Pet Amber Alert

Very easy to use! I'm hoping my fur baby is found safe! This took a lot of the stress of trying to contact many many neighbors and shelters. I feel a little more at peace that my baby will come home. Haven't given 5 stars yet since I haven't had a chance to see any success in my baby coming home.

We are heartbroken from losing our family dog on November 24th, 2019. I paid www.petamberalert.com to send out phone calls to our neighborhood and have heard nothing back. I have tried contacting them via email 2 times and have called the phone number listed on the website numerous times with no answer and no response. This is despicable and this company should be ashamed of what they are doing to people who are already devastated by the loss of their pet. I will be fighting for a full refund, although I am not sure that there is a way to get in contact with anyone at this "company" as it appears to be a scam.

Good service
September 4, 2018

Hired on Sept. 1 of labor day weekend. Got 2 emails then nothing... not even a post on their on facebook page. Only proof I have they did anyting is the charge on my card. **update**. Federal holidays negate them putting out alerts they issued a refund!

Amazing work
March 30, 2019

We got our cat back last night around 10pm. All thanks in part, to PetAmberAlert.com, almost everyone neighborhood we talked to and asked if they'd seen him already knew his name and how she looks. Without the neighbors helpful tips we could never have found that she was in this dense wood area 2 miles from where we were always searching. Last night was the happiest time of our life...! Thank you!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

Do not use this service. It is fake. Don't enter your credit card info. My card got charged even though I was unable to sign their so-called online contract. There is no customer service or live person when you call. I called credit card company to cancel transaction and was told the charge was pending. How can they charge you when you haven't agreed to or signed their contract.

They have a very user friendly easy process to help unite owners and pets. If you need help getting the word out or notifying the right resources, I recommend you give them a try. They are already established and know who to contact immediately.

I am fully confident that my dog will be found. Besides the reviews from past satisfied customers, and recommendations from my friends, I fully researched their success rate and their passionate and thorough investigation. It seems to me that they are beyond dedicated with ensuring the safe return of my fur baby!

Lost animals service
September 10, 2023

They are great they keep up with you and your missing pet they also get in touch with you if it's been 2 weeks or longer so they can do a more intense search if your pet hasn't made it home to you yet. I also love that they have a free optional service where they post and help for you. I highly recommend them!

MUCH more than I expected. The flyers that were faxed had been hung up all over town, and one of the vet offices even hung them on telephone poles. Many friends and neighbors received the calls, and even strangers called me to let me know they were searching based on the Amber Alert call. I was out of town when Luke disappeared from a boarding facility, and the service helped me coordinate the search effort when I couldn't do it on foot myself.

Easily offers the most and best help for the best price! My pup is priceless, but I'm also not rich, and they made it possible to get more flyers and alerts out! I hope I never have to use them again, but if I have another dog go missing, they will be the first I contact.

Easy to create alert and good options on radius and a free option. You where also able to set up pictures and a phone number which will be on the alert. I am really hopeful in finding my pups

A way to find your pet
December 12, 2017

Everyone never expects to loss a pet however things happen and all you can think about is the well being of your four legged baby. I was on vacation when I got a dreadful call my baby was lost. My heart burned like I was having some type of heart attack I cried until the vacation was over and when I got home I called everyone and did everything. When at the animal shelter someone recommended Pet Amber Alert to me and I'm very pleased to be given this service it helps me to cover more ground and believe and hope my baby back to me

Excellent service

I have used their service when my cat was lost in 2012. I started getting call soon from various person that they have seen my cat. Within a day we got call from someone, the cat is sitting in their backyard. We were able to rescue him right away!

They offer fake help

They just take my money and never do nothing to find my dog, i paid $169 and they never post, never answer my calls, never start my alert, this is so sad, you just play with the pets and the money of the people.

I was unaware there was a site like this out there. When I found out my boys were taken my first thought was "I wish they had amber alerts for pets like they do vehicles and kids" but left it at that until I registered at pawboost and pet amber alert contacted me! I had to wait a bit to come up with the funding because it was a little more than I had expected but there's no price to high for our family to be all together again

Missing puppy

This company is unbelievable. They cancelled the service but they still charged my card after the fact and now they post this defamatory response that I used a fraudulent credit card. I did not think that they could have gotten any worse.

I would give this service 0 Stars if possible! When you lose a pet you go thru so much stress and you want to make sure that you can rely on services like this company promises. I submitted a lost pet alert on Saturday evening and I got an email right away saying that they are processing my request already and that to complete will take 12-24 hrs. Also they told me that I will receive an email with a login to see the progress of my request. I did not hear anything from them since that moment. Sunday evening I have seen that my post under Lost Pets was gone and did not hear anything from this company. I sent an email right away to their customer support - no response. I contacted their Support Specialist on Chat and asked what is the status - after waiting for a couple of hours, she answers and says that my request is being processed. Ok so I relayed on this information. Monday morning still feeling uneasy I call the company; I get the receptionist and I am told that nobody can provide me any status because they are in a staff meeting and I will be called back. This was at 9am. Around 12pm I called again asking what is going on. I was told that they are still in a meeting. I tried to contact the Support Specialist on Chat again and after a long wait she is telling me that my credit card was declined. Ok, total pain, my bank is very skittish about "weird" charges. I asked the person on the Chat how do I update my credit card, should I submit a new request etc. Nothing... no response. I begged her saying that I am desperate and I need to know what to do. Nothing zero response. I called again customer service this time choosing to open a request over the phone. I got a message to leave my phone number and I will be called in a few minutes. It has been 9 hrs now and no call... no email nothing. I submitted a second request on their website and besides an email telling me that they are working my request no communication again. It may work if everything is perfect but if you need customer support you are doomed. What upset me the most is that they had no consideration for the stress that you are under in those moments. Luckily my dog was found due to another company(pawboost) and he is home safe and sound. I will make sure that everybody knows including Better Business Bureau about the "amazing" experience that PetAmberAlert provides.
