I was disappointed with the selection of clothes I received this time. I was pretty clear I believe on the style I'm looking for and they ended up sending me jeans with a flannel very bland selection and nothing I would've bought at the store.
This is my 3rd or 4th stately box and I have not really had a box I didn't like. There was a couple sizing issues but those were resolved quickly. I will continue to have boxes shipped as long as they keep up the good work.
I have been hitting the gym and excercising a lot since I joined Stately. My body has transformed dramatically and as such, my original measurements weren't working for me. A quick note in the customize order area about my physique change and the next shipment was up to new specs and fit perfect. Love it
I'm pleased for the moment with the clothes selection. I find that either I don't have time, forget or simply don't feel like shopping for clothes. So Stately keeps my closet ready with nice clothes regularly, with no work on my part.
Forgot my request for tropical wear until I leave in March. Last box was winter clothes.
I ordered the Regal plan to update my wardrobe. I received the first box and then noticed via email there were 2 additional orders. I didn't place them and one had shipped and they refused ANY refund but only to give me a credit! The first box was BLAH and not good. BUYER BEWARE - DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF! Customer Service is 0 of 5 and they are a TOTAL RIPOFF
My husband has liked every box and always looks forward to the next
I thought I would give Stately a try, I have used similar services in the past. Stately has the worst clothing and accessories (ie. Very cheep sunglasses). It is as if the designer putting together my box completely ignored everything on my survey. When I tried to exchange and cancel my subscription there was no one home... no one answers the phone at Stately and emails requesting contact are ignored. Stitch fix is a GREAT alternative with super responsive customer support and very stylish clothing selection.
The Stately website was easy to navigate, and the list of questions was detailed without being annoying or exhausting. I was delighted on how the stylist was able to dial in on a versatile set of clothes that can slide right into my rotation.
After a couple of 'trial and error' boxes, we are now on the same page. My last box was so spot-on, I wore it the very next day and loved it! Thanks!

It has been a unique experience joining the stately community. I explored a less expensive plan initially and had decent experiences in terms of the pieces that I have incorporated in my boxes. Now, I have worked with stately and upgraded to the most optimal plan and find that for me I Love what I am receiving. And in terms of my sizing and fit it's best for me to have some items tailored. I have been with Stately for quite some time, there have been some misses in terms of clothing selection (as expected) until the Stylist figured out exactly what I like. As a busy professional, I really don't have time to go to the mall (stores) and try on clothes. This truly has been a good experience; having curated clothing delivered to my doorstep.

I really like the idea of the box. I have lost a lot of weight and slowly incorporating adult stylish attire without me having to think about it is a breath of fresh air. The only thing I wish I could do was personally talk with the stylish as my last box I had to return quite a few items. Overall, I am pretty satisfied, It will take time for my stylist to get on the same page but the value is definitely there.

So far I been ok with the clothes not excited but satisfied, but my problem is if I'm paying you guys on the first why I'm waiting 15 days to 20 days to receive my package. You already know my style and what I want so why am I waiting 15 days plus last time I got something you sent the same shirt in the same pants before please don't double up and I would like more accessories

So far I have received three boxes. The first box was rough. Most things either didn't fit or were not my style. Nearly everything in the box was returned for a different size or replacement item. Second box was a big improvement. Kept everything and will wear everything. Third box was good but not great. Have a return item that I have not been contacted about to return.
Like the concept of the service but I'm not a fan of being surprised by what's in the box. I would prefer to see the contents online, ahead of time so I can alleviate trying to coordinate returns. Shoes and belt in every box is growing tiresome as well. Can only use so many leather brown belts. Will give them one more shot and if I'm not happy I'll try another service.
