I ordered for the first time and recently received all of the items I ordered, and I am SO PLEASED! Everything I picked out for my three year old daughter and for my fiancé were in GREAT condition. I will definitely be making another purchase very soon!
I'm very frustrated with my experience with Swap. I worked really hard and sent several boxes and they basically have told me that nothing I've given them is sellable.
It's super annoying to think you're sending off tons of boxes, and then GET THEM ALL BACK. On the site they specifically asked for women and children's items. I provided tons of books, clothes, and toys... and got them all back. I now am waiting for the last of the inventory I'm sure to be returned to me. It's no one's fault, it's just a big disappointment. Such wasted time.
I received a few items and loved them all. And the prices were great! I believe in recycling clothes and this makes it so easy!
I found a bunch of nice tshirts and sweaters for really good prices. The packaging was really nice, plan on buying from here again
I enjoy shopping with swap.com, and recently an even greater appreciation when realizing how easy they make the return process if something doesn't fit or you don't like it. Now that's customer service! I will continue to shop at swap.com and I encourage others to check it out.
I have ordered over 40 items with Swap.com and if not for some items still having original tags, I couldn't tell the previously used from the brand new. I was delighted with everything I purchased. I have already placed a second and third order! I am telling everyone abut Swap.com
I am in the HR/Recruitment field and I have a lot of new grads starting their careers, that don't have the wardrobe for a professional environment, Swap.Com is my go to recommendation. I have ordered for myself several time and yes I was leery at first thinking the clothes would be just gross, however everything is packaged well, clean and in good nick. Swap.com is the best site ever for adding to your wardrobe without breaking the bank, they have such a wide selection, that anyone will find something to suit, from the trendy to the conservative to the bohemian left of centre things I like. I urge every to check them out, and they are so reasonable compared to other online consignment sites, my last purchase was 7 shirts for less than $40!

Reasonable their prices are. Even though it's a consignment store, all the items I've seen are priced extremely low for the brand names & the nearly new condition they are in--much lower than a lot of other consignment shops I've seen. It's a pot of gold.
I love this site. I buy (and now resell) clothes for my 16 month old son there. The customer support is excellent, they have so many options available, and the way you can filter searches (once you get the hang of it), makes it much easier to find what you want. I've found some great things for me as well, but I especially love this site for buying clothes for my little guy.

I love that I can find things on Swap.com. I have always hated spending tons of money on lounge and work-out clothes. At Swap, I can buy what I need and not feel guilty about how much I have spent and save the earth a bit more from articles that otherwise would have gone into the garbage.
The add said Saddlebred CASUAL pants. I buy and wear Saddlebred CASUAL pants. What I got was Saddlebred CORDUROY PANTS. It was not disclosed that they were corduroys. Would not have purchased.
I have 3 girls and this site is incredibly helpful for me! Great availability on all their sizes and the best selection for all seasons! I recently bought 5 dresses and 9 Carters onesies and only paid $37! The onesies alone would have cost me that! They arrived within a week. My last order only took 4 days and that was a couple weeks before Christmas! That order was 5 holiday dresses and some sweaters and such and it was around the same price! Love this place!
I've purchased several items now from swap.com and have gotten great deals each time. I've gotten tops and blouses each time - alwas in top notch condition and at about 75% of the original price. Very happy with everything I've ordered!
Swap has the best brands for extremely low prices. I love how my order arrived very fast, and the packaging was excellent. The items that I purchased were like new, of great quality, and very inexpensive. This is the only clothing store that I need in my life!

Swap.com is an amazing site. I have tried other consignment sites and this site beats the competition by a mile. The selection, quality and price cannot be beat! I just started a new job and I was able to purchase a new wardrobe for about $75! Shoes included! I would recommend this site to anyone! So long retail shopping and retail pricing. Swap.com is the only place to shop!
I have made two purchases from Swap.com, three tops for myself and assorted (eight pieces) summer clothing for my grandson. The clothes' quality is great, the shipping quick and the prices are even better! I just made my third purchase (more for my grandson). I totally recommend Swap.com and will be back!
