Need a refund for PSD COURSE. Thought this was part of the support pet program. Then I got charged $177 for this. I can not afford this and not sure why I was charged for this! Please cancel PSD COURSE and refund my money!

I ordered the ESA package for my dog, after my last document expired, and the customer service assured me the package will come with the renewed dates on everything.
I chatted with a lot people from support pets customer support, and by the end finally, one told that the package doesn't include the doctor's letter, so I was able to order just the letter, but until now I didn't get the refund for the package I ordered.

I want to make sure I'm. Not going to be charged for anything else. I got an email about some program I' enrolled in to train my dog and I didn't enroll in e yrhing extra so I emailed support and someone e.ailed me back to tell me o email so eone else. I don't need to be refirecmcted I just need someone to make sure I. Not signed up for any kind of membership because I do need it not can I afford it. So please just double check for me please. Oh and I got another email saying I received me tags and I wrote I've to day I never got them then I was told to forget that email. So I don't know where the h tags E that I purchased for my dog.

My experience has been great except for lack of transparency in the cost. I had no idea I was being charged over $100 until I saw it come out of my account. That was a bit disappointing.

Although I received my ESA approval and documentation quickly, I do not appreciate the lack of transparency in the ordering process. First, I was being offered $99 for the process, but then it went up to $134 because I opted to pass along a $35 discount to someone else. Okay, fine. At least I could see the price differences when I toggled through my options. Except for the middle option, which is something about 24/7 customer service etc. But wait...isn't that part of the service? When I clicked the radio button for this option I did not see my price change (above), so I went ahead and selected it. Wrong choice. An extra $8.99 was tacked on to my bill, which was not revealed to me until *after* the transaction went through. A bit of a scam, I think. ANY AND ALL PRICING SHOULD BE VISIBLE DURING THE ORDERING PROCESS. FULL TRANSPARENCY IS ESSENTIAL.

It's very simple to purchase and everything is easy to follow. The process was quick and I was always kept informed about what step of the process was in. My only request is that everything can be offered to buy from the beginning versus in different stages of the process.

All I had to do was answer the questions and fill out pertinent personal information including myself and my dog, pay, and then I was done. I was able to order a few extras as well like a dog tag that will identify my pet as a service dog. This was so easy I wish I had done it sooner. I will be using this for our next move as well.
The entire process of getting and receiving the documents was seamless. They were fast, simple, and easy to retrieve. I am looking forward to enjoying the new freedom of having my ESA with me everywhere I go!
