The website had a lot going on compared to what it was when I enrolled my cat princess last time. As well as I don't remember having to purchase everything separate. It just all came in a package together with one simple transaction. Plus when I enrolled my dog for the first time his weight was written wrong on my documents. He is 55 pounds not 10. And I will need these papers for an application very soon. I've been using ESA for years and it's been so easy but now it's be come very complicated.
I did not realize this resource was available until Facebook advertising. I checked around locally and it was either to expensive or a long wait list.
Support pets I found to be very professional and quick at getting me my documents for my animals. And they offer so much more to help with the training of your animal and the care of your animal. And everything was explained in detail. Very happy with the choice I made to go with them.

I've been thinking about turning my pet into a esa pet and now that I finally tried this experience has been a 10/10. I really needed to turn my dog into a esa dog and this was a quick and efficient way.

Customer service was fast, very helpful and patient. I had a slight issue in the beginning because of an error on my end and they responded almost instantly and had everything fixed by the next day.

The advertisement leads me to believe that I would be receiving a vest and tag with the ID card included. If he was misleading that you fill in all the information and answer all the questions submit your payment and then are asked to order the best tags and ID cards separate separately.

Getting my Daisy Mae certified to be with me where ever I go is a huge benefit to me and her. She is happier and healthy, her anxiety seemed very hard on her body. I have had issues renewing my membership. It looked like they tried to auto-renew and it declined. Possibly due to an expiration date. I used a different card this time. My dog is a rescue/stray and she showed up at my door two years ago and she hasn't left since her previous owners didn't want her and said we could have her and she hasn't left since. I love her so much and she helps me more than she knows
