I just purchased a dress from Swap.com for my granddaughter to wear to my brother's wedding. This dress was absolutely beautiful- white with beading on the top and at bottom edge along with lace. This dress is in perfect condition and I know she'll love it. This was my second item from Swap and I will continue to look for more items as their quality is very good! Like I said this dress is beautiful and the price was extremely reasonable! I could not have gotten a better deal anywhere else!

I was searching for a blouse that I'd ruined accidentally. I was pleased to find the "Lady Hathaway" blouse here on Swap.com. I also found a cute polo shirt and both were very reasonably priced. I'll shop here again for sure.

I have been shopping with this site for quite awhile now... Their clothes are very affordable, and of good quality... They offer a great variety of brands with a "Great" price... If you are a shopping Diva this is the store for you, especially if you have to watch your budget. The shipping is quick and each item is packaged separately and very neatly. And unlike the area stores you can return items that doesn't fit with no charge. They completely live up to their customer satisfaction/hassle free returns. And least but not last Customer Service is a 10...

You can find everything your looking for in the line of clothing and shoes for the whole family from the toddler to the adult. I would continue ordering as the clothes are shipped in a timely manner. My goodness I love... I mean looovvveee this site. I'm a mother to a beautiful boy. I was worried about finding nice clothes for him. This site gives me the opportunity to dress him so nice without paying an arm and a leg. I ALWAYS get compliments. I dress him in Ralph Lauren button up shirts and pants because of this site. Thank you so much. I'm actually addicted now. Need rehab lol.

I have been able to reinvent my style with Swap. It would have taken me years to gather the collection of cloths I have been able to find on Swap.
I guess if you consider having 2 to 4 items out of two large boxes accepted for selling, as a good thing, and you may like it. I have used swap now for a couple years to buy things for my son he was a toddler. From that standpoint it has been great because the clothes are affordable. I have even had luck with the return process when somethings were not as described. However, I tried selling with them for the first time last month. I realize they get a lot of items, but I was absolutely shocked at what they chose to return and what they chose to keep. Additionally some of the items that they kept had been worn maybe once, or even brand-new just without tags, and they listed them as "fair". Since you were deducted for the cost of the shipping label as well as the five dollar charge to return your box of items, I will probably end up owing swap money. Very disappointed in the service and may not shop there any longer. I will be looking for another second hand retailer because of this. The customer service has been so so at best. When I emailed asking about the process, I was given no more detailed explanation than what I had received initially. What really got me was they kept some of the items that were the oldest hand me downs, and sent back several very good pairs of shoes and decent clothing. They give you an option to donate the items rather than have them shipped back, and I wonder if once you say to donate the items, they don't keep them and sell them to make a profit. Like I mentioned before, I received many great things from swap, but the selling process has been horrible and completely inconsistent. Done using this service.
I purchased to winter coats and both were perfect condition. I bought two winter coats for two kids for less than $25. One would have retailed for $100+ at kohls. I won't pay full retail as long as this site available.
Found my favorite brands for a fraction of what they sell for in the store!

They didn't refund me for items I sent and they said they didn't receive but they did receive half the box which makes no sense until I realized they accepted that I sent them the cheaper items but not the expensive ones. They say I'm lying but they are lying and being thieves stealing my money. Never order from them they are also very rude when you call them in their nonsense.
Swap.com does a wonderful job of describing each item. They offer a lot of stuff and now that they added men's I can get my husband some great things too.
