and I can find unique items that I can't find anywhere else.

I've been surprised at the good quality of everything I have ordered...& then when I see how inexpensive it is, well, I wish I had been able to purchase clothes this way for many more years!
Out of all the clothes I purchased, I only returned 2 items that were the wrong fit---we all know that every company does not manufacture EXACT fits, right?
But, with no effort I printed a return slip, and dropped the box off at FedEx with No Fuss, no Muss... and got a store credit.

I love this site! I have two little boys and love a good deal. The clothes on this site look brand new there are brand name clothes for $3! I will be shopping here from now on!
My new addiction! I love this website. I've placed 10 orders since finding them and have had zero problems. Everything is always packaged neatly, all the items have been clean and just as described. I can't bring myself to pay full price any more. I don't know how others say this site is fraud cause it's not. Looking forward to placing many more orders with Swap.com
I have placed at least six or seven orders and have been very happy with all of them. If I don't like something or it doesn't fit I can send back up to three items at no charge and receive a credit so I can continue shopping. I check the website at least five days out of the week and usually always have items in my cart. I can by quality brands that I wouldn't be able to afford otherwise. Great place to shop and it's a lot of fun too!
I used to order from Swap.com. I had mixed opinions of my orders. You can't tell exactly how something will fit or look on you, so you're taking a risk ordering it. My problem is the last few times I've looked at their items online, they have gotten very expensive.
Great quality shirts for my son and arrived quickly! Can't beat the price and quality. I have not had a great experience as a seller.
I recently sent back a return worth about $40 to Swap.com using their RMA shipping label. I packaged everything carefully and now they say they can't find the return and therefore I get no store credit. They are sending me to Fed Ex to inquire what happened with the shipment. This is from a company that promises easy, no hassle returns! This is certainly not hassle free! I feel gypped out of my $40 which makes buying from Swap.com not a money saving choice! I am starting to think that buying new clothes on sale makes more sense.
Swap.com is my new addiction. I've purchased and sold (more purchases than selling - don't tell the hubs) and those experiences have been magnificent. This site is truly thrift store pricing for consignment quality wares. Paradise!
Many times the items are not described correctly and that is very frustrating. I bought a cardigan, that when I opened it, was actually a sweater with the buttons sewn on. Also some pants for my son said size 12 and when i've got them where size 12 Husky, way too big for him. Later a bought a skirt described as 27 inch length, when I opened it was 22 inches.
If they described the item incorrectly, they will give you a full refund of the item but a partial refund in shipping, which I find unfair, since you paid full price for shipping and is not your fault they sent an incorrect item.
I'm not buying again from them. I'll stick to thredup.com, never had a problem with them.
My son is 9 and has been going into a new size every season. I only buy his clothes every season from this site now. I have made several orders. Everything came in less than a week! Every item was exactly as represented on the website. Shipping was free and extremely fairly priced.
At first, I found swap.com a good value and easy to use. Free shipping and returns with a refund back to your original payment method. All good EXCEPT they often "lost" returned items and/or just failed to issue the refunds. If you don't watch them like a hawk, they steal your money. Also, on April 28,2016 they secretly changed their terms (in the fine print buried in their website with no notification sent to their existing clients) such that instead of refunding to your original payment method they only offer store credit unless they were at fault (sent you the wrong item or item was inaccurately listed). This enabled them to capture and hold their customers' money instead of refunding it. In my case, this added up to more than $600 as I tended to place an order every week or two before I found out what they were doing. When I asked them to refund they wouldn't. Honestly, I think this is a class action lawsuit kind of a situation. In the meantime, I would say avoid this creepy company.
I love the convenience of a second hand store online. They have great prices. It is a great place to find clothes for kids. I found some things for myself, too.
Never buy from Swap. This is a fraud company. They will send you items different from the description and then when you return it they will take the returns but will issue you refund only in the form of store credit. Beware, they are liars and they have crappy, deceiving and misleading return policy! Buy at your own risk!
I have nothing but good things to say about swap.com. I've ordered from them twice now... The first was kids toys (great prices and perfect condition) the second were sleepers for my nephew. All were exactly what he needed except for one... I requested a refund for the one bc of it being fleece (too hot for summer) swap.com was very prompt in getting me a refund! No questions asked. I can't wait until I need more clothes. Swap.com will be the first place I check!

I don't remember where I heard about swap.com but I'm thrilled that I did, being in the process of some major weight loss it's wonderful to have someplace to buy nice but inexpensive clothes and I go down in size, sure beats trying to have things altered or doing it myself when I find a minute or two. Everything I have bought has been clean in good repair and looking fairly newsy I can even wear these items to work
I got my order within 5 days of ordering. The selection is great and the check out is so easy. Love this site. One of my new favorites!
Answer: I have only placed one order so far. I ordered 10 blouses. I returned 5, due to size issues. All 10 blouses were nice, but 5 did not fit quite right due to different manufacturer's. You need to get an RMA # for returns. I was promptly refunded my money for the 5 blouses. I would order again in the future. I am not aware of any return quantity restrictions. Hope this helps.
Answer: If you want to sell clothes, all the information is on their website. Basically, they get a percentage and then they pay you thru an existing PayPal account that you set up.

Answer: Same here, I sent a box in June and have received nothing nothing saying it was accepted or rejected absolutely nothing. I've sent 5 emails and nothing. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well.
Answer: I don't think so. I've sold and from my experience it varies. The things that I thought would sell first, haven't sold yet. It varies by what people are looking for at the time. I've bought all different seasons at random times. I buy by what's a great deal. When selling, group like items together. I've noticed multiple things sell first.

Answer: There's no way for them to go over prices. They have to see the items and determine from going over it, if it's acceptable, once it's accepted, then you have to determine the price you want to sell it for. You could try searching on their site for similar items and see what they are priced at. I did notice when pricing my items that I'd get a little notice with recommended prices, which was very helpful. I didn't have a good experience selling but many others have. Make sure you take pictures of your items, that's very important. I appreciated that their site is set up to allow you to take back your items if you changed your mind about selling them. I'm in the process of getting back my items. Hopefully it works out well and I get all my items back.
