I am on my 6th order from SWAP.com. These are true American sizes. My first order I was ordering XL. I got my size adjusted and I love every item I've received. This is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
None of the clothes I have ever gotten from Swap looks used! I buy mostly skirts, dresses and blouses. It's like shopping at a new store! Everything is clean and very well packaged and it arrives on time. Nothing is misrepresented, always looks just like the pic! There's only been one item I've had a hard time finding, it's kind of vintage, maybe 50 years old. No big deal. I love Swap.com and will continue to shop there!

I was considering selling my stuff to Swap, but after reading the reviews looks it is an awful place to sell. However, the majority of buyers are happy and getting a good deal. So good place to buy and an awful place to sell.
My wife loves this site. We were faced with having to travel about 80 miles to the nearest large city to find some items she needed. Instead we browsed through Swap.Com website and found everything we were looking for at great prices.
I have made several purchases from Swap, and have had no problems at all whatsoever. Many of the items that I have purchased still have the new tags on them which is quite remarkable, and are designer. I will continue to shop at Swap as time goes on, and would recommend Swap ****** 6 stars!

I have ordered from Swap now about five times. We just moved to a rural area that is a summer hotspot for tourists. This means few consignment stores and the kids clothing stores we do have are high end and overpriced. I prefer shopping thrift and consignment, so I started looking around online and found Swap. It's worked fabulous for my family of five. Usually, I order a size up for my kids' clothes to plan for slight shrinkage from the previous user. The clothing shows up as represented. Prices are awesome. I love the option to order $50 and get free shipping: totally worth it! We look forward to our box of clothes which comes quickly, all neatly stored in individual plastic casings. Our clothing budget goes a lot farther by using Swap and I have found fun unique items for myself, my husband and my three kiddos. I've started recommending it online because whenever I find something that works awesome for me, I like to share about it with others. It's even fun together time on the computer when we "Go Shopping" because my kids and I will sit down together to pick out their clothes. I love it. Department stores have lost me forever. :) Keep on being awesome, Swap.
Swap gains your confidence by accepting your first few shipments. Then, after I sent in more very nice name brand clothing - some new with tags - I received a nastygram that I was suspended for three months for not living up to their 80% approval rate. I sent high quality clothing without any damage. All was freshly laundered as required. I've purchased a few pieces from them that I wouldn't have hung on a thrift store rack. None of the clothing I sent was of poor quality. I should have believed others who posted similar complaints but gave Swap a chance. They may have suspending me for three months but I am suspending them indefinitely.
