When I joined I was charged 3 times on my charge card. I did not receive a confirmation number at that time. On the online system I did send an email. I would rather have solved it immediately by speaking to customer service. It was very frustrating trying to find a phone number for your company. For better customer support rather than having to wait for a online response, you might want to publish your phone number to establish faster service.
I had been overwhelmed trying to find a site that would work with my ability to obtain ESA and PSA that was legit, legal and with the turnaround time frame it was very easy and eased my anxiety about the whole process. I would highly recommend Support Pets to anyone who needs their loving companion to be with them wherever you go.

I didn't like how I couldn't see how much I was paying up front. Thought I was paying under $100 and it was well over. I have used another site before to register my dogs and it was WAYYYY cheap and get the same stuff. I thought I was saving $ doing this website and I hurt myself financially but my dog needs it.

It was not the price I expected on the ad Said $89 first year for free. Then after that it was going to be $100 a year. The cost is higher than what you guys said. So no I'm not happy. But yes I got my card. I just wanted it so I can get a new apartment

It was a very easy process, the documents came faster than the 48hrs. I am going to go one step closer and the PSD course so my doggie is a true service animal.

So far so good. Sometimes hard to get in touch with someone for support. It takes a lot longer to get my official documents than I wish it would. Overall pretty satisfied.
You resolved the issue of both dogs but I see no mention about paying $107.99 & then being charged another $142.99 for what? Could not afford to spend more at this time & did not order anything else so I want the extra charge of $142.99 returned. It caused an overdraft to the card. Thank you
