I would recommend this service to anyone. We have used it once before and it narrowed down where she was when a phone alert reached someone who saw her the day before. After 10 total days gone- was safely returned.
It seems to be very effective and powerful way to find your pet. However I'm a bit skeptical about this company's response since they have never picked up calls and even answered to left messages and e-mail inquiries.
Anyway I still believe in this service and hope my baby will come back soon.
Do not use this company. Like many others have posted, they just want your money. My sweet fur baby was missing for 6 days. Got a random text from a number about the service which we jumped on given the situation only to find out it was a scam. I emailed requesting a possible refund and was told they were going to report me to local authorities for making a false claim as it's illegal. I contacted again but got no response (probably because I called them out on trying to scare me). 2 days later I emailed again as I never got the follow up email with login instructions from the first transaction. Never got a response but got an email stating I forgot to attach a picture (only sign up for call alerts not poster). Emailed and got no response. They don't do a darn thing put play on people's emotional distress.
Ive heard great things about Pet Amber alert finding other families pets, including my Aunts cat, so I did not hesitate to sign up to find my lost chocolate lab. I am really hopeful this will bring him home to us!
Very easy to sign up. I just signed up, so don't know yet if they are going to find my cat. He is a known escape artist, has been out five nights, and there are hundreds of homes nearby and tons of trees, bushes, a golf course, canyons, and gulleys to get into. He could be anywhere and I lack the ability to spend any more time hunting for him. This gives me peace of mind that more action will be taken to get him safely home.
Super easy to fill up just a few information. But it's work great and the important things is work out for residents around the area with phone alerts that act fast plus the poster to make it more chances to find your lost pet soon.

I highly recommend pet amber alert. They were crucial for me find my moms dog a few years ago, he was gone for 3 days and because the person saw the post in a local store he called to return our dog. I'm now using them again for a friends dog with hopes that we have the same luck.
