- after my second return in the additional $30. They offered me a 50% coupon on the clothes they sent in my subscription. So that I could shop in there out of the box part of their store. I know that makes no sense. I'm just writing it with what they gave me. Stay away from this company by enemies necessary. Read even some of the customer service response to some of the reviews it will make you think. - customer service is a total joke. - Dealing with this company with great robbery.

The $14.99 fee you mentioned applies to expedited exchanges and is optional. We also looked into this and this was your second exchange for your renewal. While we don’t offer full customization of every piece, our stylists review your style profile and feedback closely to personalize each box.

Stately feels like I have a group of people who personally shop for my clothing. I was hesitant at first, but I have been very satisfied with the service and the clothes. I have had compliments from work and home about my clothes.

I had a phone call with the stylist before the Order was shipped. I was very specific in that I was looking for Golf wear including shorts and Polos. I did not receive any.
On the previous two orders, I have stuff that doesn't fit well and I just don't want. But the 7 day turn around time is way too short to realistically have time to try it on, reply, and box it up. So then I'm just left with worthless clothes that I'll end up donating. The whole reason why I'm doing this subscription is because I don't have time to shop normally. I'm going to end up Cancelinghu this subscription soon and just going back to Stitchfix.

Just received my first Stately box and I'm seriously impressed. The selection was spot on—two shirts, a pair of pants, socks, and a stylish grey suede belt. Overall, I will wear just about everything that I received. I was quite happy with the styles and quality. Pants are always an issue with me due to weightlifting, and stylish pants tend to be loose on the waist and tight everywhere else. The pants were tight on the calves and likely will prevent me from wearing them. I will wear all of the shirts.

I received pants that didn't come close to fitting. I wanted to cancel the subscription and exchange the pants. I texted them to cancel. Apparently that's not good enough and I have to follow a super specific protocol so they can keep people trapped. So I now have yet another overpriced box of crappy clothes and am not able to exchange the pants. I'm filing a chargeback. These guys are crooks and their clothes suck.

The most recent haul had some good choices, but I was hoping that my consultation call and rewriting my preferences that would have yielded better results. I wanted more athliesure and no collared button downs. I received a somewhat strange assortment of interesting pieces - only one of which strike me as athliesure - and a button down collared plaid shirt.

The wait wasn't long and once I gave my measurements, all the clothes fit perfectly. It blew me away how well they fit. Not only that but the clothes were amazing and things I always wanted to wear. Hi- My husband loved the last box the most so far- the only issue we have had is the shirts run very small depending on the brand and we end up giving them away even though they are in requested size. He likes the shoes more than he thought also.
