My dog is a rescue/stray and she showed up at my door two years ago and she hasn't left since her previous owners didn't want her and said we could have her and she hasn't left since. I love her so much and she helps me more than she knows

March 24,2025. Jnxy was approve as a ESP pet. The next day, he was a victim to a hit and run accident. He saw a cat across the street. It happen so quick. He tugged at the leash, I fell, he ran on to the road and was hit by a car coming down the hill. My Jinxy died instantly. I was told $30 would be deducted for Stephanie White, PsyD services. The remainder will be refunded. Check with your Accountant, there were 3 charges. 1 mark plus, 1 mark minus. Then, was charge another 129.00 I feel I was overcharged.
I was searching on line for info, regarding pet air travel, and came upon support pets. Thank you.
The website is not user friendly stating contact customer support as if there is a chat or a phone number when I was only able to find an email. Furthermore, I am still unclear if I purchased the genius tag or if it was included in my package. I might have been over charged.

Needed this for my support dog who was assigned to me in another state and my landlord needed a doctor to sign proof that he is MY dog but i don't have a doctor here, so Support Pets really came in handy!

Excellent customer service, Quick response time with questions and always very helpful. I would say that the website is a little difficult to navigate when it comes to looking at purchasing accessories (ID card, vest) after your initial processing. Other than that I would recommend this site to anyone looking for ESA assistance.

The process was quick and easy and not as hard as I thought it would be to get my dog certified. There are programs to help train your dog if not already. Don't miss out on this good opportunity.

I'm very happy that Support Pets got to me in 24 hours, which I needed for my housing situation and all was perfect. I confidently gave the landlord my ESA letters regarding Lucy be my emotional support dog and just being around her gives me relief from anxiety, depression etc.

Since the loss of my daughter, I have myself been at a loss and I got myself a Pomeranian and she has been my emotional support dog whenever I'm on the verge of tears or just not happy I let them know what happened and they took care of me within 24 hours I have my paperwork so I can have Travel with my dog Great customer service. I made an error on my paperwork and within minutes they had it fixed and even sent me an email definitely recommend.
